Eu ando de skate da forma como eu vejo, a maioria das pessoas de hoje em dia tenta imolar (copiar) os seus skaters favoritos é porreiro, mas o problema é que eles tentam imitá-los em todos os sentidos, não tem um estilo, não poem o seu próprio toque, honestamente eu acho que a essência do skate desapareceu, as pessoas esqueceram o aspecto mais importante do skate….DIVERTIREM-SE! Meu objetivo como skater, é mostrar às pessoas que tu podes fazer o que tu quiseres no skateboarding só tens que dedicar mais tempo e trabalho. Ramp 48 e Christian Skaters, em parceria com a Because Every Mother Matters e o The Ethiopian Skatepark Project, estão a trazer uma grande equipa para a Etiópia , tabuas de skate, sapatilhas de skate e muito mais , a construção de rampas , ensinam skateboard, tentam mudar a comunidade e as vidas das crianças da região. Agora as crianças pegaram, pedaços de madeira para fazer placas de substituir as rodas e caminhões com um bloco de madeira, para que eles possam aprender alguns truques em flip. Só na capital , há mais de 100 mil crianças de rua que ficaram órfãs ou abandonadas . Essas crianças lidam, com a extrema pobreza , AIDS, violência , ameaças de tráfico de pessoas e muito mais. Esta escola / skatepark, vai oferecer a cada um deles uma oportunidade de uma vida melhor, com a confiança de saber que alguém acredita neles e no seu futuro.

Dude you have so many creativity not like the Street League sell outs. who you see the skateboard in this days with the large company’s making this kind of comps, do you think the real essence of the skateboarding gonna disappear? I just skate the way i see it most people now days try to skate like they're favorite skater witch is cool but the problem is they try to emulate them in every way its cool to want to have they're style but put your own spin on it honestly i think the essence of skating has disappeared people have forgotten the most important aspect of skating HAVING FUN!!! What is your goal as a skater , what you liked to get with skateboarding ? My goal as a skater is to show people you can do anything you want in skating just have to put in the time and work. Have you ever think to come to Portugal? we have killer spots like skatepark Belmont, the Bowl of Ermesinde, Ericeira pool, DYR spots and more. Dude i do want to go vist Portugal ive seen video parts from spots out there all of them look killer one day i do hope to go. Right now the kids there have been grabbing scrap wood to make boards replacing wheels and trucks with a block of wood so they can learn some flip tricks. In the capitol alone, there are over 100,000 street kids that have been orphaned or abandoned. These kids deal with extreme poverty, AIDS, violence, threats of humantrafficking and so much more. This school/ skatepark will offer each of them an opportunity at a better life and the confidence of knowing that someone believes in them in their future.

“We are in the process of securing the land but in order to make it official we need to prove that we have the funds necessary to begin construction. We are asking the world community to help us spark the fire that is skateboarding in Ethiopia. In addition to this international campaign we will also be getting local sponsors so that skateboarding can grow more rapidly in our country.
