Step 1 Loosen “Cone” & nut by wrench key 15mm & 17mm.

Step 2 Loosen “Cone” & axle by wrench key 15mm & 17mm.

Step 3 Screw out & remove nut and washers.

Step 4 Screw out & remove cone.

Step 5 Remove axle.

Step 6 Remove steel “Dust Cup”.

Step 7 Remove all ball from hub.

Step 8 Remove seal from cassette body.

Step 9 Remove all ball from cassette body.

Step 10 Insert 12mm allen key into “Fixed Bolt� located inside hub shell.

Step 11 Support the wheel on a stable surface & loosen the fixed bolt which secures the cassette body to the hub shell.

Step 12 Screw out cassette body by turning wheel.
