As we close out the third quarter of 2025, we’re pleased to share an update on our 305-unit multifamily development under construction in Grand Prairie, a high-growth submarket within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The project continues to progress on schedule, with framing advancing across all residential buildings and exterior work well underway. Our team remains focused on execution as we transition toward interior buildouts and site finishing in preparation for first deliveries in 2026.
With construction milestones being met, we are now turning our attention toward pre-leasing activities. Our marketing and operations teams are preparing to launch branding, outreach, and leasing initiatives aimed at capturing the strong rental demand projected across the DFW region next year. We’re positioning the community to open into what we expect to be one of the most favorable leasing environments in recent years.
The broader DFW market continues to demonstrate remarkable resilience. Job and population growth remain among the highest in the nation, and absorption across the metroplex has strengthened throughout 2025.
Meanwhile, new multifamily construction starts have declined meaningfully due to capital market constraints and rising costs. This sharp reduction in new supply—projected to persist through 2027— should provide a strong tailwind for rent growth and occupancy as our community begins lease-up.
We’re encouraged by the combination of strong local fundamentals, disciplined execution, and favorable timing. Our focus remains on delivering a best-in-class residential experience and generating long-term value for our investors and residents alike.

EXPECTED COMPLETION: FALL 2026
Located at the northeast intersection of Interstate-20 and President George Bush Turnpike, Casona (or the “Project”) will be well-positioned to provide immediate access to three major corridors (I-20, PGBT, and TX 161) while uniquely set within a naturally-wooded 37-acre site. The Project will be able to provide the “best of both worlds” in terms of direct and quick access to the wider DFW market when residents need it, and quiet living spaces shrouded in protected, natural features when they don’t.
Casona will offer 155 one-bedroom, 119 two-bedroom, and 31 three-bedroom units spread across seven fourstory, surface-park buildings to maintain an efficient cost of construction while offering a Class A amenity package coupled with high-end fixtures & finishes. The Project will feature over 11,000 sf of interior amenity space accompanied by a resort-style pool with outdoor grilling stations, fireplaces, and pickleball facilities.

• Across the Project, we have started framing at five buildings and erected all elevator shafts.
• Roof decking completed at two buildings wth TPO roof installed at building 5.
• In October, we expect to start the final framing of the final two buildings.
• We are finalizing the furniture package for the Clubhouse and the Model Unit.
