TheBoardman Senior Center provides lunches on Tuesdays and Thursdays plus a breakfast once each month on the 1st Saturday. Their purpose is not to raise money, but to provide a service to the community. Their intention in charging for these meals is to seek to break even. Unfortunately, with the ever increasing prices of groceries, they have been losing money on these meals.

At their last board meeting it was decided that the cost of lunches and breakfast would unfortunately need to be increased. Therefore they decided that beginning January 24th lunches will be $5 for those who are over 55 and $6 for those under 55.
