The Rhône Valley offers you a diverse range of wines….
Located in the Southeast of France, the Rhône wine region has a long winemaking history going back to Roman times. It’s known for a diverse array of quality wines, renowned for their richness and ability to age. The Rhône is divided into two distinct sub-regions - Northern and Southern Rhône.
The Northern Rhône has a continental climate and is best known for its Syrah-based reds from the Côte-Rôtie and Hermitage
areas - powerful and concentrated wines with black fruits, pepper and spice notes.
The Southern Rhône’s Mediterranean climate enables varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault to grow successfully. This area is also home to the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation with its rich, full-bodied red or the ever popular Côtes du Rhône.
