AnnualReport

Dear Friends,
CEOMESSAGE
My name is Dale Wrigley, and I am the Chief Executive Officer for NOVUS Health Our team works hard to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed care and prevention services in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment
At the core of NOVUS Health's mission and vision, we seek to change the healthcare landscape by meeting people where they are on their health care journey, developing and building partnerships that acknowledge and recognize biases in care delivery, while challenging ourselves and our community to constantly work to eliminate those biases.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to share with you our first annual report as NOVUS Health. This year saw many changes including moving from a private practice to become a 501c3 nonprofit, creating a brand that aligns with our mission and vision, and developing and executing a five-year strategic plan
NOVUS Health's continued growth is tied to our relationships with our patients and the communities we serve By focusing on establishing services that bring together multiple disciplines that complement and empower us to be better together we will change healthcare as we know it.

This report highlights some of our outcomes and services delivered in 2022. Our work has just begun. On behalf of our Board of Directors and staff, it is our hope that you will join in our journey to build Healthier Communities together
Hope to talk soon,
Dale Wrigley Chief Executive Officer

PATIENT AND FINANCIAL SUPPORTER - FRANK KLING

When health challenges develop, I'm comforted knowing NOVUS will provide me with the expertise and care to overcome these difficulties. The organization's holistic approach to healthcare sets NOVUS apart from other providers by recognizing that a person's health is a function of the entire self. Recently, the organization added behavioral health to the professional services available to patients. I admire how management constantly evaluates the addition of healthcare services to improve patient outcomes This constant improvement in the scope of healthcare services affords patients like me a high quality of life, thus allowing patients to remain productive members of society.
BOARD MEMBER - LONNIE O'NEAL
My experience with NOVUS Health has been from its inception, as an idea coming to fruition, to current day operations. As a Board Member, I am looking forward to NOVUS Health's continued efforts to provide clinical excellence, in patient care and expanding access to healthcare for all, through community outreach and development

Thank you
