Code of Conduct The Code of Conduct is an ethical compass that should be followed by all employees within the Nordic Plasfics Group, regardless of their workplace or tasks. It also applies to individuals engaged in Nordic Plasfics Group's acfivifies through contracts or agreements. Nordic Plasfics Group adheres to the UN Global Compact, which is based on the UN Declarafion of Human Rights, the UN Convenfion against Corrupfion, and the Internafional Labour Organizafion's (ILO) convenfions on fundamental principles and rights at work.

Nordic Plasfics Group has determined that: 01. We respect human rights. 02. We treat all people fairly, with dignity and respect. 03. We support and promote diversity. 04. We do not discriminate against anyone based on factors such as gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientafion, nafionality, polifical opinion, social background, or ethnic origin. 05. We respect all employees' right to organize. 06. We do not harass, threaten, or discriminate. 07. We do not accept child labour, illegal labour, or forced labour. 08. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding workplace accidents and do not compromise on health and safety in the workplace. 09. We work proacfively to reduce the risk of accidents and work-related injuries. 10. We provide opportunifies for employees to develop professional knowledge and skills. 11. We parficipate in projects and collaborafions with industrial networks, schools, colleges, universifies, research insfitutes, and similar organizafions. 12. We maintain a neutral stance on polifical mafters. The company name and Nordic Plasfics Group's financial resources are not to be used for polifical purposes. 13. We adhere to good business ethics. 14. We do not accept gifts and do not offer gifts, benefits, or payments that could affect or be perceived to affect the recipient's objecfivity in decision-making, or that violate legislafion and/or local customs. 15. We avoid situafions where loyalty to the company may conflict with personal interests. 16. We comply with compefifion laws and promote fair compefifion. 17. We ensure that employees can report significant irregularifies within Nordic Plasfics Group with full anonymity and without personal consequences (whistleblowing). Suspicion can be reported by email to whistleblower@npgroup.se. The message will be received by a recipient who, by law, guarantees anonymity and can act freely on the informafion provided to inifiate an invesfigafion. 18. Whistleblowing should not be used for general dissafisfacfion or issues that can be resolved through direct contact with the relevant individuals. False allegafions will not be accepted and may result in disciplinary acfion. 19. Our producfion units should be cerfified according to the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standard.
