

Scribe is an AI-powered voice-to-chart tool seamlessly integrated into Noterro, allowing you to create clinical notes without interrupting your workflow or integrating with other software. This innovative feature simplifies the charting process, allowing you to spend less time on admin tasks and giving you back more time for what really matters.
Follow the steps below to save as much time as possible with Scribe:



1.Access Scribe from the Calendar or Clinical Notes

From Your Clinical Notes
Select a profile from the ‘Patients’ screen 1.
Click on ‘Clinical Notes’ in the left sidebar 2. Click ‘Add New’ then select ‘Clinical Note’ 3.
Select ‘Scribe’ from the top toolbar 4.
From Your Calendar
Click on an appointment from the Calendar 1. Click on the ‘Add Clinical Note’ button 2. Select ‘Scribe’ in the left sidebar 3.


2.Start Dictating or Capturing Convos
Click the Microphone icon and wait for the countdown
Dictate or capture a conversation, then select ‘Pause’ when you’re done
If you are happy with the recording, select ‘Upload’
If you aren’t happy, click ‘Restart’ then select ‘Yes,
Restart’
Select ‘Upload’ once you are happy with the recording
*The AI will automatically identify participants and filter out small talk while capturing the most important information.



3.Review, Revise & Add to Note
Click on a Clinical Note, the click ‘Review’ in the
Scribe section
Edit the content and add it to the appropriate section, or select ‘Do not add’
Select ‘Add to Note’ or ‘Add & Finalize’
* You can add multiple Scribes to the same note as necessary.

4.REMINDER | Scribe uses Noterro Credits
You can manually purchase credits on a need-basis or set an auto-load of credits, ensuring you have enough to complete your work:
Log in as the Admin and click on the Gear icon in the top right header 1.
Select Noterro Subscription and Scroll down the Noterro Credits section 2.
Click ‘Add Credit’ to manually add credits, or click on ‘Manage’ to auto-load credits 3.
