Brief History of Oatridge Security Group

The company was founded in 2003 to provide both unarmed and armed security sta . The sta were to o er various security services to commercial and government entities. OSG business conducted its activities in an area of approximately 250 square feet for fourteen years. The company had only three upper management members for more than a decade. This setup was to keep the company running smoothly without acquiring debts. As time went by, it gained pro t and increased its employers each year.

Currently, the company is operating on a larger space of 1,600 square feet.

Moreover, it has expanded the management team by promoting workers within the company. After winning the SBA contract, the company’s workers will nish the year with more than $15 million annual revenue.

Oatridge Security Group Achievement

It was recently awarded the SBA contract after successfully graduating from the 8(a) Business Development Program. Despite gaining pro t since 2003, OSG felt that it should grow the business by competing for a government contract in 2010. Consequently, it enrolled for the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program in the same year. At the time, it had less than a million dollars revenue. Moreover, OSG participated in the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program alongside Evergreen Fire and Security. As a result of this partnership, the company managed to expand its services to Kentucky, California, Colorado, Kansas, and Massachusetts. The company has been highly rated in every contract they worked on. Moreover, the OSG client retention rate was 95% in 2019.

Recently, the OSG security o cers are in high demand. To keep up with the high-security demand, the company has created a new recruitment department.
