Digital Files Policy All high resolution digital files comes as .jpg at 300dpi aprox. 3700 x 2467px printable up to 31.3 x 20.9cm. Editing Policy I personally touch and edit every single portrait you will see with artistry and care. Model Release Policy At the beginning of your Portrait Session you will be asked to sign a model release form. I will never sell of give a third part your photos without your written agreement.
Copyright Policy I shall hold all copyright and or intellectual property rights for all the photographs taken at the session. It is a violation of copyright law to allow photographs created by Oana Liliac Photography to be copied, digitally reproduced, altered or reprinted without my express permission.
Late/No show Policy Your time is valuable and so is mine. If you’re late to an appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, the non-refundable retainer will not be returned.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation of photoshoot is non refundable. You can reschedule the session once at no extra cost.
