Sole for the Soul

This is a real ShortCut Cook recipe.

1 tbs. butter
1/2 pd. Petrale Sole
1/4 cup baking mix
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Wash fish, pat dry, and coat with baking mix.
Using a nonstick skillet, add butter. Let brown.
Sprinkle Paprika on both sides of fish. Fry fish, each side for about 3 minutes. Flip fish, and continue cooking. Fish should be golden brown. It’s so yummy. Serve with a favorite veggie.
