The Depth of Our Souls,

The depth of our souls,

The pearls and corals,

Hidden behind the dark shadows

In the fog of this deep ocean

We left our soul to bleed

Ran behind the tempting lights

Blinding world of our desires

Expansiveness of our needs.

We found ourselves wondering

Why have we halted, why is it not moving?

Running madly as it was before

We need it, to fill ourselves

We fill it with things

We are empty, parched, barren

FILL OUR SOULS! We scream

But pearls and corals

Need patience

Clarity of our minds

Lights of our soul

Sincerity of our hearts

Where can we find it?

Deep; buried under our fog
