Season Summary

This month we focused a lot on songwriting, mainly with guitar and digital music. As a lot of youth come in for guitar lessons, we are starting to turn these lessons into writing sessions! Jakaree (pictured above) is working on writing her first song after takinglessonsfor4months!

Hands On

Starting this month, the Franklin studio has been teaching the youth how to navigate certain platforms andrecordingsoftwares.Doingsohasbroughtalotof interesttotherecordingprocessitself.

By getting deep into the inner workings of recording, theyouthgainasenseofwhattheyshouldandshould notdoinaprofessionalstudioenvironment.

Branching Out Incorporating Ideas Realizing the Dream

Ezekiel, who typically wants to record or make beats, wanted to add some guitar into some production we were working on. When he picked up the instrument, the ideas startedflowing!

Niveah and Savannah are sisters who love to sing duets together. One of the tracks we are currently working on is a cover of Wondering by Olivia Rodrigo. They have been practicing the song for weeks, and it's almost time to record!
