Plan Your Year Each quarter brings new opportunities to engage Northwestern students. Included is a sample of activities:

Winter

Summer • Host a group of students at your office for a Career Trek • Encourage your Northwestern alumni to represent your organization at a ’Cats Connect • Invite your current interns to showcase their summer experience via NCA social media • Solidify fall recruiting plans with your Employer Strategist Late June – Early September

Fall • Attend the fall career fair • Host a networking event or workshop • Engage with student organizations • Participate in on-campus interviews • Register for winter recruiting activities • Discuss offer deadlines, policy questions, and salary benchmarks with your Employer Strategist Late September – Early December
