3-5th Graders Ielle, Selena, and D’angelo come up with a hit called “Playground”. Spanning a few sessions these three came up with their favorite things to do at the playground and sang all about it foreveryonetohear!
Teenager Mahkai shreds at guitar. He’s new to club as of a few weeks ago and already wants to get right into it by contributing to the Les Paul Project. Here he is spitting out ideasanddialingtoneonhistubeamp!
The Les Paul project doesn't just include teens this year. 3rd-5th grader Nas wanted inontheharmoniesthattieourwholetrack together. Being a trend-setter at club I’m sure more of his friends will be in to follow suitsoon!
Vocals and guitar isn't the only thing that west side youth are going to play for the Les Paul Project, were recording drums to! Taking the chance to track as well as teach the 3rd-5th graders hopped on the set and learned about multitrack recording and sampling! Keep your earsopenfortheWestsidelivekit!
