They share a 3 level, 1,400 space parking garage.

HEADQUARTERS II - PLANO, TX Headquarters II is a 14 level podium style office building 210,000 SF of office stacked on an 800 space parking garage. It is the first phase of two buildings that will connect to make a total of 420,000 SF office total.

3003 OLYMPUS: CYPRESS WATERS - DALLAS, TX 3003 Olympus is a new 10 Level Class AA office building overlooking the lake at Cypress Waters. It has a total of 310,000 SF as well as a 1,000 car parking garage.
