A large group of like-minded community organisations have joined forces to bring some free fun family time to the kids and parents of Dargaville this September. Calling themselves the Kaipara Tamariki Collective, they include groups at the forefront of providing services for families, and they are building on the success of their previous family fun days to present a Winter Wonderland on September 22. The collective has grown out of conversations and collaboration between Te Ha Oranga, Whanau Focus, the Early Years Hub, Oranga Tamaki, the Kaipara District Council, Circus Kumarani, the ANZAC Theatre, Silver Fern Farms p Winter Wonderland is a free event in the same spirit as and Sport Northland.
