DearPatrick,(I’maddressingthiscommentdirectlytoyoubecauseIsuspectitwillrequireyouto personallylookintothismatter.Ihavebeenacustomerofyourfirmformanyyears.Forsomeofthose yearsIhadtwoproperties,virtuallyadjacenttoeach,andeachwithexactlythesameland,nospecial upgrades,sameagedroofs,etc,thathaddifferentvaluations.Despitemycomplainingaboutthisyear afteryear,theyremainedatunequalvaluations.Lastyearthe“projected”valuationshadbeenrevised towheretheyfinallywerebothvaluedthesame.
Thenyourteamwenttoworkonmyvariousproperties,andwhentheyweredone,Inowhavetwopairs ofproperties,adjacenttoeachother,etc,thatonceagain,havedifferentvaluationsfromtheirtwin.The differenceiscostingmeabout$300ayearmoreintaxthanitscounterpart.
