Letter From The

Here we are ... Fall 2010! I love this time of the year and the change in our weather has been fantastic! The humidity has been down, temperatures range from the 60’s at night to the 80’s during the day and the constant afternoon rains have finally stopped. It is a great time to live in the Tampa Bay area! You will notice that this issue says October / November on the mast head ... yes, that’s right. NuYou will no longer be an every month publication. We just haven’t been able to sell enough ads to keep producing the magazine every 30 days. We can’t keep copies on the CVS racks or at distribution outlets because people love the publication! We get numerous hits on our website and tons of praise but we just can’t produce enough income to print every month. We will come out with a new edition every other month and see if we can weather this terrible economy that we are all stuck in. The season ended for our Tampa Bay Rays on a sour note but the team had a very successful season winning the American League East Championship and had the best record in the AL. It’s too bad they lost to the Texas Rangers. The Bucs have surprised everybody and have a winning record through the first quarter of the NFL season and the Tampa Bay Lightning look like they will once again capture the magic that they had a few years ago. Look for the Bolts to have a solid season and make the playoffs come springtime. I want to make sure everybody knows that last month I printed an article that was sent to me by my Fashion Editor Jay Burnett. I managed to give credit to Avatar Photography and all of the models that were pictured in the article, but not the author himself. I thought the article was written by Jay, but in fact it was penned by a man named Ron Romonchuk. Not only am I telling you this in my Publisher letter, but I have reprinted the entire article with Mr. Romonchuk’s byline in this issue. My deepest apologies go out to Mr. Romonchuk! I sincerely hope that everybody has a wonderful Halloween and Thanksgiving. Please don’t eat too much candy or turkey! See you next issue!
