Glenda Fabregas
Leading with Heart
Helping to bring real estate dreams to life is what being a REALTOR® is all about. Glenda Fabregas is making that happen—one family at a time. Her journey from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to the streets of Texas is a story of a heart-centered approach to life and business.
Glenda’s story begins in San Juan, where she was raised by a remarkable mother who became her greatest inspiration. “My mom had me at just 19 and worked tirelessly to provide for us,” Glenda shares. “She taught me invaluable lessons through her actions—the importance of kindness, community service, and putting people first.” Her mother’s journey from accounting to becoming a real estate broker instilled in Glenda a deep respect for hard work and genuine connections. “Watching her prioritize her clients and build authentic relationships made me realize that success is about the people you impact along the way.”
That philosophy is at the core of Glenda’s career. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Carlos Albizu University, Glenda gained diverse professional experience, from coordinating corporate events to excelling in marketing. These roles honed her organizational and interpersonal skills, which now serve her well in real estate. But it was her mother’s encouragement that ultimately led her to the industry. “She told me, ‘You love helping people, and I think this could be a great

career for you,’” Glenda recalls. “She was right. Real estate allows me to combine my passion for connecting with people and making a difference in their lives.”
Since joining Monument Realty four years ago, Glenda has embraced her calling with an unwavering commitment to her clients. “For me, this business is all about people, not just transactions,” she says. “I’m passionate about building real relationships, empowering my clients with knowledge, and being a lifelong resource for them, even after the transaction is complete.” Hosting buyer and seller seminars is just one way she ensures her clients feel informed and confident. “Knowledge truly is power, and I want my clients to make decisions with clarity and confidence,” she emphasizes.
Moving to Texas from Puerto Rico had its own share of challenges. It meant starting her real estate career from scratch in a place where she only knew a handful of people. “It was daunting,” Glenda admits. “But I’m determined, and I leaned on networking, resourcefulness, and a lot of hard work to build my foundation.” Along the way, she found incredible mentors, including Mel Bustos and Kenya Schane,

who played pivotal roles in her growth. “Their guidance and encouragement were invaluable, and I’m forever grateful for their support,” she says.
Glenda’s dedication has not gone unnoticed. In her first year, she earned the title of Rookie of the Year, a milestone that fueled her drive to excel. Since then, she has
been recognized as a Top Producer by Local Profile, D Magazine, and Real Producers. “These accolades mean so much to me because they reflect the trust my clients place in me and the hard work I put into helping them achieve their dreams,” she says humbly.
Her approach to real estate is deeply personal, shaped by her
own family’s experiences. Her husband, Robert, a corporate pilot, and her 17-year-old son, Francisco Javier, are her biggest cheerleaders. “Robert is my best friend and the love of my life,” Glenda shares. “His loving spirit and unconditional support mean everything to me.” Their move to Texas for Robert’s career opened new doors for the

family and allowed Glenda to thrive in her calling.
Francisco Javier, a creative and kind young man, is the light of Glenda’s life. “Watching him grow into the incredible person he is today has been one of my greatest joys,” she says. Her family’s love and support inspire her to give back to her clients and community.
Giving back is a theme that runs through Glenda’s life and career. She’s deeply grateful for the mentors, colleagues, and clients who have supported her journey. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without them,” she says. “It’s important to me to stay humble, work hard, and always remember to give back.”
For Glenda, success isn’t measured in sales figures but in the impact she has on others. “Helping families achieve their dreams, like buying their first home, is the most rewarding part of what I do,” she says. “Real estate is about creating meaningful connections and being a trusted partner during life’s most important milestones.”
Through her heart-centered approach and tireless dedication, Glenda Fabregas is building a community of trust, empowerment, and lasting relationships. As she continues to grow her career, one thing is clear: Glenda’s journey is driven by the values her mother instilled in her and the belief that when you lead with your heart, everything else falls into place.

Guided by Legacy, Empowered by Teamwork

Laura Robertson is not just a name that stands out in North Dallas real estate; her values and stories have shaped her 24-year journey in the industry, and she has become known for exceptional client care. Laura attributes her achievements to two key influences: her mother, who exemplified resilience and kindness, and the dedicated team that fuels her thriving business.
A Legacy of Strength and Compassion
Laura’s story begins in Irving, Texas, where her childhood was marked by both challenges and triumphs. After her parents’ divorce, Laura’s mother, a stay-at-home mom, faced the challenge of rebuilding their lives. She got a four-day-a-week job as a secretary at an insurance company so she could have three day weekends with her daughter. She ended up as president when the company went through liquidation.
Laura notes, “She worked tirelessly to give my sister and me a great life and was there with her love, support and encouragement every day.”
Her mother’s determination extended beyond the office. She saved diligently, eventually purchasing a townhouse to move the family out of apartment living. “Watching my mother taught me the value of hard work,” Laura shares. As a teenager, Laura embraced that lesson by taking on various jobs to afford the latest fashions, eventually becoming the podium manager at a busy Addison restaurant. “I learned how to multitask in fast-paced situations, interact with
people, and manage others—skills I carry with me to this day.”
Laura’s mother’s work ethic left an indelible mark that serves her in relationships today, both personally and professionally. “She’s the kindest person I’ve ever known,” Laura says. “She always finds the positive side of any situation and inspires others to do the same. My desire to help people comes from her loving and compassionate spirit.”
Building a Business and a Team Laura’s career in real estate began in 2001, sparked by a desire for flexibility as her husband, Randy, worked as an airline pilot. After reconnecting with a friend who had recently entered the industry, Laura decided to pivot from her studies in psychology to a career in real estate. “I always joke that I became a counselor after all,” she laughs. “Real estate is about helping people navigate challenges and achieve their dreams.”
Two years into her career, Laura faced the common struggle of balancing a growing business with the demands of detail management. A mutual acquaintance introduced her to Ann Reidmiller, who joined as her parttime assistant. “Ann and I developed very detailed systems that made transactions run smoothly,” Laura explains. “She wasn’t just a fabulous addition; she became a dear friend.” When Ann retired after 19 years, Laura celebrated her friend and
colleague with a surprise retirement party. “Ann gave me nine months’ notice—not the two years I jokingly requested—but it was a joy to honor her with all her loved ones present.”
The Laura Robertson Team expanded eight years ago with the addition of Tricia Beverage, initially as a marketing expert who elevated the team’s marketing program to a new
level and later, upon Ann’s retirement, moved into the role of transaction coordinator and assistant. Laura describes Tricia as a multi-talented, highly-trusted coworker and a dear friend who she consults with on a daily basis and who keeps the team running like a well-oiled machine.
Laura and Tricia continued to build on the principles the team
was founded on. In 2024, Sonja Zarbaugh came on as the newest marketing expert. Laura describes Sonja as a very creative, talented team member bringing great ideas and positive energy to the team daily.

while having fun every day. “I couldn’t run this business without these incredible ladies,” Laura says.
A Passion for Connection
Beyond transactions, Laura’s business thrives on creating memorable experiences for clients and the community. She hosts annual events, including client appreciation parties, free professional photos, and community service initiatives like food drives and neighborhood flag displays. From eclipse watch parties to Galentine’s craft nights, Laura ensures her clients feel valued long after closing day. “I love celebrating the people who trust me with such an important part of their lives,” she says.
Her passion for helping others extends to every aspect of her work.
“Whether it’s guiding someone through a challenging time or helping them achieve their dreams, I strive to create
a positive, fulfilling experience,” she explains. “I wake up every day excited to see what it brings.”
Defining Success
For Laura, success isn’t about accolades—though she’s earned plenty, including D Magazine’s recognition for 18 years and Monthly’s 5-Star Agent award for 11 years. Instead, it’s about the impact she makes. “Success is an inner peace that comes from serving others and doing right by people,” she reflects.
Achieving work-life balance was one of her greatest challenges. Early in her career, Laura worked relentlessly, sacrificing personal time. A colleague’s story about prioritizing family over a paycheck resonated deeply, prompting her to set boundaries and prioritize moments with loved ones. “Now, I make sure to stop working at

As she continues to grow her business, Laura remains focused on building relationships and leaving a lasting legacy. “I want to be remembered for living a joyful life and sharing it with others,” she says. For many, achieving homeownership is synonymous with realizing the American Dream. Miranda Palazzolo helps the American Dream take shape, carving out a space defined by integrity, trust, and exceptional service. As an executive loan officer at Rocket Mortgage, Miranda’s approach to the mortgage process is more than just transactional; it’s transformative. Her mission is clear: “I want to spread light to others to help REALTORS® achieve greatness and our clients to achieve their dreams.”
A Passion for Simplicity and Support
Miranda has been a guiding force in the mortgage industry, turning complexities into clarity. “I love to turn the complexities of the mortgage process and instead
make it incredibly simple, clear, and approachable,” she shares. By providing education and personalized support every step of the way, Miranda ensures that both REALTORS® and clients feel empowered and confident throughout the journey.
At Rocket Mortgage, Miranda’s team operates with the belief that home is more than just a place to live. With advanced technology, 24hour underwriting, and local appraisers, they’ve built a system designed for efficiency. Miranda’s average clear-to-close time of 14 days exemplifies this commitment. “I strive to create a seamless and efficient process, guiding our clients smoothly to the closing table,” she explains.
Setting Herself Apart
What sets Miranda apart in a competitive industry is her dedication to personalized service. She tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they experience what she proudly calls “whiteglove service.” For real estate agents, having Miranda in their network means having a partner who is “just a text away” and ready to respond with flexibility and expertise.
Miranda’s statistical background fuels her ability to demystify the numbers behind mortgages. “I disliked how complex people make mortgages and all the numbers out to be,” she admits. “I like to make something complex, simple.” This skill not only earns trust but also solidifies her reputation as a reliable and resourceful partner.
Building Relationships and Empowering Others
For Miranda, success is about more than transactions; it’s about uplifting others. “Just simply being myself and not trying to be
anyone else has been the biggest reason for my success,” she reflects. Her authenticity shines through in every interaction, whether she’s working with clients, collaborating with REALTORS®, or leading her team.
Miranda’s ideal clients are those ready to achieve their dreams of homeownership, and she’s committed to ensuring they’re educated and positioned for success. “I advocate for my agents and look to ensure our clients are educated and in the best position to succeed in purchasing a home,” she emphasizes.
Life Beyond Mortgages
When she’s not making homeownership dreams a reality, Miranda is a devoted foodie who loves exploring Dallas’ culinary scene with her husband of eight years. Their unique tradition of sampling appetizers and desserts across multiple restaurants perfectly mirrors her adventurous and multifaceted personality. “We love to experience this amazing city we live in,” she says with a smile.
Miranda’s dedication to balance and self-care is evident in her daily routine. She starts her day with a 6 a.m. workout, reads 20 pages of a book, and practices meditation to center herself. “I end the day with meditation nightly to slow my brain down,” she shares. An avid walker, Miranda even incorporates movement into her workday with a treadmill desk, helping her attain both physical and mental well-being.
Looking Ahead
Miranda’s vision for the future is rooted in helping others. “I want to make you look good while making you and your client’s life easier,” she says, addressing agents directly. Her passion for

uplifting others extends to her admiration for platforms like Real Producers, which she values for their emphasis on meaningful connections and mutual support.
As she continues to grow her career, Miranda remains grounded in her guiding principles. Her favorite quote, “What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create,” by Buddha, encapsulates her approach to life and work. It’s a philosophy that resonates deeply with her mission to empower dreams with integrity and care.
A Legacy of Light Miranda Palazzolo’s journey is marked by dedication, innovation, and heart. By making the mortgage process accessible and personalized, she transforms what can often be a daunting experience into an exciting and rewarding one. Her clients and colleagues alike benefit from her expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to their success.
In her own words, “At Rocket Mortgage, our mission is to help everyone home.” Through her work, Miranda not only helps people find houses but also creates a foundation for lifelong dreams. Her story is one of authenticity, hard work, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

LIVING OUT HER PASSION
Rachael Anne Hill
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN

There is an old-world charm about Rachael Anne Hill. Spending her childhood in Royal Leamington Spa, England, nestled in the heart of the Midlands, this picturesque town was the backdrop for a young girl with big dreams and an uncanny knack for turning vision into reality. Today, Rachael calls North Dallas home, where she’s built a thriving career in real estate, but her journey spans continents and decades, each chapter rich with passion, perseverance, and purpose.
Rachael’s story begins with a close-knit family and the enchanting streets of her hometown. “I grew up in a Catholic school, the same town my parents made their home,” she recalls. Her father, born and raised in Northern Ireland, met her mother in England, planting the seeds of a life filled with heritage. With an older brother only 11 months her senior, affectionately called her “Irish twin,” Rachael’s childhood was marked by adventure and ambition.
After high school, Rachael pursued a culinary degree at Stratford-Upon-Avon College. By the age of 18, she bought her first flip house and operated a bar and restaurant. This investment ignited a lifelong passion for real estate, so by the age of 19, she owned her own bar. It was a fast-paced life, full of challenges and rewards, but it planted the seeds of entrepreneurship that continue to flourish in her real estate career today. “To take a historical home and breathe new life into it—that’s something I’ve always loved,” she shares.
A serendipitous opportunity brought Rachael to the United States at age 30, where she embraced her role as a full-time mom to her two boys, Joshua and Jacob. But the pull of real estate proved irresistible. “Once my boys started preschool, I couldn’t ignore the itch to do more than just fixing up our own homes,” she says. Her transition into real estate was seamless, driven by her innate ability to guide others through transformative experiences. “Helping people buy and
“Rachael brings a distinctive advantage to the real estate industry, combining professionalism, poise, and a strong work ethic. Her impeccable marketing platform sets her apart, showcasing her ability to deliver exceptional results for her clients. sell their homes has become one of my biggest blessings in life.”
Clients often describe Rachael as a rare gem in the industry, someone who truly prioritizes their needs. “The greatest compliment I’ve received is that my clients feel like they’re my only clients,” she says with evident pride. This high-touch approach is rooted in her belief that real estate is about trust, connection, and shared dreams. “Being part of such monumental moments in people’s lives is an honor I never take for granted.”
Her expertise shines brightest in custom builds, where she walks clients through every detail, from material selection to weekly progress checks. “It’s incredibly special to watch someone’s dream home become a reality,” she remarks. This dedication has not only earned her accolades but also propelled her to impressive career milestones, with a lifetime volume of $360 million totaling 553 homes.
Despite her success, Rachael remains grounded. Her sons, now 18 and 16, are her anchor and greatest source of pride. Joshua, a college freshman, and Jacob, a talented animation artist navigating life with autism, inspire her to balance the demands of motherhood and career. “Balancing being a mom and a REALTOR® is my definition of success,” she explains.
Rachael’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. Her natural inclination to put others first often leaves little room for herself. “I’m a workaholic at times, and saying no has been a learning curve,” she admits. Yet, this relentless commitment is also what sets her apart. By limiting her client roster, Rachael ensures she’s fully present for every showing, call, and decision. “I show up to every appointment. My clients know I’m with them every step of the way,” she affirms.
Outside of work, Rachael’s passions mirror her professional ethos— creativity and connection. Whether

it’s decorating her home, embarking on organizational projects, or traveling to a new destination each year, she’s constantly seeking inspiration. Even her Westie, Penny, joins her on long walks, offering a moment of calm amid a busy schedule.
Her advice to aspiring real estate agents? “Be available to your clients as much as possible and always put their needs first,” she says. It’s simple yet profound, reflecting a philosophy that’s guided her own career. She’s equally forward-looking about the Dallas-

As for what she hopes to be remembered for, Rachael’s answer is heartfelt and unequivocal: “Always doing the right thing.” It’s a sentiment as timeless as the homes she loves to restore, and it’s the foundation of a legacy that spans oceans and generations. The title insurance industry serves as an essential backbone to the real estate process, ensuring smooth transactions and peace of mind for buyers and lenders alike. At the helm of Independence Title North Dallas are Luke Pierson, President, and Ashley Olson, Business Development, who bring a combined 35 years of expertise to the field. Their passion for the business and dedication to fostering relationships set them apart, making their team a trusted partner for real estate agents in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Deep Roots and Local Pride
“One thing I love about working at Independence Title is that we’re Texasbased with deep Texas roots,” Luke shares with pride. “We have the ability to make local decisions, which means we can respond quickly and tailor our services to meet the unique needs of our clients.” This philosophy is woven into the fabric of the company, which prioritizes keeping jobs local and building relationships that stand the test of time.
Ashley adds, “Every employee is one phone call away from our local decisionmakers, like Jay Southworth and Brian Pitman. That accessibility enables us to

deliver timely, customized solutions for every transaction. Having eight underwriters strengthens our ability to adapt and ensures our clients receive top-notch service.”
A Legacy of Expertise
Luke’s career in the title insurance industry began during his college years at the University of Oklahoma.
“I started out shooting film on an old Dallas and Collin County backplant,” he recalls. That hands-on experience ignited a lifelong passion for the field. Now, with over two decades under his belt, Luke has cultivated a culture at Independence Title that is “relational, not transactional.” He explains, “Success for me is seeing our offices and individuals constantly growing both personally and professionally.”
Ashley’s story is rooted in her upbringing. “My mother has been a REALTOR® for over 25 years, so I grew up in the real estate world,” she says. Starting in marketing in
Austin, she eventually transitioned to sales, combining her creativity and interpersonal skills to build lasting connections. “The relationships you build over time are what I’m most passionate about,” she emphasizes.
Comprehensive Coverage and Client Focus
Independence Title specializes in insuring all types of real estate transactions, from residential to commercial and everything in between.
“At its core, title insurance safeguards against potential legal issues, such as hidden liens or ownership disputes, that could surface after the purchase,” Luke explains. “We’re here to ensure you’re fully protected, no matter the scope of your transaction. Your success is our priority.”
What truly sets the company apart is its commitment to relationships and community. “We don’t just provide a service; we build a partnership,” Ashley explains. “Our goal is to
understand your needs and provide tailored protection so you can move forward with confidence.”
Balancing Work and Life
Both Luke and Ashley understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. For Ashley, this means setting clear boundaries. “My family will always come first. My husband and I have two amazing boys who keep us on the go with baseball and soccer. They’re only little for so long,” she reflects. A self-proclaimed homebody, she cherishes time at home with her family and their two goldendoodles.
Luke, on the other hand, finds joy in sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his beloved dogs, Boomer and Ranger. “When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors or hanging with my dogs,” he shares. Both leaders agree that striking the right balance is key to sustaining their passion and drive.
Looking Ahead
As Independence Title continues to grow, Luke and Ashley remain focused on innovation and expansion. “Our goal is to continue finding progressive and creative ways to serve our clients and grow our brand in DFW,” they say. Their dedication to respect, integrity, and community underscores every decision they make, ensuring that their team and clients thrive together.
A Shared Vision
The company’s pledge to embrace employees, customers, and the community is more than just a statement; it’s a guiding principle. “We bring respect and enjoyment to all our efforts and relationships,” Ashley says. “Next time you’re working a transaction, we’d love the opportunity to work with you.”
With their deep commitment to excellence and a people-first approach, Luke Pierson and Ashley Olson are not only leaders in the title insurance industry but also champions of growth, innovation, and community. Their work at Independence Title demonstrates the power of strong relationships and local pride, ensuring their clients can move forward with confidence and trust.

RaedAlsabah
Exceeding Expectations
It was 2017 when Raed Alsabah, originally from Iraq, arrived in the United States with a heart full of hope and a mind set on creating a better future. “I knew I wanted to build something meaningful,” Raed recalls. With the encouragement of a close friend, Ahmed Al-Difaee (Bill), he decided to explore the world of real estate. What started as a suggestion soon evolved into a lifelong passion.
Before embarking on his real estate journey, Raed was driving for Uber while simultaneously taking the courses necessary to become a
licensed REALTOR®. “Balancing the demands of studying and working wasn’t easy,” he admits. But his determination and the loyal support of his brother, Mohammed Alsabah, family, friends, and the Arabic community fueled his ambition. “They believed in me, even when I had doubts. Their encouragement made all the difference.”
Raed officially launched his real estate career in 2018, and those early days were a whirlwind of learning curves and new experiences. “As a new agent, the biggest challenge was acquiring the knowledge I needed
to succeed,” he shares. He threw himself into the work, soaking up every piece of information and seeking guidance from mentors. His diligence paid off, as he quickly developed a reputation for not only selling homes but also for being a trusted advisor. “For me, it’s never just about the transaction; it’s about building relationships and helping clients achieve their dreams.”

to meet the unique needs of his community. “I’ve always strived to do more than what’s expected. I want to be a source of information, connections, and support for my clients,” he says. This approach has endeared him to his clients and peers alike, earning him recognition within his brokerage and beyond. “The smile of a satisfied client is the greatest reward,” Raed says with pride.
The Arabic community has played a significant role in Raed’s journey. Their trust and
loyalty have been instrumental in his growth. “Their support means everything to me. It’s not just business; it’s a bond,” he explains. This connection drives him to give back, and he dreams of becoming a broker to mentor new agents. “I want to ensure no one struggles the way I did when starting out,” he shares.
When asked to define success, Raed’s answer reflects his dedication to his craft and community: “Success is making everyone satisfied with my performance and helping
them fulfill their dreams of homeownership.” His ability to make time for clients—even on weekends—has become a cornerstone of his business. “Being available for my clients is key. They need to know I’m there for them, no matter what.”
Beyond his professional achievements, Raed’s personal life is filled with moments of gratitude and joy. His family remains his steadfast source of strength, offering their unconditional support. “They’ve been with me every step of
the way,” he says. Outside of work, he cherishes the proud look on people’s faces when they see the success he’s built from the ground up. His sense of humor, even in the midst of serious transactions, keeps things lighthearted and grounded.
Looking ahead, Raed is focused on reaching new milestones. His goal for the year is to become a broker and start teaching new agents. “I want to give back by sharing what I’ve learned,” he says. He also has high hopes for the future of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “It’s a city of growth, opportunity, and
family-oriented values. The next 5-10 years are going to be incredible.”
Raed’s journey, from driving for Uber to leading the Alsabah Team, is a testament to hard work, resilience, and the support of his close friends, Maged Farid (Mark), Murtadha Almayahi, Nadeem Alabyadh, and community. He often reflects on the best advice he’s ever received: “Treat homes like life.”
It’s a simple yet profound reminder of the importance of
care, commitment, and integrity— qualities Raed embodies every day. As he continues to fulfill his clients’ dreams and inspire new agents, one thing is certain: Raed Alsabah’s legacy in real estate is just beginning.
Success is making everyone satisfied with my performance and helping them fulfill their dreams of homeownership.”

2025 Collin County Area REALTORS® President
SUBMITTED BY BRI WESTBURY, CCAR COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Jennifer Parker’s journey to becoming the 2025 President of the Collin County Area REALTORS® (CCAR) is a story of dedication, community service, and passion for helping others. With decades of experience as a real estate professional and an impressive history of leadership and volunteerism, Parker’s presidency promises to bring a strengthening vision to the Association.
From a Passion for People to Real Estate Leadership
Jennifer Parker didn’t set out to become a real estate leader. She initially entered the industry at the urging of her husband, Andy Parker. “He’d say, ‘You’re sending me so many referrals, you might as well get licensed yourself,’” she recalls. In 1995, shortly after their marriage, she earned her real estate license, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
For years, Parker balanced her real estate career with a full-time corporate role and family life, focusing on helping friends and family with their housing needs. As her children grew, so did her real estate business, built largely on a network nurtured through years of community engagement.
Parker eventually earned her Broker’s license, and today, as a Brokerowner, she continues to prioritize personal connections and community impact, ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way.
A Volunteer Spirit Rooted in Family and Community
Volunteering has always been second nature to Parker. As a mother of five, she spent years actively involved in school PTA boards, booster clubs, and local community initiatives. From organizing football fundraisers to chairing yearbook committees, her leadership roles were driven by a desire to improve opportunities for others.
“When I see a need, I want to fill it,” Parker explains. This spirit eventually extended to her real estate career, where she began volunteering with professional organizations. Initially hesitant about networking with other REALTORS®, she credits the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) with showing her the power of collaboration within the industry.
“WCR connected me with people who became mentors and friends,” she says. “Those relationships expanded my knowledge and my business.”
Parker’s involvement with WCR eventually led to leadership positions, including serving as President of the Collin County chapter. This role introduced her to CCAR, where she quickly felt at home. “From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed,” Parker says. “The culture of inclusivity and support inspired me to get more involved.”
Advocacy and a Commitment to Empower Members
Parker’s experience in property tax consulting sparked a deep interest in advocacy. “Advocacy is about giving our members a voice,” Parker
emphasizes. “Whether it’s shaping policy or providing education on industry changes, I want our members to feel empowered and informed.”
Vision for CCAR in 2025
As President, Parker’s vision centers on fostering connection and collaboration. She plans to provide more opportunities for members to engage with leadership, share feedback, and discuss emerging trends. “I want members to feel they have access to their leadership and the resources they need,” she says.
Parker also hopes to increase member participation in committees and events. “The more people show up, the stronger our association becomes,” she explains. “Every new face brings fresh ideas and perspectives.”
Her commitment to inclusivity extends to creating spaces where REALTORS® at all stages of their careers feel valued.
Leading with Heart and Experience
Jennifer Parker’s journey to the presidency of CCAR is a testament to the power of showing up, building relationships and leading with purpose. From her early days as a part-time agent to her current role as a Broker and CCAR President, she has consistently demonstrated that success in real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about people.
As she steps into her role as president, Parker is poised to lead CCAR into a year of growth and connection. Her message to members is clear: “Together, we can make a difference.”
Real Producers FAQ FAQ
Real Producers Magazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers.
Q: What is the goal of Real Producers?
A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highest-producing real estate agents and RP-vetted businesses in every market and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, and upcoming events and educate – really anything that will connect, inform, and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.
At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life-changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.
Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent?
A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. We
rank all those agents based on their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past, we congratulated the Top 500 Agents, and we still are, but in 2025, we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.
Q: Who receives Real Producers Magazine?
A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents will also receive the magazine physically in their mailbox. Our RP Vetted Businesses also receive the magazine physically and digitally.
Q: Can I be featured?
A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent?
A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because
of the businesses that your peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k - $10k for this feature… they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?
Q: Does Real Producers host events?
A: Yes, we host many different events throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people, some 75-250 people, and other more intimate events that are 30-50 people. We do Social Events, Magazine Celebration Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website.
For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to
connect with the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses?
A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has been recommended by your peers, the top-producing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but for the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.
Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?
A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
