The panels have a variety of information including history and heritage of Morrow County along and near the Columbia River. There are currently eight interpretive panels in need of restoration. Out of those, three will be needing a new metal structure/frame created. The panel measurements are 24 inches x 48 inches.

The project includes design of the panels, utilizing existing subject material as well as integrating new content for the interpretive panels. Consultant will be expected to work with staff and citizens, providing draft and final design.

Request for Proposals Request Morrow County is seeking proposals from qualified professional design and manufacturing firms to update the interpretive panels located along the Columbia River Heritage Trail in Morrow County, Oregon.

The project also includes the construction of 11 panels and 11 replacement panels (total 22) to include high pressure laminate or other weather resistant, outdoor materials. Project does not include installation of the panels. The Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center (aka Walla Walla VA) is holding an JOB FAIR to fill positions at ALL LOCATIONS. The event is set for Sat., June 24 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Walla Walla VA’s campus in Walla Walla, WA (77 Wainwright Dr.) in Bldg. 143 (the main primary care clinic building).

Interested applicants can attend the event in person at the Walla Walla campus or participate virtually. Applicants should have a resume ready and include 3-5 professional references. Walla Walla VA staff aand HR staff will be available at the Walla Walla, WA location to review resumes and conduct onthe-spot interviews for qualified applicants.

Targeted positions the VA is wanting to hire for include housekeeping aides, social work, nursing, health technicians and medical support assistants. There are multiple levels of positions, including lead and supervisory, available for most disciplines. All interested in working in the VA system are encouraged to apply.
