In 2018, Northwest Partitions was sold to James Kahler, Rick’s eldest son, per a longstanding succession plan. James has more than twenty years of experience in the industry, bringing insightful leadership to his new role as Chief Executive Officer and President. Rick remains with the company, serving as a project executive. His primary focus is implementing strategy and overseeing project management.
