· Use Breaded Shrimp, Chicken or any protein, baked or fried, of your choice.
· Add mustard and mayonnaise or sauce of your choice
· Add fresh salsa
· Salsa Prep: (Onions, tomatoes, chopped green chilli, cilantro and lemon)
· Add cabbage and some lemon on top.
· Viola ! It’s ready
