Sean O'Brien, AIA Sean has had a passion for architecture his whole life and has a unique ability to help breathe life into a project. He leads a highly creative, adaptable, and collaborative team of designers and directs the overall aesthetic direction at O’Brien. Sean also works closely with each client and project team to establish and realize their vision, translating it into a project that is dynamic, meaningful, and experiential.

RAISING CANE'S CORPORATE HQ - PLANO, TX Raising Cane's corporate building is three level 124,000 SF total class A office with 340 space parking structure MCKINNEY CORPORATE I - MCKINNEY, TX O’Brien designed this 124,000 sq. ft. office building for VanTrust Real Estate within the McKinney Corporate Center, a 137 acre office park that is part of the 2,200 acre Craig Ranch master-planned business, retail, and residential community CYPRESS WATERS - 3401 AND 3501, DALLAS, TX 3401 and 3501 Cypress Waters are two Class A, 5 level. 210,000 SF office buildings ctotaling 420,000 SF. They share a 3 level, 1,400 space parking garage. HEADQUARTERS II - PLANO, TX Headquarters II is a 14 level podium style office building 210,000 SF of office stacked on an 800 space parking garage. It is the first phase of two buildings that will connect to make a total of 420,000 SF office total. 3003 OLYMPUS: CYPRESS WATERS - DALLAS, TX 3003 Olympus is a new 10 Level Class AA office building overlooking the lake at Cypress Waters. It has a total of 310,000 SF as well as a 1,000 car parking garage.
