Occidental Management is a vertically integrated commercial real estate company based in Wichita, Kansas. Established in 1997, Occidental Management has evolved into one of the leading real estate development and leasing companies in the Midwest. The Occidental Management logo was designed by Bob Ale-Ebrahim. His concept for the logo was of the Phoenix. In commercial real estate a property has a lifespan, then it changes ownership and at that time it usually undergoes a change not only in ownership but usually something physically changes in the property. It is remodeled or is added onto, so the idea of the Phoenix symbolizes renewal, metamorphosis or change.
The logo won an international design award and was published in Logo Lounge Volume 1 by Rockport Publishers.
OMI The concept and symbol for the logo is that OMI represents commercial real estate properties that are constantly part of a life cycle.
