Born in 2012, OA110 is located in Seville and Punta Umbria, two cities of Andalusia's strategic position at a distance of 110km from each other. The studio, headed by the architects Ignacio Toribio and Alberto Toscano, is focused on the broad field of Architecture, Urbanism and Design, developing public and private projects, with both national and international projection. We provide a global architecture service which allows to materialize the clientsʼ ideas and needs, by combining design and functionality. In order to fulfill this aim, we are moved by a common objective: offer integral and unique solutions to respond to any concerns regarding the project. Project · Design and development of spaces where image counts, offering solutions result of functionality and originality. Plan · Organization and management of the entire process, establishing a plan for the management of administrative procedures, the design, the technical project and execution. This service responds to the strategies marked in terms of price, real and quality. Work · We execute those spaces previously designed to ensure its performance and durability, coordinating the work of all agents involved. The team required for each work is provided always to guarantee the quality of all details and making sure the deadline is met.

172 VIVIENDAS LOCALES GARAJES HUELVA . PUNTA UMBRÍA . ESPAÑA Estudio Previo para Licitación (En proceso) The aim of the proposal is to carry out the disposal by a negotiated procedure of the real estate described: plots of land called 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4, commercial and industrial use as a compatible use, located in the Sector of urban land Consolidated SUC-02 (API/ED-2) of Punta Umbria, all according to the urbanistic parameters included in modification point No. 13 of the PGOU-partial adjustment, relative to the redevelopment of Block 5 of the sector of reference. Plots subject to the proposal belong as asset to the property of the city of Punta Umbria, and all are free of charges, liens, tenants and occupants. Constructions shall be inside the external line-up. The fence will be located on the inside perimeter of the plots. The maximum height of the boundary fence will be 3,00 meters measured from the level of the street. The rest of the plane of fencing up to three metres maximum will be permeable and will be solved with vertical elements. Exit doors which communicate the plots to the outside, will remain in design the same criteria as the rest of the fence. Buildings will be above the ground 100% of the surface of the plot, without prejudice to compliance with the health and hygiene conditions of ventilation and lighting. All buildings will occupy under the ground the entire surface of the plot. The maximum suitability for building allowed by regulations will be used on each of the resulting plots 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4. Plots 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 will have commercial and tertiary use.

All the front towards Street Carmen Perez Abreu will be available in plots 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4. It means a building deep of 10 meters, developed on two floors, where complementary uses will be applicable to the main activity, such as business area, point of sale or as an exhibition area of products, stores, offices, administrative area and services, dining area, changing rooms for staff, etc. with required pedestrian access from the aforementioned way. The implementation of all determinations will take effect through drafting the corresponding Project of Urbanization. The Project of Urbanization developed contains all of the necessary urbanization works for the execution of the delimited area. It will contain in addition to those required by the LOUA and the Planning Regulation, the following determinations: Separate network faecal and rain waters. Works of infrastructure of the sector as well as its connection to General networks, shall be assumed by the developer, which is the council of Punta Umbria. Natural Gas distribution network. HOTEL 4 **** ENCARNACIÓN 5 Y 6 SEVILLA . ESPAÑA Proyecto y Dirección de Obra The purpose of the rehabilitation proposal is twofold. On the one hand, to suit the emblematic building located in Encarnación Square 5-6 to destine it to a productive and development activity for Seville resulting in a hotel of four stars. On the other hand, to highlight the historic heritage of Seville by a procedure which preserves and publicizes the history of architectural typologies of the context. For this dual objective, the history of the place has been taken as a guide for the intervention. We have opted for being respectful with the existing value still present in the property as well as for adapting the building to the new needs and for carrying out the implementation of the regulation in force, this strategy of action will help to understand in a comprehensive and unitary way the classified heritage. It is projected by both a solution that is based on the following groundings: Overall improvement of the condition of the building. Acts on the whole level floors, roofs, installations, finishes, carpentry and finishes have been carried out, as well as localized form singular works by different diseases presenting building will be undertaken. Recovery of the original shape of the front. Currently the local oriented to the west does not respond compositionally to the rest of the plane, so further intervention is assumed affecting one of the protected elements. The project aims, besides rooms functionally of the art to be at the forefront in the hospitality industry, retrieve the own and unique character of the building, locating on the ground floor and plant cover services that allow know the historical legacy, opening both levels to the extent possible both on-site customer and non-guests. None of the performances, that are not of recovery and improvement, affect the listed values of the building such as façade, first corridor, available to the rest of bays, main staircase. The recovery of original courtyard of the poultry is not seen as performance since there is historical data which was authorized by the corresponding license to the execution of the works of the central volume. All interventions that have meant a transformation by inclusion of elevators, stairs, etc. have been necessary for compliance with the rules of accessibility, safety in case of fire or sectoral regulation on tourism and in any case have affected elements to protect the catalog of buildings of special planning and with the rules and applicable town planning matters in the area. All the sloping roof has been recovered with shingle parts arabic curve as that originally had the building.

The building is organized on ground floor with common uses for reception, toilets and access to different parts of the set. The areas of facilities, staff and services, cafeteria, living/dining room are located and in the open courtyard area are six rooms, two of them accessible. Projected two elevators, one of them adapted for disabled guests. Held two existing stairs and arises again to comply with the regulations for this type of activity. CENTRO DEPORTIVO SAN PABLO CEU BORMUJOS . SEVILLA . ESPAÑA Proyecto Básico . Colaboración AMCO This performance has been carried out in the sports area of the Campus University of the Foundation San Pablo CEU in Bormujos (Seville). It is located in the adjacent grounds of the Sports Pavilion, designed by the architect D. Gonzalo Díaz-Y Recasens, endorsed by the official College of architects of Seville on September 22, 2010 with no.: 06378-10-10T01. It consists of a covered pavilion made up of two rooms: artistic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics / fight, annex to a pill of locker rooms, and services that will serve both the Pavilion and the outer races. At the level of preliminary a building 'welcome' was developed, consisting of an extension of the building currently under construction between the two sports halls. This will house classrooms, room fitness, changing rooms, sporting goods stores and a cafeteria open to the public. On the other hand, the development of the environment of the buildings was projected, consisting of sports fields (soccer field, athletics track and 2 tennis courts) and roads linking infrastructures, as well as areas of recreation and relaxation by way of squares. The constructed surface is 1.095,90 m2 (Hall), 1.692,00 (lecture) m2 and 4.662,53 m2.

The initial guidelines of action are determined by the need of a Pavillion with rhythmic and artistic gymnastics room, and outdoor sports courts in the sports area of the "University Campus" of the Foundation San Pablo CEU (Bormujos). To do this and considering the pre-existing structures, it was decided to project a building located to the North of the existing pavilions which is which sort and distribute the rest of applications, relying on changing rooms, stores, cafeteria... which both cater to the own halls of the Pavilion as the outdoor sports courts. Urbanization in your environment will be responsible for organizing the spaces, connecting the various buildings and tracks, and creating a central plaza that will serve as a transit or recreation area. Sports tracks, will be North-South orientation. On the one hand, tennis courts will keep a connection with the existing paddle, thus creating an area for racket sports. The football field, on the other hand, will be in the western part of the plot, because of the needs presented by surface and orientation, and will annex, in a first phase, 4 streets of athletics with a grandstand discovered.

P. Básico, P. de Ejecución y Dirección de Obra This housing project consists of a courtyard project which becomes the articulator and organizer of all space. All main rooms are concentrated aroung it, living/dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedroom and wing of the individual bedrooms that share a central space with bathroom and a playground. Housing takes place in modern lines rescuing traditional materiality, using for its coating plant low so seated ceramics in the area where it is located.

The complex of San Hermenegildo is composed of twenty houses which are organized around a central courtyard by way of the traditional pens of neighbors. It is a residential complex closed, only accessible from street Alcantara. The building is distributed in basement floor, 3 floors of houses and floor penthouse with the following features: three houses with three bedrooms, eleven homes with two bedrooms and six homes in a bedroom. The plot is perfectly connected with the historic centre of Seville and street María Auxiliadora.

It highlights the longitudinal dimension of the housing. The intervention consists of three houses with garage in basement plant leaving the program in the following way: Floor basement: area of circulation, nucleus of communication, four parking spaces and storage rooms 4 forklift vehicles. Ground floor: access, core communication, living room, office, lobby, kitchen, Gallery, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, bath 1, bath 2, dressing room, patio1, laundry and forklift vehicles. Básico, P. de Ejecución y Dirección de Obra Housing development located in the last free lot in Huerta del Obispo Street, which is considered a privileged área of the city, in front of the San Felipe Neri school. The building is distributed as follows: ground floor + three floors + penthouse. Between the which are distributed among 14 homes; of variable sizes: from 1 to 4 bedrooms. So that the acceptance of the housing has a varied public. Finally, the houses are complemented with a garage, the entrance to the building is incorporated into the facade of the create uniformity with the first holes of this one. The interior of the house follows a warm line, incorporating a homogeneity with different types of wood. ESTUDIO DE VIABILIDAD VILLANUEVA GOLF RESORT CÁDIZ. ESPAÑA Estudio Previo With the reopening of the Villanueva golf course, the the entire real estate market of this second home área of Puerto Real. The golf course manager with an investment fund behind contact OA110 to study the economic viability and urban development of different soils around the golf course for construction of a hotel and residential complex for Long-term housing. The hotel is positioned on the plot that serves as the door to the to serve as a reference for the development, image now non-existent. The hotelo set is presented as a piece singular and avant-garde, based on the rotundity and light of Cadiz. This idea is the result of architectural logic and wisdom. The process is based on a linear part fractured into three parts to meet urban standards, make it possible to phase and place them for get better views, protect the pool and rooms, and improve energy efficiency. In line with the idea of a linear and rounded project, the following projects are planned three housing units that allow the construction of new in three separate phases. Spacious homes conceived as second home with large gardens turned into the golf make this complex a value enhancement of the whole of Villanueva Golf Resort.

NUDRA BEACH VILLAS SAADIYAT ISLAND . ABU DHABI Anteproyecto. CONCURSO. Fase Final. “The conception of this architecture work can not be understood without the place where it was born and when it is ¬finished, you can not understand this place without this work of architecture ...” Saayitad Island is located in Abu Dhabi. The sea, the desert, traditional architecture and the palace sums up the concept of the villa. These words are enough to explain the artistic process carried out to achieve this unique and resounding building with avant-garde design and high energy e ciency. The idea behind this project is to take advantage of the orientation towards the beach for the noble areas of both villas. Due to the layout, independence between them is allowed while maintaining the connection between them both. With this initial approach, uses are gradually arranged by strips, from the band of dierent accesses, passing through circulations and services until arriving at the spaces of stay that progressively pass from the interior to the exterior. This hierarchy of uses is obvious in the plan as each of the volumes forming the building are opening towards the beach and the sea. Once layout development has been achieved, it is time to nish carving the sculpture. The proposal has to be identied with the enclave and it is time to get carried away and allow the in¬uence of inspiration in the place and its culture to model the volume. It is at this moment, when the exterior stepped geometry of the palace marks the heights, the dune of the desert and the wave of the sea soften the edges, and the forms of the arch and the dhow characterize in an indisputable and unique way this piece of singular and unrepeatable eatable architecture.

CONJUNTO DE VILLAS STA. LUCĂ?A DENIA. ALICANTE Estudio Previo

Rooms overlooking the views provided by the location of the Plot and open space are the main characteristics of this project. An enclosure with significant materials from the Mediterranean architecture where interior spaces and as well as slats for the exterior areas linked to the public rooms of each Villa, make all the spaces understood as a single volume. Keeping these two concepts in mind in the design and turning each Villa to gain in privacy and orientation is presented a project with a simple program, where the day and night are very different. Each house is articulated around of a central courtyard that starts from the basement, connecting all the floors and providing light in the entire building. The versatility of the rooms and the smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces make all the rooms of the house are practicable throughout the year.

P. Básico, P. de Ejecución y Dirección de Obra (en ejecución) A group of houses located at the entrance to Cadiz, in a area in full expansion of the city. A few meters from the Playa de la Victoria and the Ramón de Carranza stadium. An innovative project is proposed, which makes the situation of a step forward in terms of development; this building being step towards the future of the city. In total there are 30 houses, with an exceptional quality; which have the possibility of being custom designed. The lowest number of bedrooms in the house is 3 and these are would be divided into three types (A,B,C), with attics being treated as another type of housing within each group. In addition, a series of common areas are incorporated in height: solarium with swimming pool and gym where you can enjoy the views of the sea. VILLA MARBELLA SIERRA BLANCA MARBELLA . ESPAÑA Anteproyecto. CONCURSO. Fase Final. The best-known Andalusian patios are located in great monuments such as the Alhambra, the Mosque of Cordoba or the Real Alcázar. These patios are also located in the typical Andalusian palaces such as Casa Pilatos, Casa de Salinas or Palacio de Dueñas. In addition, these spaces are part of the popular Andalusian architecture, constituting the central point that articulates the rest of domestic spaces. THEATRE | SQUARE | CENTRAL SPACE | PUBLIC SPACE. The central space with circular shape has been used for thousands years. The same shape can be seen con_guring spaces like the Roman theater and amphitheater, as well as in many leisure buildings. Nowadays, it is one more resource for designing central public spaces that serve as distribution spaces. ANDALUSIAN PATIO. It starts from the typical Andalusian typology of the house-patio in which all the rooms are orgenized around a central patio. PUBLIC SPACE. Introduction of a circular piece that generates a public space in the center of the town. TURN. The use of the central patio as a hinge allows generating a separation between the day zone and the night zone. TOPOGRAPHY. A vertical movement of the volume is generated to adapt it to the existing topography. This movement allows us to hide from the outside and enhance the views towards the beach. VIEWS. The views of the beach from the most important rooms of the villa are sought. CIRCULATIONS. All the circulations are concentrated around the circular patio organized by the villa. The movement that is given to the piece builds the main entrance to the villa. FACILITIES. On the ground _oor, the most noble facilities -dining room, living room and spa- are located looking for the views of the beach while the sta_ area is located in the back connected to the basement.

BAR-RESTAURANTE. EL PORVENIR

BORBOLLA SEVILLA . ESPAĂ‘A

Anteproyecto. CONCURSO. Fase Final. In order to live up to the standards of the neighbourhood where it is located and to become a reference point from now on for a new concept in the Sevillian hotel industry, something had to be done that went beyond the conventional, the house had to be turned upside down and the starting point had to be changed in order to convert a very good building and a better location into the fashionable place. With this idea, we sought to provide service in a different and as versatile way as possible. It is intended to combine from taking a tapa to listen to a jazz concert in the garden, through eating in a nice restaurant or have a few drinks. This search has been the reason for a different project, a proposal organised in layers that takes advantage of the intrinsic characteristics of the Albert House, starting with the colour of the skin that covers the walls on the inside and gradually darkens from the bottom up, given that as we go up we obtain more natural light and in addition the use by layers also requires greater intimacy from the tapas to the drinks and the restaurant. The ground floor is the most important for the call effect, is the one that serves as welcome and attraction for customers. We have two powerful elements, the park of M.ÂŞ Luisa and the Porvenir, this fact motivates that the building opens to the garden and becomes permeable from the Avenida de la Borbolla and Felipe II. In this way it manages to be an extension of the Park and also to attract the clients of the neighborhood. The building is a BIC, which is why the action in the organization of the house at a structural level is very limited, and why the proposal includes specific elements singular. On this ground floor level, that element is the large cover bar. B, P. de Ejecuciรณn y Direcciรณn de Obra (en redacciรณn) The project idea has its origin in concepts based on its location, the Mediterranean culture and tradition, being the Roman house and the courtyard house the generators. This idea is formalized in the understanding of the house as an enclosed space by outside for its protection and open to the interior, the courtyard, where provides a unique space formed by orchards and gardens. The courtyard, which is fragmented and distributed by each of the plants around the nucleus in the form of trays, arises to ensure optimal hygrothermal conditions, including the use of native vegetation, understanding climate as boundary condition. B, P. de Ejecuciรณn y Direcciรณn de Obra (en redacciรณn) The Montevideo housing project recovers curves of Espiau's buildings, towers of regionalist architecture, simplicity of modernist buildings and incorporates materials that give it presence in the area where it is located. Inserted in a plot of family houses, it wants to show itself as one more. Four houses are projected. One in ground floor very opened in his axis east - west obtaining a very permeable housing between different exterior spaces. On the first floor there are two smaller houses with 3 bedrooms and on the second floor, the attic with an exit to a terrace on the same floor and on the upper floor where a swimming pool is planned. The building is completely closed at north facade where it is attached to the boundaries, the south orientation is intended for pedestrian and cars entry on the innermost side of the plot. The underground floor and the ground floor are elevated so that together with the vegetation it is possible to provide a greater privacy to the house from the level of outer street.

This is a project based on several principles that provide economic, environmental, as well as social benefits. The project takes into account the quality of life of both of the worker as well as the end user, controlling the levels of noise, lighting, air quality... The offices have a reception area, 2 work áreas common, kitchen-office, 2 meeting rooms, offices, warehouse, VIP room, dressing rooms and separate bathrooms, among others. A project committed to the protection of the environment and the well-being of the users.

VILLA HORACIA SANLÚCAR. ESPAÑA

Básico, P. de Ejecución y Dirección de Obra (en ejecución) We propose the realization of three villas in an exceptional location, in Puerto Serrano street, a few meters from the beach and in a housing development of low height. On this occasion the three houses are identical, rotating one of them to take advantage of the plot and the lighting in the best way. Accessing them by a secondary road, private of the three villas, thus creating more privacy. A continuous envelope with materials that identify the Mediterranean architecture results in a light facade, with a design where the sunshine of each villa has been carefully studied to take advantage of the orientation. Taking advantage of the two floors of each villa, living area is divided on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. On ground floor there is an open space that forms living and dining area, separated from the kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom that supports sleeping area. On upper floor there are three bedrooms, the main one with dressing room and bathroom and two secondary bedrooms with independent access to the terrace to enjoy the views of the beach. In addition, the villas have their own large outdoor space with a swimming pool and solarium.

PUNTA UMBRÍA HUELVA . ESPAÑA P. B, P. de Ejecución y Dirección de Obra (en redacción) This house is located in a residential development within Punta Umbría presents a Mediterranean style. The main rooms are located at the sides of a courtyard The central building is so characteristic of Andalusian housing. This article the entrance and gives way on one side to the day zone and on the other to the area at night. The living room is completely turned over to the outdoor garden area and the pool. It has been placed at the end of the plot to give you privacy, placing the most closed part of the house (bedrooms) in the closest area in sight from the street.
