NZDSOS,despiteattemptsto cancelandgaslightusbyregulatory bodiesandothergroups,remains anauthoritativeorganisationwitha growingmembership.Aswe continuetobringattentiontothe harmsthathavebeenimposedon us,andthethreatsthatare smoulderingintheeverdecreasing shadows,morepeoplearecoming totherealisationthatallisnotasit
seems. Despitedoctorsandother healthcareprofessionalsbeing threatenedandscaredinto remainingsilentandtoeingthe line,morecontinuetojoinusand, anecdotally,manymoresupport us.
Thegroupofdoctorswhosigned thepro-vaccinationstatement, surreptitiouslyaddingthenamesof someoftheNZDSOSdoctors, seemstohavevanished. The
anonymousgroupwhotriedto copyourthenverybasicwebsite,to throwpuntersofftherighttrack, hasalsodisappeared.Withthanks tooursupporters,ourwebsiteis nowaprofessionallydelivered resource,reflectingthevisionof ourorganisationandthatof alignedNewZealanders.Itisabout toundergoanotheriteration, reflectingthechangingpolitical andhealthenvironment.
WhenthedoctorsofNZDSOSgot together,wedidnothaveaname oramissionstatement,butwehad somethingincommonandwe knewwehadtotakeaction.We havenowgrownintoaprofessional not-for-profitorganisationthatis focusedonhealth,freedom, sovereigntyandaccountability.
Morepeopleareinformed
ItmayseemthatmanyNew Zealandersaretryingtogetonwith theirlives,manytryingtolookthe otherwayasifnothinghas happened.However,themajority knowofthepoorstateofour hospitalsandthemedicalsystem generally,wheregettingintoseea GPcantake4weeks.Manyknowof peoplewhohavediedordeveloped debilitatingillnessunexpectedly. Eventhemainstreammediacanno longerignorewhatishappeningto thehealthofNewZealanders.The legacymediareportersmaynot wanttojointhedotsbutfewerand fewerKiwisaretakingthejabs,or tuningintotheirbroadcasts.
Theactions,fundingsourcesand hiddenagendasofsupra-national
bodiessuchastheWorldHealth Organization,WorldEconomic ForumandtheUnitedNationsare becomingknownincreasinglyto thepublic.Wearecautiously pleasedtolearnthattheMinistryof Healthhasrejectedamendmentsto theInternationalHealth Regulations(IHR)whichmeans NewZealandnowhas24rather than12monthstointegrate regulationsbytheIHRintoitslaw andhas18monthsratherthan10 monthstorevokeorreserveour position. Westillhavealongway togo,butmanymorepeopleare awareoftheriskstoour sovereigntybytheWHOIHR amendmentsandPandemicTreaty.
Politicalchangeisoccurring
NZDSOS,alongwithitssupporters, haveplacedsignificantpressureon politicianseffectingacoalition agreementthattakesintoaccount theirviewsonthehideous TherapeuticProductsAct,which hadthescopetorestrictaccess severelytonaturalhealth products. Politicalpressureisalso enablingthepreviousPrime Minister'swhollyinadequateRoyal CommissionofInquiryintothe government'scovidresponsetobe expanded. Weapplaudthemany citizenswhoraisedtheirobjections totheActandpushedforabroader inquiry. Thetermsofreferencefor theupdatedinquiryintocovidhave notyetbeenmadepublic. However,NZDSOSwillcontinueto exertpressureonthegovernment andencourageitssupporterstodo thesame,sothat,aswiththe parliamentaryprotestsof2022,the authoritieswillnotbeableto ignorethepeople. Newlegalsupportfordoctors
Alongwithourcolleaguesacross theditch,theAustralianMedical ProtectionSociety(AMPS),wehave establishedtheNewZealand MedicalProtectionSociety (NZMPS),thatisrunbyRedUnion. Thisorganisationwasbornoutof thedissatisfactionwithpolitical influenceintheQueenslandNurses Unionandhasexpandedtooffer independentunionservicesto manyprofessionsincluding, doctors,nurses,policeand teachersinAustraliaandNew Zealand.TheNZMPSanditssister organisationstheNurses ProfessionalAssociationofNZand TheTeachers'Professional AssociationofNZprovide professionalindemnityinsurance andunionservicestoprofessionals thatisindependentofpolitical
influence. NZMPSepitomisesan organisationthatisbydoctorsfor doctors.
NZDSOShasinitiatedaJudicial Reviewintotheuseofthe(now revoked)GuidanceStatementon covid-19vaccinationbytheMedical CouncilofNewZealand(MCNZ)to investigateandprosecutedoctors whousedtheirrightoffreespeech andstoodontheirprinciples. Furtheractionisbeingexplored.
Weprovideaforumforour membersfordiscussion,support andadviceastheynavigate throughtheactionsbytheMCNZ andtheHealthandDisability Commission.ThethreeNZDSOS memberswhoappealedagainst theirPracticingCertificatesbeing suspendedhavehadtheseactions overturnedsuccessfullybythe courts.
Actionstoestablishan alternativemedicalregulator
Earlyinourinception,NZDSOS helpedtoestablishamedical regulatorbasedonprinciplesof integrity,honourandrespect,The WakameningaHealthCouncil. Whiletheauthoritieshave temporarilyshutthisdown, ongoingactionsareunderwayto establishalawfulorganisation,free frompoliticalandindustry influence,thatservesboththe peopleandthepractitioners.

Meanttoacknowledgeand commemoratethosethathave beenbereaved,vaccineinjured,or weremandatedoutoftheirwork andeconomicsecurity,theevents attractedattentionand participationfromdozensto hundredsofKiwisholdingplacards andstandingwithus(numbers varieddependingonlocation). Threatstoourhealthand sovereigntyarenotover,sothis organisationremainscommittedto advancingitsworkinto2024.
Weachievedthissolidpositionby amplifyingsocialchannel engagement,organisingmore publicevents,growingour fundraisingbase,hosting Conference2023inSeptember,and increasingtheusageofourwebsite tosharebreakingnewsand developments.
NZDSOSdoesnotaccept governmentfundingorpeddle influenceinexchangeforcorporate donations.Itmaintainsan independentplatformandremains fundedbygenerousdonorswho believethatwhatwedoiscrucialto NewZealandʼsfuture.
Thisstable(andhopefully improving)positionwillenable NZDSOStocontinueitspushfor changeintheyearahead.
