INTRODUCTION “The Shore” is a given name of the residential building that came from Shoreditch district.

The challenge of this project is to design 6 housing units on a congested longitudinal site that is between existing building and a railway. Only 151m2 of the site is allowed to be built on ground and at the same time is shared among 3 students residential project. Therefore the ground would be use as a circulation and a small comercial area to the residence is introduced.

The concept idea of The Shore is to re-introduce the bathroom space as also the main part of the living by creating a house plan that revolves with the bathroom spaces and to enhance the functionility of a bathroom.

;Main bathroom on third floor that has its own speciality which connects to the infinity pool that allows more activity can be done in the area

Considering the neighbour by removing one block from tower to another level,allowing the morning sunshine to neighbour’s facade.

is strategicly located where it is in the centre of the Liverpool and has connection between the city and Birkenhead district via the entrance of the underground Queensway Tunnel that is about 60 metres north of distance.

It is -offWEST the main street of the city where SOUTH ELEVATION SOUTH SCALE 1:200 there is a viaduct that can be pass through. Also the SCALE site 1:200 is within five minutes walking radius from landmarks like Central Library, St George’s Hall and Lime Street Station.
