A safe and experienced operator with a rent roll of £15m We work with some great landlords, Land Securities, IVG UK, Prudential, Legal & General, Soho Estates, Crown Estates to drop a few names, living and thriving in some of London’s finest landmarks: Gherkin, Trocadero, Citypoint, Grand Connaught Rooms, Haymarket House, Cornhill and half a dozen Grade II listed properties. We have been trading profitably for over 14 years and are a solid, resilient tenant.

Our model customer focus is absolute She is a twenty nine year old urbanite, working in town, with a good job, strong prospects, disposable income and a willingness to spend it. We love her dearly and she loves our energy, our sense of fun and knows she can rely on us to deliver her occasion, be it with colleagues for lunch, a catch up with friends or a rather more highoctane night out. We do all of these effortlessly, having built an operation that is as comfortable by day as it is after work and later.

Our customers are resilient and affluent 12

Pre-booked Sales What makes our business bounce above other operators is our unique advantage, Pre-Booked Sales, or PBS as we call it. PBS accounts for a whopping 55% of all customer visits - that’s over half of all our customers choosing us over the competition and booking their get-together with us. It is both a huge re-enforcement of our operational appeal and a huge advantage over our competitors. Something they have all tried to copy at some point.

Private Spaces One of life’s ultimate luxuries is your own space, a place to go with friends and call it your own. The Novus business has been built on this principle, allowing customers to pre-book their own space, be that a table, a luxury booth or a private dining room.

Serious about food We have a dedicated central food team, innovating, tailoring and finessing each and every menu we offer. Working with the capital’s very best butchers and fishmongers and where possible operate ‘field to fork’ relations with farmers and growers believing best ingredients, freshly cooked create fab flavours.
