REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INORMATION

At Oak Farm Montessori School, learning and exploration don’t stop when summer starts—they only get better! Our action-packed summer camps are designed to keep kids moving, thinking, and creating, all while making unforgettable memories. With 150 acres of natural beauty as our playground, campers will dive into hands-on adventures, from outdoor explorations and creative projects to team challenges and exciting discoveries. Our talented staff of teachers and professionals have crafted interactive, engaging programs that keep kids active, outdoors, and— most importantly—screen-free! And with a safe, welcoming environment, parents can rest easy knowing their child is having the best summer ever.

Camps will run June 9th - August 1st, with no camp the week of June 30th. All camps are weeklong day camps running Monday through Friday on the Oak Farm Montessori school campus with drop off at 8:30am and pick up at 3:30pm. Campers should register according to the grade they will be entering fall of 2025. A list of items to pack for camp, along with drop off information will be emailed out to registered camper parents one week prior to the start of camp.

Toddler Camps appropriate for ages 18 months through 3 years, MUST be a current 202425 Oak Farm Montessori toddler. Primary Camps appropriate for ages 3 - 6, MUST be able to toilet independently. Open to the public. In the afternoon all campers will have a rest period, some may choose to nap. Campers will be sent home if toileting is consistently an issue. Elementary Camps appropriate for campers entering 1st - 6th grade, but vary by camp. Open to the public. Middle/High School Camps appropriate for campers entering 6th grade - 12th grade and have limited availability due to advanced skills being taught. Students working with woodshop tools will need to have a signed waiver. Online camp registration will close one week before the camp start date. For example, the June 9th camp registration will close on Monday, June 2nd. Cheddar Up does allow for waitlists, so if a camp is full please add your name to the waitlist we often have cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All camps are subject to cancellation based on enrollment.

• All registrations are considered final and non-refundable as of May 19, 2025. If there is a waitlist, a refund may be issued minus processing fees.

• Refunds will be given the week of May 19th for any camps canceled due to low enrollment. Low enrollment minimums vary by camp level, see individual camp description.

• OFMS does not offer before/after care, bus service, scholarships or sibling discounts for summer camp.

TODDLER DAY CAMPS

Appropriate for ages 18 months through 3 years, MUST be a current 2024 - 2025 OFMS Toddler student.

TODDLER DAY CAMP FEE $170/WEEK

Campers will enjoy a summer time version of their regular school day with work time, snack, community, lunch, nap, and lots of outdoor play. Children will go on walks in the woods, hikes to the gazebo and music garden, explore plants, dance to music, make crafts, and splash in the water. Snack will be provided. Camper enrollment: min 5/max 12

PRIMARY DAY CAMPS

KINDERFOREST! | DIANA MCCREERY

Explore, play, and learn in the great outdoors! Kids build independence by dressing for the weather, climbing trees, and creating imaginative games. Through hikes, animal track searches, and seasonal observations, they develop curiosity and confidence. Activities like singing games, shared snacks, and journaling encourage creativity and a deep love for nature. Cost: $155

RHYTHM EXPLORERS | ELLIE COOK

Join the fun at Rhythm Explorers Camp! Dive into music through hands-on activities, games, and group play. From drumming and clapping to dancing and singing, campers build motor skills, creativity, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Get ready to move, groove, and celebrate the joy of music! FUN IN THE SUN! | INES OLDENBURG

Fun in the Sun Camp is filled with exciting outdoor activities that encourage exploration, movement, and discovery. From splashing in water play to engaging with sensory activities, little ones will develop coordination, confidence, and a love for the outdoors. With a balance of play, social interaction, and skill-building, Fun in the Sun is the perfect place for children to grow, explore, and shine! Cost: $155

Embark on a magical journey at Storybook Adventures Camp! Young readers bring beloved tales to life through interactive storytelling, creative play, and themed activities. From acting out scenes to crafting story-inspired art, each day is a new adventure in imagination and reading. Let’s turn the page and explore the world of books together! Cost: $155

OUT OF THIS WORLD | ELLIE COOK

Blast off on an adventure! Young astronauts will explore the stars through spacethemed activities, games, and creative challenges. From designing rockets to learning about planets and galaxies, campers will fuel their curiosity with handson exploration. Get ready for liftoff—there’s a universe to discover!

INTRODUCTION TO MONTESSORI | NOAH & ZÖE LIEN

This half-day camp from 8:30 - 12:00pm is an introduction to the world of Montessori for your young child. Campers will spend the morning with two OFMS Montessori trained teacher in the prepared environment learning practical life skills and navigating the world around them.

Cost: $80 ('25-'26 Accepted students new to Primary)

GYMNASTICS | MELISSA WITT

Flip, roll, and leap into gymnastics fun! Campers will build strength, balance, and confidence while learning skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor. With exciting obstacle courses, high-energy warm-ups, and plenty of movement, kids will stay active and engaged. The week ends with a short routine, where campers can show off their new skills in a fun and supportive setting! Cost: $155

INTRODUCTION TO MONTESSORI | MELISSA KALKIRTZ

This half-day camp from 8:30 - 12:00pm is an introduction to the world of Montessori for your young child. Campers will spend the morning with an OFMS Montessori trained teacher in the prepared environment learning practical life skills and navigating the world around them.

GALACTIC ADVENTURES | NOAH & ZÖE LIEN

Blast off into adventure at Galactic Adventures Space Camp! Young astronauts will explore the solar system, build and launch mini rockets, and suit up for imaginative space missions. With hands-on activities, cosmic arts and crafts, and fun astronaut training, each day is filled with discovery and excitement. Get ready for a stellar week of curiosity, teamwork, and reaching for the star! Cost: $155

ELEMENTARY DAY CAMPS

Camps are open to the public. Snack provided. Location varies for each camp. An email will be sent one week prior to camp with reminders about the camper‘s needs and updated location information. Camper enrollment: min 8/max varies.

The perfect camp for young artists to unleash their creativity with clay! Campers will explore air-dry clay, polymer clay, Model Magic, and more, creating everything from coil plant pots to unique sculptures and art keychains. Each day is filled with hands-on fun and endless possibilities, allowing campers to mold, shape, and craft masterpieces to take home and cherish! Grades 1 - 6/Cost: $160

FARM CAMP | SANDRA DEACON

Step into farm life! Campers will care for animals, learn about anatomy, and take on daily chores like feeding and tending to the garden. With fresh challenges each week, they’ll solve health puzzles, harvest crops, and enjoy a Friday field trip to Chain O’Lakes for fishing, swimming, and hiking. No two weeks are ever the same in this hands-on adventure!

Step into the boots of a young farmer! Campers will dive into daily chores, from feeding and observing animals to solving health puzzles and tending to the garden. With new challenges each week, they’ll explore farm life, harvest crops, and enjoy a Friday field trip to Chain O’Lakes for fishing, swimming, and hiking. No two weeks are ever the same in this hands-on farm adventure!

SUMMER SKATE | LEIGHA VANDEZANDE

Calling all skaters—beginners and advanced alike! Join us for a fun-filled week at Skatin’ Station in Auburn, where skaters will learn basic skills, practice drills, play skate games, and advance to tricks. Afternoons include lunch, craft projects, and water play on campus. The week wraps up with a pizza party at the roller rink to celebrate all the hard work! Skate rental is included, and we highly encourage protective gear, especially for beginners. It’s going to be a rollin’ great time! Grades 1 - 6/Cost: $170

TEAM SPORTS | AARON SAMRA

Bring your game and team spirit to Elementary Team Sports Camp! Each day, campers will try a new sport, including football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and more. Through skill-building drills, friendly competition, and teamwork, they’ll develop athletic skills, confidence, and sportsmanship. Campers will build coordination, cooperation, and a love for movement, setting the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle! Grades 4 - 6/Cost: $155

THE ART OF TIME |LINDSEY BROWN

Explore the wonders of art and the concept of time! From creating sand timers and mosaic sundials to designing personal time capsules and pendulum paintings, campers will dive into hands-on projects that combine creativity with learning. Outdoor Adventure Camp is the perfect chance for elementary-aged explorers to learn essential outdoor skills while having a blast with friends! Campers will spend the week building fires and forts, cooking snacks over an open flame, crafting with natural materials, orienteering, and even creating water filtration systems. With hands-on activities and plenty of time in nature, this camp is a fun and exciting way to build confidence, teamwork, and real-world survival skills! Grades 1 - 6/Cost: $160

COOKING WITH CHAD | CHAD SEEWALD

Bread, pizza, cake…just a few of the tasty treats that we may be learning to make FROM SCRATCH in this class. Join a baker with over 10 years of experience baking and teaching as we explore this magical art and the science behind it! Grades 4 - 6/Cost: $170

COOKING CAMP | LOUANNE PILLERS

Cooking Camp is a delicious adventure where young chefs will learn the basics of food prep, explore kitchen tools, and discover exciting new flavors! Campers will visit the grocery store to pick out produce, weigh items, and navigate the aisles like pros, then harvest fresh herbs from the garden and eggs from the middle school farm. With hands-on cooking projects—and the possibility to try outdoor pioneer cooking—this camp is the perfect recipe for fun and learning! Grades 1 - 3/Cost: $170

UKE CAN DO IT! | LISA CHRISTMAN

Learn to play the ukulele in just one week! This fun and beginner-friendly camp features jamming, singing, rhythm games, and “science of sound” activities to build essential ukulele skills. No experience needed - just bring your enthusiasm! Ukuleles are provided for during camp hours. Grades 4 - 6/Cost: $160

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS | CHAD SEEWALD

You may know D&D, but this experience will take the game to the next level! Campers will spend a part of each day playing student led games and part of the day exploring how the game relates to the real world, including map-making, math applications, model-making, and more! We encourage players of all ages, campers will be divided based upon age/ability. Grades 2 - 6/Cost: $165

Take your Dungeons & Dragons experience beyond the game! Each day, campers will dive into student-led campaigns while exploring real-world connections like map-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning. More than just rolling dice, this camp builds teamwork, creativity, and leadership. Campers will navigate group dynamics, make impactful decisions, and see how their choices shape both their game and the world around them. ALL ABOUT ANIMALS | INES OLDENBURG

Learn about the life cycle of animals, the biology of their bodies, why they have certain behaviors, and their purpose on Earth. Campers will learn about adaptations of animals, food chains and food webs. They integrate this knowledge with work and observations on our campus farm and an educational trip off campus to Black Pine Sanctuary. Grades 1 - 4/Cost: $165

Inspire young minds at our STEAM & Faith Summer Camp! Children will discover how everyone can make a difference by exploring biblical changemakers who asked big questions, embraced differences, and worked together to solve problems. GARDEN ART CREATION | GENA GROBAREK

Join us in creating garden art for the Elementary Art Center flower gardens! Design, cut, and sand teak wood sculptures, craft colorful resin pieces, and learn to use woodshop tools in a safe environment. This hands-on project allows students to leave a lasting legacy in the EAC demonstration garden while also building birdhouses and feeders to enhance school gardens—and take one home! Grades 7 - 12/Cost: $155

This retreat blends yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression through activities like outdoor painting, hydro-dipped water bottles, and nature-inspired mixed media. Participants will enjoy hiking, reflective journaling, and a special trip to Chain of Lakes State Park for canoeing and an afternoon hike. Designed to foster relaxation, resilience, and self-expression, this experience helps teens reconnect with nature, creativity, and personal well-being.
