Ocean Galleries is delighted to host an exquisite Impressionism exhibition featuring artwork by Alexandre Renoir, the great-grandson of famed Master Artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir. “Renoir: Modern Day Impressionism” will be on display Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7, 2015 at Ocean Galleries (9618 Third Avenue) in Stone Harbor. Alexandre Renoir will be at special receptions from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6. Throughout his weekend visit to Ocean Galleries, the talented artist will be working on a special painting created specifically for the Helen L. Diller Vacation Home for Blind Children in Avalon, NJ. The painting will be custom-framed by Ocean Galleries and donated as an auction item for the organization’s fifth annual Barefoot Ball being held Saturday, September 12 at The Windrift Hotel in Avalon.
