Phase II includes three additional office buildings for multiple tenants. Notable features encompass a grand lobby, a master break room leading to a mezzanine patio, a private gym, a weld room, and a spacious training center. GMi revels in its expanded space, and as architects, we take pride in the open, well-lit design. The exterior, clad in limestone and ACM panel, offers a distinctive presence in the industrial park.
