Ellie Pits: Level 3 in Forensic Science

Why did you choose this course? “Initially I wanted to study Criminology at university so decided to take Forensic Science to get both the practical experience as well as the court experience.

Whilst at College, I made the UK National World Skills finals at the NEC in Birmingham in which I received highly commended, meaning I’m one of the best in the UK. It was one of the best experiences of my life, and I would recommend that any student thinking about competing to go for it. It looks great on your CV or UCAS application and gives you loads of confidence.

After College, I plan to now go to university to study Forensic Science, then Medicine to eventually become a Forensic Pathologist.”
