Ou seja, sempre que abrimos uma revista de skate portuguesa, ou assistimos a um programa de "desportos radicais" (assim lhe chamam), aparecem sempre os mesmos e as pseudó lendas do skate (como os amigos que são, donos de revistas ou outro media lhes chamam). Isso não é informação, mas sim controlo de informação, visto que em Portugal há imensos skaters e clubes\associações em varias partes do País que não tem reconhecimento (ou não convém por assim dizer). Nós vimos dar a voz a estes skaters e clubes\associações, quem quiser mandar fotos, artigos, canais de youtube, o que vocês acharem importante partilhar com a comunidade skater em portugal, podem mandar para: nbskatemag@hotmail.com . Para ti o que notas da evolução do skate nos Açores até agora? Acho que tem vindo a aumentar devagarinho, pois ainda há muita falta de condições para a prática de skate. Nos Açores atualmente á algum skater apoiado\patrocinado? Atualmente, penso que não. Quantas lojas vocês tem ai elas ajudam-vos? Temos uma loja que já organizou vários campeonatos, mas atualmente não tem havido nada, uma vez que o surf está mais desenvolvido lá, a atenção fica mais virada para os surfistas. O que é que o Skate Clube Açores conseguiu fazer neste últimos anos? ou é mais um clube com falta de apoios\patrocínios? O Skate Clube Açores, foi uma tentativa falhada de dar mais condições aos skaters Açoreanos, devido sobre tudo à falta de apoios\patrocínios. Como tu vez a informação que é divulgada do skate nacional? Achas justo estarem sempre os mesmos no spotlight? Vejo tudo pela net... se é justo ou não, não sei. Mas acho que deviam procurar também, skaters que sejam menos conhecidos e com estilos de vida diferentes. Qual o teu objetivo enquanto skater, o que gostavas de conseguir com o skate? O meu objetivo é nunca parar de evoluir e curtir cada skatada como se fosse a ultima! Eu que agradeço a oportunidade, sou de São Paulo BR, tenho 43 anos de idade, ando de skate fazem 32 anos. Quanto á modalidade, sou Overall e gosto de andar de skate independente do terreno, atualmente tenho andado mais em downhill slide pois sofri o rompimento do LCA e dificulta andar em transições e street, mas ando sempre que posso!!! Em que ano começaste a skatar? Comecei em 1983. Qual foi o teu 1º skate? Meu primeiro skate foi feito a partir de um par de patins de fivela, meu pai me ajudou, desmontamos os patins, 2 gavetas de um armário velho, pregamos os trucks e colamos lixa de ferro na madeira e montamos 2 skates, meu irmão não gostou muito, então eu emprestava pros amigos o que sobrou e andávamos descendo ladeiras. Quem foram as tuas influências no sk8? Minhas influencias foram várias, dos gringos todos do Animal Chin e os Dogtowns, dos brazucas, Marcos ET, Bruno Brown, Kid, Thronn e muitos outros. Que tipo de musica curtes? Hardcore, Rap, Raggea, sou bem eclético pra sons. Spot Favorito? Ladeira da Morte. Trick favorito? Rock in roll nas transições. Para ti com quem fazias uma session killer? Tu foste um skater que passou varias gerações e épocas no skate brasileiro, para ti qual foram os momentos mais difíceis que o skate brasileiro passou e as maiores satisfações? Os mais difíceis foram, o inicio em 1983 por falta de material e os anos 90 por falta de tudo. A maior satisfação que tive até hoje, foi poder competir um evento de street, de Pais e Filhos no dia dos Pais de 2012 na mesma linha com meu filho e subir no pódio junto dele!!! Para vocês o Grito da Rua era uma espécie de Bíblia do skate, como vês o Grito da Rua? achas que foi um grande impulsionador na i nformação do skate brasileiro? O Grito da Rua, era a nossa referencia na época do que estava acontecendo no skate, foi muito importante pra todos que andavam, vejo como um grande impulsionador do skate sim, muitos na época só tinham o programa como referencia, e hoje em dia está fazendo um ótimo trabalho também com cobertura de eventos, com as reprises dos programas antigos, Badeco é o cara!!! Ora bem tu eras\és o apresentador do 2MINUTOS, segundo uma pesquisa que fiz foram: 158 PROGRAMAS EM 2 ANOS E MEIO NO AR. O que aconteceu para o programa terminar? Foram 159 programas em 2 anos e meio no ar, parei porque precisei trabalhar fora do skate para me manter e manter meus filhos, o programa teve muitos apoios durante os 2 anos, porém esse ano os apoios foram saindo e fiquei sem nada para me manter, foi questão de sobrevivência mesmo e falta de tempo pra dedicar a ele. És capaz de fazer uma retrospetiva, desde o inicio até o fim deste projeto? Difícil essa hein kkkkk Acho que a melhor retrospetiva são os 159 programas que estão no meu canal do YouTube, foram mais de 2000 eventos divulgados, mais de 100 eventos cobertos com vídeos e fotos, tive mais de 10 apoiadores durante os 2 anos e meio, mas acho que o legal de tudo isso foi mesmo ter seguidores e admiradores do trampo simples e eficaz que fiz, hoje alguns skatistas me encontram e dizem que eu ajudei muito eles decidirem pra onde ir nos finais de semana, que eventos participar e tal.

Se tivesses a possibilidade de voltar atrás no tempo, o que tu gostavas de reviver? Gostaria de viver os inicio de tudo, o final dos anos 80, o verdadeiro skate punk, hoje ta uma modinha muito sem essência. Qual o teu objetivo enquanto skater, o que gostavas de conseguir com o skate? Meu objetivo hoje é andar, andar e nadar de skate até as pernas não suportarem mais, o skate me deu muitas coisas, mas o melhor de tudo são os amigos que fiz e as vivencias que tivemos nesses 32 anos sobre o skate. For you see so far the evolution of skateboarding in the Azores? I think it has been rising slowly as there are still a lot of lack of facilities for the practice of skateboarding. In Azores currently any skater is supported \ sponsored? Currently, I think not. How many stores you guys have there to help you? We have a store that has hosted several championships, but currently there has not been anything since the surf is more developed here, more attention is turning to the surfers. What Skate Club Azores could do this last years? or is it more a club with lack of support \ sponsorships? The Azores Skate Club, was a failed attempt to give more conditions to Azorean skaters because they have a big lack of support \ sponsorships. Who do you see the information of national skateboarding? You think they only care about the guys in the spotlight? do you think is fair? I see all over the net ... if it's fair or not, I do not know. But I think we should also look for skaters that are less known and with different lifestyles. What is your goal as skater, what would you like to achieve with the skateboard? My goal is to never stop evolving and enjoy each ride as if it were the last! I appreciate the opportunity, I'm from São Paulo BR, I'm 43 years old, ride a skateboard for 32 years. As style I´m Overall and independent skate terrain, now I've been more in downhill slide since suffered the rupture of the ACL and difficult transitions and riding in the street, but I ride whenever I can !!! What year did you start skate ? In 1983. What was your 1st skateboard? My first skateboard was made from a pair of skates buckle, my dad helped me, took apart the skids, 2 drawers of an old dresser, preach the trucks and pasted sandpaper on wood and iron rode 2 skateboards, my brother did not like much, so I lent pros friends what's left and walked down hills. Who were your influences in sk8? My influences were many, of all the gringos of Animal Chin and Dogtowns, the Brazilians Mark ET, Bruno Brown, Kid, Thronn and many others. You were a skater who pass several generations and eras in the Brazilian skate to you what was the most difficult moments in the Brazilian skate and the greatest satisfactions? The most difficult were the start in 1983 for lack of material and 90’s for lack of everything. The greatest satisfaction I've had today, I was able to compete in an Street event of Fathers and Sons, Fathers day in 2012 in line with my son and get on the podium with him !!! For you the tv show Grito da Rua was a kind of Bible of skateboarding, who you see Grito da Rua? You think that was a major rollercoaster in the Brazilian skate information? The Grito da Rua, was our reference at the time what was happening in skateboarding, it was very important to all who skate, I see as a major rollercoaster, yes. Many at the time only had the program as a reference, and today is also doing a great job with coverage of events, with reruns of old programs, Badeco is the MAN !!! Well you were \ are the host of 2minutos, according to a source that I did were: 158 PROGRAMS IN 2 YEARS AND HALF YEAR. What happened to the program end? Were 159 programs in 2 and a half years on the air, I stopped because I needed to work off the skateboard to hold me and keep my children, the program has many sponsors over the two years, but this year the support was not coming and I was nothing to keep me was a matter of survival and even lack of time to devote to it. Can you do a retrospective, from the beginning to the end of this project? This hard huh! lol, I think the best retrospective are 159 programs that are on my YouTube channel, over 2,000 events were reported, more than 100 events covered with videos and photos, had more than 10 supporters during the 2 and a half years, but I think all that was cool even have followers and admirers of simple and effective gig I did today some skaters and say that I really helped them to decide where to go on weekends, attend events and such.

If you had the opportunity to go back in time, what you liked to relive? I would live the beginning of everything, the late 80s, true skate punk, today it´s one fad without lack of substance.
What is your goal as skater, what would you like to achieve with the skateboard? My objective today is ride, ride a lot of skateboarding until my legs hurt, skateboarding guive me many things, but the best of all were the friends I made in my journeys that I have in these 32 years skating. Thank you for accepting our invitation once again, want to give some advice to the Portuguese and the rest of the world that are to begin in skateboarding? No I’m the one who thank’s for the space of powering that the Not BullShit Skate Mag give to me, sharing my work of 2 minutos show and the skateboarding, one advice the skaters who are initializing on skateboarding: Skate for love, no pressures, be humble, make friendships and live the real lifestyle of skateboarding!!!
