Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or ODD, is a condition characterised by a pattern of hostile, disobedient, and defiant behaviours towards authority figures, often causing significant impairment in various areas of life, including academic performance and social interactions. In this session, we will delve into the symptoms and students with oppositional defiant disorder to explore its impact on students' learning and development.
Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) is a psychiatric disorder characterized by a persistent pattern of defiant, disobedient, hostile, vindictive Vindictive Behaviour, and often disruptive behavior, particularly towards authority figures such as parents, teachers, or other adults in positions of authority. These behaviors go beyond the typical rebelliousness or defiance seen in children and adolescents.
