When will my NMLS be transferred?
Licensing will begin the transfer process on your start date. This usually takes anywhere from 1-2 days, depending on your last fingerprinting.
When will my website be up and running?
Our goal is to have your website live the same day your license transfers. Marketing will reach out to you with the link to your website.
Can I access my email from my laptop/phone?
Yes, you can reach out to the Help Desk at helpdesk@novushomemortgage.com for assistance with this.
Where do I send my leads during my transition to Novus?
Our transition team was built to make the process of onboarding your business seamless.
