ello there, my name is Nova. I’m currently studying in my seventh semester, majoring in visual communication design at the State University of Surabaya. I am a designer who loves to explore through the designs I create.

Although I call myself as an illustrator. Since I was child, I have fallen in love with the world of cartoons and began to pursue my dream in it.

made this illustration in 2020 with a shading technique using 2B & 5B thickness by Staedler pencils on A3 size paper media. shared my closeness with the animals around my house and thought how wonderful it would be if humans and nature could always coexist together.

wa s inspired by seeing the fun of birds flying high in the sky. What if things turned upside down? t must be exhilarating to fly, watch the beautiful scenery from the sky and greet other God’s creatures.

This illustration was done in 2020 using Sakura Koi watercolors on A3 size SIDU paper.

ascot design for the Bureau LPPBMN Center of Excellence competition. This bright-haired dog mascot named BRODIE completes eight key keywords

that must display such as : friendly, respectful, informative, based on fact, transpar-

ent, semi-formal, serving, and professional. I created this mascot in Adobe Illustrator with a gradation effect that makes BRODIE look more outstanding and dynamic.

ince I was little, I have been obsessed with the comic story created by Herge, entitled “The Adventures of TIN TIN” which is world-famous. One of the best Editorial Design works I have ever made is the mini-book called “The World of TIN TIN.”

T

his book contains a collection of interesting information. It is quite complete about the main characters of The Adventures of Tin Tin comic, one of my goals in making this mini-book is as a tribute to the comic artist Herge for the amazing work he created to inspire me in my career.

A

s an illustrator and fan of TIN TIN comics, since 2020, I have created a custom illustration design business that is unique and has never existed anywhere, namely Toonme_id, custom postage stamps illustration with a simple and retro style of TIN TIN comics.

I

will turn the photo into a postage illustration by cooperating with the customer to choose the colors, numbers, and names to use on the final postage stamps.

I

n 2021 WIX Filters held an international drawing competition, they provided templates for illustrators to draw. I changed a blank canvas into an illustration that conveys the festivities of the Chinese New Year is the year of the Metal Ox. All Chinese New Year knick-knacks and unique color palettes are visualized into a harmonious whole.

made my first digital painting in 2020 because of my addiction to one of the main characters of the Star Wars film,

Rey Skywalker. Rey’s character is displayed in a caricature style, which is described in detail with a supportive background.

ASKUS and Samsung collaborated to hold a big illustration competition:

“Create to Inspire” in 2021. For the f irst time, I published the Supernova character through this competition to present a new me and appeared bolder than I was before.

I

want to have the superpower to bring a light that can make all creatures be-

ings feel happy in near me. And this illustration will be the beginning of my new step.
