BUNNY LOOKING FOR LOOS An adventurous white rabbit has been spotted travelling around London on various trains and buses. So far, the bunny has been on the London Overground and a bus in the city’s north unaccompanied by an owner. After Matt Hepburn tweeted a photo of the animal riding his bus with the caption, “There’s a rabbit on my bus”, it generated over 50,000 likes on the social media platform. Other rabbit spotters have since come forward with some raising concern for the animal’s welfare. Hepburn eventually found the brave bunny’s pawrents reporting, “I tracked down the owner... apparently he does this often. I did have to stop a family from treading on it!” The white rabbit is not the first domestic pet with a passion for travel. British woman, Fee Jeanes, discovered in 2011 that her cat, Dodger, was known to regularly catch the bus around Dorset, sitting on passengers’ laps for the entire 17 kilometre journey.

ROPE JUMPING RECORD A group of 245 thrill-seekers have seem to have succeeded in setting the world record for rope jumping off a 30-metre-tall bridge in Sau Paulo, Brazil. Participants wore white helmets and were all tied together before leaping from the bridge simultaneously and swinging back and forth before all coming to a standstill. One jumper, Laercio Dos Santos, explained the experience as a “crazy, unique feeling... You jump and it’s pure adrenaline and you just go.” One organiser of the stunt, Alan Fereira, said that a total of 400 people were involved in the overall project which required the assembly of complicated harnesses and bolts, as well as, safety checks on all ropes. The world record event used 20 kilometres of rope and 1,000 harnesses. Guinness World Records has not issued an official statement to confirm the record as yet, however, it has surpassed a previous Brazilian attempt held in April, 2016 with 149 jumpers.

One of Perth’s main city streets was closed down recently due to an unruly swarm of bees. The City of Perth enlisted the help from a beekeeper who estimated there to be over 20,000 bees in the swarm. Mike Conway, from Bivouac Beekeeping, said, “It was the largest colony I’ve seen this season... It was about two metres up the wall by a metre wide.” Conway was unsure of why the bees had chosen such a city location to find a home and added, “There is so many people keeping bees in very unusual places including the CBD that there is bees everywhere now.” City worker, Liria Siragusa, described things as “hectic” as people around her failed to notice the swarm until they were in it and said, “It looked like a big cloud of black... DRONE Drone racing is the latest sport that involves flying upside down, dodging obstacles and whizzing around corners and is becoming very popular. Chad Nowak, one of the Brisbanebased sporting pioneers explained, “Drone racing is the same as racing cars, but in the air and through an obstacle course and the first one around the track wins.” The appeal of drone racing varies from a passion for gadgets, a need for speed or the freedom of flying, as racing veteran, Mark Cocquio, suggested, “I just like being able to fly, being able to get in a machine and do things that you couldn’t do even if you were in an aircraft.” Last year, the inaugural Australian Drone Nationals was held with international competitions following the trend and even television channels broadcasting races. However, Cocquio believes the sport needs to experiment with different formats and potentially launch endurancebased events.

Clarence City Council in Tasmania has taken the prestigious art exhibition of the Archibald Prize and given it an animal spin. In this year’s Poochibald Art show, children and adults were invited to unleash their artistic talents and celebrate dogs of all shapes and sizes. This year, 110 drawings, paintings, prints and collages of canines were posted on the wall of the Schoolhouse Gallery in Rosny, Tasmania. First prize in the adult category was claimed by Anna Williams for a linocut portrait of her niece’s dog, Basil. Williams said, “I chose him because of his brindle coat and his brown and black patches.” After being encouraged by a friend to enter, Williams was awarded a $300 gift voucher for her winning artwork and added, “I do ceramics to teach and make my money that way. But I love drawing and linocuts, that’s my hobby, what I really enjoy doing.” Although the Poochibalds offer prizes for first and second place in both the adult and junior categories, the aim of the exhibition is to bring dog and art lovers together.

SUPER SHOES The world’s most expensive pair of shoes have been unveiled by English designer, Debbie Wingham, attached with a price tag of over $15 million. The fancy footwear was commissioned for a birthday gift and features different types of diamonds including rare, large pink and blue diamonds, flawless white diamonds and 1,000 smaller diamonds. The shoes have solid gold zippers, are decorated with Arabian Jasmine flowers, made from high quality leather and stitched together with 18 carat gold thread. Taking hundreds of hours to create, even the leather coating process used 24 carat gold paint. Wingham is known for other luxurious creations including the world’s most expensive ‘Red Diamond Abaya’ dress, valued at over $2 million and the world’s most expensive cake, valued at $50 million made by Wingham’s baking business, Couture to Cakes.

Ferdinand (voiced by WWE Superstar, John Cena!) lives a life of leisure on the family farm, but is disrupted when he is taken to a school to train bulls, where his kind and peaceful manner is unlike the other bulls. With the help of a neurotic goat named Lupe and a team of crazy hedgehogs, he gains the courage to remain true to himself, whilst working on a way to escape to bring his new friends back ONLY IN with him to the home he loves. THE HEDGEHOGS – UNA, DOS AND CUATRO E

D IN

P

This dude is a “calming” goat whose job is to calm aggressive bulls. Lupe is a frenzied, sometimes loud, and always – always – a bad singer! Her dream is to coach a fighting bull to greatness and to prove that there is more to her than meets the eye.

LU

FE R

The movie’s main star is Ferdinand - a super-sized version of a regular bull who is viewed as a fierce beast by most. But this guy’s true nature is unlike his appearance. He likes the simple things in life – a light breeze, a nice flower, the cool shade of a cork tree. His compassion for others is considered a weakness, but in the end, it’s his strength.

These three are cunning, quick and stick together. Literally. Like Velcro. They are a nuisance to everyone at Case de Campeones and are considered thieves (which… they kind of are.) They find a friend in Ferdinand and agree to help him escape if they can go with him back home to the farm.

ER O R IM P

The alpha bull at Casa de Campeones and archenemy to Ferdinand. He’s smart. Calculating. Knows how to get under your skin and into your head. He feels threatened by Ferdinand, not just because of his reputation and size, but because, deep down, Valiente knows that they are more alike than he would care to admit.

The greatest matador in the long, storied history of Spanish bullfighting. Don’t worry if you can’t remember that. He’ll remind you. Frequently. Tall, lithe, and full of...flourish, he arrives at Casa de Campeones to select a bull for his final fight. He is the bestest of the best and has the best looking face of all the faces in all of Spain and quite possibly the world.

Nina is a little girl and Ferdinand’s best friend on the farm. She plays the guitar for him, plants flowers with him and eats breakfast with him. Nina has no fear of Ferdinand as she sees what the world does not -- his soul, a kind-hearted, sweet-natured innocent.

HANDY STUFF

28

It’s been a big year for Nintendo’s little handheld, and not only is one more big release squeezing out before Christmas, but we have a Top 10 for you to think about.

KIRBY BATTLE ROYALE 3DS

The little, cute, pink fluffball Kirby doesn’t look like much, but he can sure pack a punch. We’re used to enjoying him float his way through inventive platforming levels, sucking in enemies and absorbing their powers. However, this spin-off game is focused on multiplayer, even though it does have a solo campaign to enjoy. There are ten different minigames that each offer varying rules and challenges to overcome, and most of them are pretty good. As you

CALLY’S CAVES 4

WORDS BY CHRIS STEAD

IOS

If you are looking for some fun gaming on your phone or tablet, then this retro platformer is definitely worth checking out. The previous three games in this series were all good, but this fourth entry is definitely the best. The controls are just so smooth, and the levels and combat are plenty of fun to play around with. You play as Cally, and your goal is to try and find a special medallion that can save one of your friends. As you might suspect, there are plenty of baddies in your way, which you must take down with your sword swipe or your projectile weapons. As you go, you also find coins that you can spend on upgrading your moves. If there is one bad thing to talk about it’s the challenge; the game can be a little tough in places. But you’re a gamer right? We’re sure you will be able to make it past anything!

go you unlock Kirby’s abilities, and take on the occasional boss battle. However, you cannot suck in anything and absorb its powers; which is a bit strange. The AI does a good job in the single player whether they are your enemy or your team-mate, but the game is much better with friends. It is a pretty short though compared to other Kirby games on 3DS, so we only recommend this one to those who love their multiplayer minigame titles.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King

6

Mario Party: Top 100

7

This amazing remake of one of the best handheld platformers of all time is our favourite game of the year. So much to explore, so many upgrades to earn and such great level design.

The sequel we didn’t see coming, Nintendo sends us back to the tropical island region of Alola, but with a whole new story to enjoy alongside new gameplay features and critters to collect.

It’s not very often we get an all new game series from Nintendo. Thankfully, Ever Oasis with its mix of town building, RPG mechanics and action platforming is really impressive.

This incredible RPG features one of the most amazing and detailed game worlds you will ever see, a big story and addictive turn-based combat.

The classic strategy game Pikmin is famous on consoles for its beautiful 3D gameplay, but somehow Nintendo has made it work and be just as much fun on 3DS.

We already loved the multiplayer minigame mayhem of the Mario Party series, so how could we resist this game. It takes the 100 best minigames from across the entire series and places it in one title!

Monster Hunter Stories This spin-off game surprised everyone with its cool characters, cute cartoony visual style and its monster bonding. Instead of hunting monsters to kill them, you instead try to befriend them, ride them and bring them into battle with you.

8

Poochy & Yoshi’s Woolly World

9

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions This odd RPG has you controlling Mario and Luigi at the same time, which creates fun combat situations and exploration puzzles. But most memorable is the hilarious dialogue.

Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and The Millionaire’s Conspiracy This spin-off to the famous Professor Layton puzzle game series features a young girl and a talking dog solving a big mystery by completing puzzles and interviewing characters.

10

The awesome Wii U game Yoshi’s Woolly World is just as brilliant on the 3DS, especially as you get more to enjoy thanks to new autorunner stages for Poochy the dog.

BUILDING A GREAT YE IT WAS ANOTHER HUGE YEAR FOR THE LEGO GAMES, AND THERE’S PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM WHEN WRITING DOWN YOUR WISH LIST FOR SANTA.

LEGO MARVEL SUPER HEROES 2

(PC, XBO, PS4, SWITCH)

The first LEGO Marvel games was great, but the sequel is truly epic! The highlight is Chronopolis, the big new hub world you get to explore. It’s a mashup of 18 different locations from the Marvel universe, and if you love your comics you’ll have so much fun just exploring this part of the game. Not that the story is based on any one comic: it’s completely original. We love getting new stories, especially when it allows you to travel through time and across dimensions! How else will you stop Kang the Conqueror kidnapping entire cities after all?! The gameplay unfolds in a way that is quite similar to all the LEGO games. There is a lot of combat, but also a lot of puzzle solving as you (and a friend in co-op) make your way through the various stages. What makes this game standout, of course, are all the characters. The

THE LEGO DIMENSIONS “DOH!” FILES

developer has done such a good job making all the superheroes – and there are a lot of them – feel different by giving them the right super abilities. Some can even fly! If all of that wasn’t exciting enough, there a four-player Battle Mode to jump into, where you can really put your LEGO powers to the test!

We love LEGO Dimensions; the brilliant toys-to-life game where you got to build real Lego vehicles, characters and gadgets and then transport them into a game world. But it has just been cancelled – boo! This means the recent Teen Titans Go!, Powerpuff Girls and Beetlejuice packs will be the last. Make sure you get them while you still can!

LEGO WORLDS (PC, PS4, XBO, SWITCH)

WORDS BY CHRIS STEAD

If you love Minecraft, then this is the Lego game for you. You begin with a large open world, then you can use a tool to change the landscape to make it however you like. Then you start creating! You can build anything out of the LEGO bricks you collect that you can build in the real world, and

then you can use them. So build a vehicle, and you can use it to drive around! All the different LEGO toy sets are mixed into this game, so you can create and combine some amazing stuff. Plus, you will find lots of goodies and extras simply by exploring. One for the creative types!

31

EAR

THE LEGO NINJAGO MOVIE VIDEO GAME The six Ninjago teenagers went LEGO this year, using their fighting moves, mech robots and crazy gadgets to fend off the invading Lord Garmadon. The game separates itself from other LEGO titles by giving you full camera control while in the hub world. This is to help you use the ninjagility moves – like wall runs, wall climbs, wall grabs and more - to explore. Moving about a LEGO world this way really is very cool. Also great about this game is the combat, with all six of the

main heroes having great, over-the-top special moves to use. You can even use them in the four-player Battle Mode.

LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER (PC, PS4, XBO, SWITCH) Originally a Wii U exclusive, LEGO City Undercover went multiformat this year, which was great news. This underrated game unfolds in a living, breathing city, where you can explore down alleyways, in buildings and on rooftops as citizens wander around. You can jump in an out of vehicles whenever you like, too. Plus there

a big builds to put together, and a swag of collectables. Hero Chase McCain is an undercover cop, and his story about “one last job” to save the city is super funny and filled with great characters. The re-release not only improves the visuals, but adds in a killer feature we know you will love – coop! Check it out!

WHAT’S

Christmas is just around the corner, but there are a few last minute games sneaking out worth your consideration.

XBO, PS4, SWITCH

BEN 10 Ben 10 is back! Hooray! It has been quite a few years since Ben last starred in a console game and that has us very excited. His new game comes with three different episodes to play through. In each one you get to meet characters from the show, look for secrets and collectables and take on a boss like Zombozo, Queen Bee or the Weatherheads. The stories are relatively simple, but have the same humour and action we’ve come to expect from the series. They’re also presented with the younger, more colourful vibe of the rebooted TV series, which is different from previous games. All up there are 12 levels to fight your way through. While the game starts out with Ben with Gwen and Grandpa Max, the levels are all about Ben 10’s alien forms. You can switch between any unlocked alien forms you have at any time, which is important to your strategy. They

each feel very different, and have different moves and abilities. Switching between them is not only key to the combat, but also to finding some of the collectables. It’s lots of fun trying out the different alien forms, and it’s cool that you can upgrade their abilities as you go by collecting green orbs. The controls are easy to master, too. Unlike previous Ben 10 games, which were more like 3D platformers, this is a proper beat ‘em up. You scroll through the levels linking

together epic combos and taking down screen-loads of bad dudes. The ultimate attacks are particularly cool and its great how there are little challenges for you to complete within bigger battles. It’s a gameplay style that mixes well with the various alien forms. If you’ve been waiting impatiently for a Ben 10 like us, it’s time to get your Omnitrix on!

DID YOU KNOW? A second season of the new Ben 10 TV show has been confirmed. Woo!

STEEP: ROAD TO THE OLYMPICS just finding interesting places to explore. And the fact that other players could just come into your world when you were online and explore with you was icing on the cake. Add great graphics and controls, plus tonnes of events, and you had a gem. Now we’re getting the Road to

PC, PS4, XBO

Steep was easily one of our favourite games of 2016. Whether you were skiing, snowboarding, paragliding or wingsuit flying, it turned a huge mountain range into your playground. It felt amazing turning through the powder, doing incredible tricks and

the Olympics expansion. It’s based on the Winter Olympics starting in early 2018, and adds a host of new events like Downhill, Slopestyle, Halfpipe, Giant Slalom, Super G and Big Air. You can choose a country and compete against people online, too. For solo players there is a career mode to take you through to gold medal glory, and also new mountains based on Japan for you to explore. An excellent expansion to an already excellent game.

DID YOU KNOW? Steep joins the SSX, 10800 Snowboarding and Amped game series as one of the best snowboarding games ever released.

SNIPPERCLIPS PLUS: CUT IT OUT TOGETHER

SWITCH

We’d forgive you for missing SnipperClips: Cut it Out Together when it came out during the launch of the Switch. A new Zelda game was out after all! But the unique,

four-player co-op puzzle game was actually really quite great. As little characters in a simple 2D space, you had to solve a level by cutting pieces from each other to make shapes. This often combined with

physics-based puzzles and various objects to make for challenging situations, yet they would always make you laugh. It’s just so cool trying to imagine new shapes and ideas with a friend in this game. Nintendo was surprised by how much people liked the game, so it has re-released it with some enhancements. This includes 40 new stages, two new worlds – one based on combi books, and another on a toy box – some new activities, new shapes to cut out and a new stamp mode. These additions bring a tonne of extra value to the game and ensure it is an essential purchase for people who own a Switch.

STOCKING FILLERS

IT’S OUR FAVOURITE TIME OF THE YEAR: CHRISTMAS! BUT WHAT GAMES SHOULD YOU ASK SANTA FOR, ASSUMING YOU HAVE BEEN A GOOD BOY, OF COURSE. HERE IS GAMESTA’S PICKS FOR THE COOLEST GAMES OF 2017 TO TRY AND GET UNDER YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE.

(Switch, Wii U)

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: BREATH OF THE WILD If you haven’t jumped into the gorgeous, open-word action of the new Zelda game already, you’re really missing out. This massive game is mind-blowing, allowing you to ride a horse around a fantasy kingdom filled with exciting things to discover, while growing into a true hero. Two big DLC packs have been added to the game since launch, too.

(All Formats)

After a few years struggling with injury, the mighty FIFA bounced back in 2017 with the best entry in the series for a long time. Better passing, smoother controls, a ball that actually feels like it is the right weight and another, bigger chapter in the innovative story mode ensured it kicked goals from all over the field.

(PS4, XBO, PC)

FIFA 18

The 3D platformer had a huge year, and one of the standouts was this brand new indie game. Inspired by the classic Banjo-Kazooie series, it stars a chameleon and a bat adventuring around bright, smartly designed levels jammed with secrets, odd characters and tonnes of collectables. The game keeps growing, always allowing you to unlock cool new stuff.

(Switch)

SUPER BOMBERMAN R One of the highlights of the Nintendo Switch launch, this old school arcade game turned out to be explosive fun. With support for up to four players, you move your little hero around maze like levels, trying to activate switches, destroy enemies and earn power-ups. The ever increasing difficulty makes it quite addictive.

PROJECT CARS 2

It was one of the biggest years ever for racing games, but if we had to choose one simulation, it would be Project Cars 2. For starters, it’s on multiple formats, but it also has excellent handling and physics, an incredible amount of customisation options, dynamic weather and a huge list of cars and tracks to enjoy. A great sequel.

(PC, XBO, PS4)

(Switch)

SUPER MARIO ODYSSEY The mighty Mario returned in 2017 with his first open-world platformer in 15 years. Being able to explore larger worlds, rather than just single levels one at a time, is a breath of fresh air. And the new gameplay additions, like Mario’s hat Cappy, which can be used to navigate gaps, attack enemies and collect goodies, works a treat. So much awesome!

MARVEL VS. CAPCOM: INFINITE Fighting fans got to bring back the biff this year in a few notable titles, but we’re giving the thumbs up to Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite. Why? Who doesn’t want to watch superheroes take on gaming heroes? This edition in the long running series made the combat simpler by making the fights just a two versus two tag format, and adding in the game breaking infinity stones abilities.

(Switch)

MARIO + RABBIDS: BATTLE KINGDOM One of the surprise gems of the year, this title took platforming legend Mario and those crazy party game troublemaking Rabbids, and merged them into… a turn-based strategy RPG! What the?! But it totally worked, with a fun and playful vibe mixing with lots of depth and thought-provoking gameplay. You simply have to try it.

(PC, XBO, PS4)

41

DIRT 4

Few gaming experience are as thrilling as the Dirt rally games. Trying to push your car at the fastest possible speeds down narrow, windy tracks with trees, rocks, jumps and more in the way is so rad. Dirt 4 is the best in the series in a long time, focusing right in on long, challenging rallies, car damage and perfect handling. A random track generator means you always have something new to play, too.

(PS4)

KNACK 2

While his first game was fun, but flawed, Knack’s sequel is a much better experience. By making the combat a lot deeper and exciting, and adding in more moves and abilities to help get around the levels, everything just felt better. The game looks great, too, and adding in a co-op mode was icing on the cake for this platformer.

Nintendo are always trying new, crazy ideas, but they outdid themselves with Arms. It’s a third-person fighting game, where you control warriors with extendable arms. By throwing punches in real life while holding the Joy-Con controllers, your character on the screen begins to fight. With lots of different weapons to customise your fighter’s arms with, and a range of characters and stadiums, the game turned out great.

We had to mention this strange platformer for one big reason. You play as a snake! I don’t think we’ve ever played as a snake before! It’s strange controlling a character with no arms or legs, who needs to slither around the ground and wrap themselves up objects, but it works surprisingly well. Collecting all the elements in each level is challenging and fun.

CARS 3: DRIVEN TO WIN

Set just after the movie, this game adds to Lightning McQueen’s story by taking us through his mission to defeat rival racer Jackson Storm. There are 20 characters to choose from and six modes to play across 13 different locations. The racing is a lot of fun, too, with moving obstacles, jumps, nitro pads, weapons and stunts to pull off. This is what movie-games should be like!

(PC, Switch, PS4, XBO)

(PSVR)

FARPOINT

VR was huge in 2017, but one of the most innovative games was Farpoint. It’s a first-person shooter, where you play an astronaut stranded on an alien planet trying to survive. What makes it amazing is the unique controller, which is in the shape of a gun. So as you go through the virtual world, you feel like you are holding a real weapon. Epic.

SONIC FORCES

Everyone’s favourite hedgehog retuned in 2017 with a huge game offering three different play styles. Classic old-school platforming, fast-paced modern 3D action, and a new style where you play as your own character. The combination doesn’t always gel that well together, but being able to create and play as your own animal-character in the Sonic universe is definitely cool.

(Switch)

SPLATOON! 2

Nintendo’s odd paint-shooting series returned with a bang this year. It offered a bigger hub-world to explore, a more in-depth single player story to follow, and a deeper multiplayer experience. More modes and weapon types definitely give you lots to play with, while the characters and story are silly fun. The unique controls take some getting used to, but the gameplay is thrilling.

(XBO)

SUPER LUCKY TALES It’s very rare for Microsoft to do a playful, 3D platformer, but late this year we got the very fun Super Lucky Tales. It’s classic adventuring, with lots to collect, big levels to explore, epic boss fights and a very cute hero character. We love how Lucky, a fox, can burrow underground then leap up to surprise enemies.

(Switch)

MARIO KART 8 DELUXE

The hit Wii U game got a re-release on the Nintendo Switch earlier in the year, bringing hang-gliders, underwater sections, customisable vehicles, anti-grav and a stack of new powers-ups to the classic racing action. With all the DLC included, the huge Deluxe edition has 48 tracks and 41 characters, including five new ones. Best of all, the great Battle Mode returns, an arena combat multiplayer experience.

CRUISE CONTROL

Nothing can out-rough this wild Russian! Whether you’re a hunter, explorer, or a wannabe off-roader, the Shaman All Terrain Vehicle guarantees to be more insane and epic than anything your local SUV dealership can offer! At 6 metres long, 3 metres tall and 2.5 metres wide, you’d think it’s too much monster to control properly, but the steering system says otherwise. Each of its eight wheels has its own suspension, mounted to a closed frame designed to protect and perform no matter the conditions. Also, the

three drive settings: Onroad (front 4WD), offroad (all-wheel drive) and even crab mode (side to side) give you more options to off-road with! Thanks to a 146 horsepower 3.0 litre turbo diesel, the Shaman’s top speed is just shy of 80km/h; and thanks to an optional screw propeller (???), top speed in the water can be 5-7km/h! Don’t stress though, underneath there is a boat-formed frame which keeps water out, and high-performance pumps can remove up to 200 litres of water a

CRUISE CONTROL

minute if any flows inside! Each of these beasts can carry up to 1.5 tons of cargo, can climb 45-degree hills, and according to those who have been lucky to sit behind the wheel – they’re are actually easy to drive! Inside, the driver sits in a single-seat cockpit that looks like the captain’s console of a luxury fishing boat, with room in the back for eight passengers. The ‘tourist’ model has individually adjustable seats, and the ‘hunter’ has benches that convert

into beds! Taking 2 months to manufacture, each individual Shaman comes with loads of customization options. There are other all-terrain vehicles out there, but none can roll, climb, and float like the Avtoros Shaman 8×8. The downside - it’s currently only sold in Russia. But if you have a spare $350,000+, you can have it flown over to Australia - or just drive it over from Russia!

SHAME, SHAME, SHAME

I

was playing basketball in the under 12’s final. We were winning by two points and there was two minutes left. I got the ball and headed towards the goal and scored a three pointer. Then I realised that I went the wrong way and scored in my own basket! We lost the final. Angela, 12, by email

u are one crazy bunch! Geez KRASH Headz. Yo REAL stories! Check out these 100%

O

ne day my brother held a birthday party for himself because he was turning 11. I was only eight years old and I would’ve been quite bored if none of my friends came over. So all his friends came over and my five best friends came over too. Anyway we were all playing musical bobs and I was caught out but I actually bobbed down. So I went into my room and had a sleep while my friends were still out there. After I woke up they were all mad at me and I was embarrassed. Then suddenly my brother’s best friend came and pulled my pants and underpants down and I was totally naked in front of everyone! The next day at school my friends told everyone and even the teacher.

SHAME OF THE MONTH

I

was going to a massive place called Golf Paradise, where all these people go to play golf. I was wandering around when the giant speakers shouted out “Oooooh, look at that golfball flying!” So I looked behind and a the golf ball hit my head! I shouted out “Hey, what thell!!??” I was sooooo angry. LOL. Paul, 8, QLD

nce I was at a school disco when the DJ called me up on to stage to dance. As I was dancing my friend dropped my pants and I was standing in front of the whole school naked. George, by email

ne time I went to the pool with some friends. They dared me to jump flip off the top diving board, so I did. I accidentally messed it up and landed in a bit of a belly flop, and some air got in my togs, and when I hit the water they popped. There was a nice hole and every one was laughing at me. At first I just thought it was ‘cause I did a belly flop. I then I saw the REAL reason. Lucas, 12, NZ
