But how true are those claims? It is important to know which sports are growing and where there may be opportunities now and in the future. In order to provide you with usable information in a quick and easy to understand fashion, NSGA has compiled the following overview on sports and activities that have experienced growth in participation during the last five years (2013–2018) among different demographics. Please note this is not an exhaustive list and just because a sport is not listed, it does not mean that it is not growing.
