The article asked readers if they were “aging more quickly or more slowly than your peers”. Do you find yourself looking around at friends or family the same age as you and find yourself saying, “Boy do I look pretty good compared to so and so”? Or is it the other way around and you thinking you look old and tired and wish you had the energy of someone you know who is the same age? Most of the multiple-choice questions were tied to health issues. What is your blood pressure, eating habits and what is your alcohol consumption? More specific detail was given as the list continued. But it was the rest of the questions that gave way to some thought provoking concepts. It would seem obvious, without taking a pop quiz, to realize that companionship is also a leading factor in leading a healthy lifestyle. What is the number of friends or relatives you see during the month? Are you taking time out for socializing or visiting those people whose company you enjoy? Is your circle of

Recently I came across one of these thought provoking quizzes and found the questions to be simple, yet offering a clear insight into our every day lives.
