Unionville License Office Temporarily Closed
JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Department of Revenue has announced the temporary closing of the license office in Unionville, Missouri, located at 1507 Main, Unionville, Mo., 63565. County Commissioners Make Appointment To Morgan Township, Reviews Budgets

Roll Call: Jerry Allen, Cheston Easter, Zachary Martin and Judy Hamilton, present; Zachary Martin made a motion to approve the Agenda. Cheston Easter, seconded. Jerry Allen, yes, Cheston Easter, yes, and Zachary Martin, yes. Motion carried and Agenda was approved. Cheston Easter, made a motion to approve the minutes from meeting held on December 4, 2023. The commissioners requested them to set up a call with our insurance agent and broker present for next Monday. Received Collectors Balance of Delinquent and Current Taxes from Susan Moore, Collector/Treasurer verified by County Clerk Judy Hamilton. Also received Treasurers Monthly Balance Sheet and Revenue and Expense Monthly Reports. Commissioners and County Clerk signed Certified Copy of Order authorizing Collector/Treasurer Susan Moore to pay the following: •$96.49 to GRM for phone bill; monies to be taken from TMF (34); •$40.56 to General Revenue for ½ of Xerox Lease; monies to be taken
from Recorders Special Fund (06); •$10.00 to Post Telegraph for advertising; monies to be taken from Sheriff’s Special Fund (32); •$38,457.83 to Dominion Voting for new voting equipment; monies to be taken as follows: $21,352.18 from LEA Fund (41) and $17,105.65 from HAVA CARES (Election Efficiency Grant) Fund (38); Received Mileage Logs from Shawn Powell, Road & Bridge Supervisor dated 5/31/23 to 12/5/23. Received Sales and Use Tax Reports from Missouri Department of Revenue for the month of November, 2023, for our use on 12/07/23. Glenn Miller, Trustee for Morgan Township spoke to the commission. They have an open spot for Board member and are requesting Spencer Hart
to be appointed to fill term vacancy. Cheston Easter made a motion to appoint Spencer Hart on the Morgan Township Board. Jerry Allen, yes, Cheston Easter, yes, and Zachary Martin, yes. Motion carried. At 10:30 a.m. Third Circuit Judge Steve Hudson and Kelly Girdner presented Third Circuit Judge Budget; Rita Marts, Juvenile Officer presented General Revenue Juvenile Budget and Juvenile Fund (09); At 11:30 a.m. Hunter Kelly, Deputy State Director for Senator Josh Hawley, spoke to commission.
