The four core values of Oasis There is such a thing as the Oasis Brotherhood (and sisterhood) where working together is good, it is part of the open way we do things. We look out for each other at work and share triumphs, frustrations, recognition, ideas, knowledge and chips – good chips. We are happy to put in the hard work to get the product right, quality isn’t an optional add-on; it is what we do. This means we have to be honest with each other, our suppliers, and our customers. Excellence means we see the job through, it means we really own the job and really do add value for the customer. People think quality when they think Oasis. We are the little big company, our size doesn’t limit the good impact we make. Because we are close to each customer and application we feel how it is when there’s an issue. Then we get things done how our customer wants it. Service is more than just delivery, quality or price, it is our curiosity; we want to know how our customer is doing. Respect isn’t given, it is earned. By sticking to our processes and always being willing to improve we earn it. And we have respect for others, we recognise and celebrate our team, our suppliers, our customers and their customers, and once in a while we even have a little respect for some competitors.
