Missouri City property tax rates increased from 51% in 2003 to 57% in 2023, which is about a 12% increase. Tax rates decreased by about 7% in Mansfield during the same period. Georgetown increased from 32% to 37%, San Marcos increased from 47% to 60% and North Richland Hills decreasedat57%to49%.
