








Hello all! Welcometothe October 2024issueof “NutriNews”.It’s been an incredibly busyfew monthsfor theBusiness as we look to grow our presence in the eCommerce,Vending and Wholesale channels.
In the world of Finance, the team have successfullystreamlinedtheMonthEnd process and associated reporting, now achieving a Day 8 closeconsistently.We are now in the process of drafting our Medium-Term Financial Plan whichwill set outour budget over the next 3 years.
Over the past few weeks, we have significantly improvedour Sales process thanks to Nikita and the team. We are now fully live with our CRMsystem and adopting a proactive approach for engaging with our customersboth existing and new. Paul Hackett joins us from Glanbia as our new Head of Sales, bringing a wealthof expertise into thebusiness.
Operationally, therehas beena significant effort across theDepots to tackle the recent influx of wholesale orders, again a huge thanks to the teams in Glasgow, Luton and Cardiff Depotsfor going aboveand beyond to ensurewe have met our Customers'needs.We have recentlyhad confirmation that the Lucozade non-core range is now available to order, welcomenewson theback of the issues experienced from Lucozade manufacturing issues dating back to May.
We are on thebrink of our In-Gym Activationprojectgoing live in PureGym.Thisis a significant milestonefor thebusiness as it will expose our NutristoreeCommerce platform to all PureGym members nationwide, allowing them to purchasesports nutrition products through our store at market beating prices.Even with our prudent estimates, the volumeof orders whichthis will generate for the businessis incredibly exciting.
On a personal note, I would liketo take theopportunity to thank everyonefor their personal contributions over thepast few months – it’s been an incredibly busy period, where everyonehas stepped up and delivered.I’d like to also thank everyonefor their patience and understanding during the Restructuringprocess whichhas now ended. The feedback whicheveryone provided during the conversationsheld by Scott and myself was not only critical for the processbut allowed us theopportunity to speak with several individuals who we’venot had the opportunity to do so for several months.We’vetaken away useful feedback from youall and will ensurethis is cascaded into the Leadership Team for continuousimprovementin the business.

We’re at that point of the year where it’s now time to start getting those presents bought for nearest and dearest and of course our work’s Christmas Party. We have decided this year to try and get everyone together in the same place so we can all celebrate Christmas and thank each other for all the effortthat has gone in this year. The venue has been confirmed as Battle Bar in Cardiff on Friday 13th December 2024. Further details will be provided in due course, but we would like everyone to makethe effort to attend what will be a fantastic party forall.
We are incredibly excited to announce that we now have a presence onAmazon for a select number of products as part of the launch. We will be increasing our presence on Amazon and bringing more of our top selling products tothe whole of the UK!
As previously announced, TGG have decided to moveto another vending supplier. We are currently in discussions with TGG as to the practicalities of the migration away.Over the coming months we will be actioning the decommissioning of the machines as part of the transition. As already mentioned, we have several initiatives in place to support the business with the transition away from TGG – some exciting one’s have already been covered in this Newsletter. Further updateswill be provided as soon as available.
We are currently in the processof sampling various flavours of formulations with a view to expand our range of Own Brand products. We will look to increase our range and update the staff once we have finalised each new product.

We've had another busy period, with huge thanks to everyone from picking to customerservices for their hard work - which has been seen in manymore 5* reviews.We restocked popular CSN Supps products like Multi Collagen and 300g Creatine and are working on new whey protein and Cream of Rice flavours feedback will be needed soon from all staff when we receive delivery of our Samples!
By the end of the year, we are hoping to achieve 50 individual SKU’sof our own brand range. Project AD is back in stock,including the staff favourite, Ad Shreddabull fat burner. Further new additions to the warehouse include the new official Cola Sweet Flavors with Applied Nutrition, ColaMillions® Beef Protein IsolateandSquashies®Whey Protein.
We’ve also recently launched a Nutrivend Amazonstore which should open upa new exciting Sales channel which will supplement our existing eCommerce business.

Since joining Nutrivend, Richard has demonstrated all of our Core Values in a very quick space of time, especially being a Self Starter, improving our Vehicle Management processes and showing a constant drive with continuous improvement. Keep up the great work Richard!
Another member of our Customer Services department is recognised this month. Sarah always provides valuable input and support. Her assistance with the sales function and covering Nikita during her annual leave was an excellent example of Being the Best You Can Be.
Ali embodies our core values, consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. She is always eager to assist colleagues and often volunteers her free time to support the needs of the business. Ali is a dedicated, hardworking team member, and a real asset to the Business.
Since joining the business, Mike has shown incredible commitment, constantly going above and beyond to deliver the highest of standards. Mike’s willingness to support with whatever is required within the Luton Depot since it’s opening has been critical in getting the Depot to the level it is now.
Atif continues to add value in all aspects of the business. Through use of data analytics and dynamic reporting, Atif has allowed the business to make real time decision making across all the channels. One of the reports designed by Atif was utilised at Executive level within Celsius and received significant praise from several stakeholders.
