THANK YOU TO OUR RP VETTED BUSINESSES!

RP VETTED BUSINESSES!

I ask top agents all the time, “How important is it to work with businesses that you know and trust?” And, every single time, they tell me that working with great businesses is crucial to their success as an agent. Having partners that are not only communicative, but also who will go above and beyond to serve the clients and to preserve the rela tionships of everyone involved, is a gamechanger in this business.

Recently, a top-producing agent posted this on Facebook: “It matters who you work with. It really does. Partner with people who you or your REALTOR® know and trust. It takes a team of professionals to get the transaction to the finish line, and I am thankful to partner with people who set my clients (and me) up for success!”

Truer words have never been spoken! It takes an enormous team, across many indus tries, to successfully close a transaction.

This is why I love our RP Vetted Businesses! Each of the businesses that are in our magazine and that come to our events have been recommended by top-producing real estate agents, vetted by our team, and continuously monitored to ensure they maintain a standard of excellence.

In an interview with one of our team members, a Real Producing Agent said, “I was so excited to find out that Real Producers has this vetted list of trusted businesses. It is awesome! It makes me more comfortable using the businesses that have been vetted by other top producers. This is a solid list!” We hear that all the time!

So, RP vetted businesses, thank you for continually striving to be the best for yourself and for the agents that you serve. We wouldn’t be the most elite real estate community in DFW if it weren’t for you.

FAQ

ABOUT THIS MAGAZINE

Real Producers magazine started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 100 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. Real Producers first launched in DFW in August 2018 with North DFW Real Producers (now called “North Dallas”). In May 2019, Dallas Real Producers launched, and then Tarrant Real Producers in March 2021.

In 2022, Tarrant Real Producers split into two publications, North Fort Worth and Fort Worth Real Producers Fort Worth Real Producers launched in August 2022!

Q: WHO RECEIVES REAL PRODUCERS MAGAZINE?

A: The top 500 real estate agents in each of the four markets in DFW, based on their annual residential sales production for the previous year, as recorded on the MLS. Refer to the map in this publication for the exact territories. If your broker address is within that given territory, and you are in the top 500, you will receive that publication for the year. There are approximately 60,000 licensed real estate agents in DFW. The list will reset at the end of every year and continue to update annually.

Q: WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS MAGAZINE?

A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate.

We take the top 500 real estate agents and RP Vetted Businesses in every market, and we build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, market trends, and upcoming events

— really, anything that will connect, inform, and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.

It is important to note that Real Producers is not a brag book. To be in the top 1-2% in your field takes a lot of grit, passion, hard work, trials, tribulations, and a strong “why” to keep pushing on. Real Producers is about sharing and honoring those stories and humanizing you and your peers to create a culture of honor and collaboration that propels us all to the next level.

Q: DOES REAL PRODUCERS HAVE EVENTS?

A: Yes! Each year we have several events. Some are specific to each territory, and some are shared events for all four DFW Real Producers markets. We have several different types of events, such as magazine celebration events, partners-only events, social events, mastermind/ educational style events, and of course, the annual black-tie awards gala called The ESPE Awards. For these events, we invite the top 500 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. Top 500 agents are allowed to invite members of their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best of the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connections made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!

Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BEING FEATURED IN THIS MAGAZINE?

A: It’s really simple. You have to be on the top 500 list, and we take nominations seriously. You can nominate other real estate agents, businesses, brokers, owners, or even yourself! Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone brought to our attention who is in the top 500 because we don’t know everyone’s story, so we need your help to learn about them. We cannot guarantee a feature, but we encourage you to meet with one of our team members, support Real Producers and attend our private events to increase your chances.

You can email your nominations to jordan.espeseth@n2co.com.

Q: WHAT DOES IT COST A REAL ESTATE AGENT/TEAM TO BE FEATURED?

A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. It costs nothing, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay-to-play model. We share real stories of Real Producers.

Q: WHO ARE THE RPVETTED BUSINESSES?

A: They are one of the best businesses in DFW in their category, and you can find them listed in our index! We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. One of many of the top real estate agents has recommended every single business you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that has not been vetted by one of you and “stamped for approval,” in a sense. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but for the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together. When you meet one of them, be sure to thank them for their continued support and for investing in you and your growth.

Q: HOW CAN I RECOMMEND A BUSINESS?

A: If you know and want to recommend a business that works with top real estate agents, please email us to let us know at jordan.espeseth@n2co.com.

Purser

Purser Alicia Finding

Her Calling

The ancient Greeks had two words for time: chronos and kairos. Chronos refers to chronological, sequential time — a clock-based, quantitative measurement. Kairos, on the other hand, has a different meaning entirely. It’s qualitative, measuring moments instead of seconds, minutes, or hours. Kairos refers to the time of opportunity — the most opportune moment.

Alicia Purser first considered a path in real estate while attending the University of North Texas, but her real estate dreams wouldn’t come to fruition for another decade-plus. Life pulled her in a different direction but eventually brought her back to where she started, and she’s now living out her dreams of a successful real estate career. Four years after officially starting her journey as a REALTOR®, Alicia couldn’t be happier with her choice.

In Fate’s Hands

Alicia was first pulled toward real estate while earning her degree in business from UNT. She took a class in real estate during her junior year and was drawn in by the possibilities. She eventually completed her degree with a minor in real estate, fully intending to start a real estate career.

Yet, Alicia’s commitment to her family had her put her aspirations on the back burner.

“I had three little kids under three, so it just didn’t make sense at the time. I was drawn to the chance to help people with

such a big decision, but family came first. It didn’t make sense for me at that time, or maybe I was too scared to take that leap,” Alicia reflects.

While raising her kids, Alicia worked a few jobs on the side through the years. Those side jobs eventually brought her back to real estate. In 2015, she began working as a sales rep for a title company.

North Dallas Real Producers • 25 realproducersmag.com

“I was doing marketing for a chiropractic group, and the title company ended up recruiting me. I didn’t know anything about title at the time, even though I had taken real estate classes. But again, I really enjoyed it. I loved helping real estate agents achieve their goals.”

Meanwhile, Alicia’s cousin, Eric Medders, began selling real estate in 2017. As he became successful, he started to tug on Alicia to join him in the business.

Fun fact

Alicia owns a snowcone stand with her sister. “We got it initially in 2020, right before COVID, and the idea was that our teenagers would work it and make some money. We ended up working it,” Alicia laughs. “It’s mobile, and we do different events. It’s a family affair; my parents help, my sister and her family, and the kids. We have a blast, and the time together is the best part of it all.”

“Eric was doing really well, and I saw that. Because I was doing well in title, my personal network was reaching out to me to buy and sell real estate, and I’d refer them out. So finally, in 2019, with the encouragement from Eric and my family, I decided it was time. It was time to take the leap of faith and become a REALTOR®. At that time, I proudly joined the Eric Medders Realty Group,” Alicia explains.

Heading the Call

Alicia has now been thriving in real estate for four years. As part of Eric’s team at Keller Williams Realty DPR, she closed over $18 million in 2022.

26 • March 2023

“It’s been crazy,” Alicia says. “I’ve had my head down and working. We’ve been very blessed with the best clients. They continue to call on us with their real estate needs and refer us to their friends and family.”

Alicia credits her success to God, her team, and her family, as well as her work ethic and willingness to find creative solutions. Especially working with country properties, obstacles arise, and Alicia is well-prepared to do what it takes to overcome them, helping her clients get to the finish line. She is dependable, loyal, and generous. She truly cares for her clients.

Outside work, Alicia lives an equally busy life. She and her husband, Joel, have a blended family

of five children: Elizabeth (22), Emmye (19), Kayla (19), Kenzie (19), and Micah (16).

“Outside of work, it’s all about my kids and my family,” Alicia says proudly. “I’m so grateful for my family. They are my ‘why.’”

As she looks toward the future, Alicia envisions spending more time with her family and growing her real estate business. Perhaps, she’ll even have the opportunity to do both simultaneously.

“Two out of those five kids are talking about going into real estate, so that’s exciting. Especially when they see the crazy life it can be at times, they’re still interested in following in my footsteps. That makes me very proud.”

“I’m focused on customer service, making the customer happy, and always making things right. That’s allowed us to grow bigger and bigger through the years,” Ralph explains. “I’ve stayed successful by getting my name out there, providing the homeowner a really good roof and a good experience from start to finish.”

Ralph has also focused on serving the real estate community. REALTOR® partnerships have been a core part of his business since day one, and he understands the time crunch that real estate transactions often bring. With 12 full-time salespeople, Town and Country Roofing is ready to jump on new requests quickly. Ralph is continually willing to go to bat for his partners.

Fun Fact

For the last 25 years, Ralph has gone by the nickname Pig. It’s an unorthodox moniker but one he’s come to love.

Leaving a Legacy Ralph is not only a business owner; he’s a devoted family man with a big heart. He and his wife, Linsey, have been married for 17 years and have a ten-year-old son, Noah. When he’s not working, Ralph enjoys playing golf, boating, spending time with extended family, and of course, hanging out with his wife and son.

Both in business and at home, Ralph is a generous spirit with a caring heart. He’s a devoted community advocate, giving back

to organizations like the Boys and Girls Club of America and sponsoring scholarships for local students.

“All my sales guys and my crew, I treat them like family members. I tell ‘em I love them all the time. Some have been with me for 10-15 years. They are my family,” Ralph says proudly. “The legacy I want to leave is one of heart and honesty. I wear my heart on my sleeve. Everyone knows I’d do anything for my people.”

WHO IS THE 800LB GORILLA IN GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS?

ccar: in the know

by:

The only source of light at 4:30 a.m. on March 26, 2019, was the Coit Road streetlights and the Collin County Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) headquarters. While the rest of the world slept, the CCAR headquarters was awake and bustling as 90 Realtors prepared to board charter buses bound for Austin.

What drove these real estate professionals to wake up before the sun and journey to Austin? Realtor Day at the Capitol, a bi-annual event designated for Realtors statewide to come and meet with their elected officials face-to-face, advocating for policy that affects their clients.

38 • March 2023

And this month, they are doing it all again.

At the event in 2019, Senator Angela Paxton addressed the Senate in the Senate gallery regarding the Texas Realtors. She said, “I really truly know of no other association more in tune with the heartbeat of everyday life in Texas and of everyday Texans. They understand and are intimately involved in the communities. They understand the schools. They understand property taxes. They understand business and economic development. They are involved with our churches and our synagogues…and they have advocated faithfully for the protection of our private property rights for 100 years.”

Senator Paxton is right. Texas Realtors know that skyrocketing property taxes can cost a family their home, they know disaster can strike their county and homeowners will need a prepared government, and they know their clients are tired of solely carrying the heavy tax burden of school funding. Because of this knowledge, Realtors put their time and money where their mouth is: Advocating for a better future for their clients and all Texas homeowners.

est in the nation and a top legislative issue

for Texas Realtors. Texas Realtors are tired of seeing their clients not being able to afford their homes due to rising property taxes. Texas Realtors made clear to their legislators that legislation that promotes property tax honesty and transparency is of utmost necessity.

Does REALTOR® participation in government affairs really matter? Yes. Texas Realtors is the largest, most politically active professional trade association in Texas. Its mission is to “ensure Texas remains an economic powerhouse and a great place to buy, sell, and lease property,” and Realtors are succeeding.

In 2019, Representative Justin Holland of District 33 referred to Texas Realtors as the 800 lb. gorilla in the room. As a Texas Realtor, you are part of that 800 lb. gorilla. For 100 years, Realtors have been a respected and valued voice in government affairs, and now you carry on the tradition. Your presence and advocacy at the local, state, and federal government has a tremendous impact on homeownership, private property rights, and your clients’ quality of life.

To learn more, stay up-to-date, or become more involved in local government affairs efforts, contact CCAR’s Government Affairs Department at 972-618-3800.

CINDY MARK

LIFE PARTNERS BAGLIETTO

Cindy Baglietto never questioned her pursuit of a career in real estate. Inspired by her aunt, a top producing agent, Cindy dreamed of a career as a REALTOR® as early as junior high school.

“My family is all sales. That’s our background, and that’s my personality. There was no question I would go into sales,” Cindy reflects. “I saw my aunt doing [real estate], and it seemed like something I would really love to do.”

Cindy has always been the type of person that sets her sights on a goal and achieves it, but being young, she was also impressionable. Her aunt dissuaded her from giving a real estate career a go at such a young age, and Cindy heeded her advice. So, for eight years, Cindy worked in personal consulting, building a successful, albeit less rewarding, career.

When 9/11 struck, an entire nation was forced to consider what was truly important. That contemplation led Cindy back to real estate, the career path that always held her heart.

44 • March 2023 @realproducers

“It was always my number one choice in a career,” she says. “So after 9/11 happened, I thought, ‘You know what? Real estate is always what I’ve really wanted to do.’”

Becoming a Team

In 2001, Cindy was named Rookie of the Year for the Collin County Association of REALTORS® and the #2 rookie in the nation for Keller Williams.

“I was so excited to finally be doing what I wanted to do. I got so busy and so crazy that I needed help, so I asked Mark if he’d get into the business with me.”

Cindy’s husband, Mark, had built himself a career as a corporate recruiter, but after watching his wife’s success in real estate, he decided to join her. He got licensed in 2002, and the couple’s real estate business doubled over the next year.

“There are a lot of parallels between being a corporate headhunter and a REALTOR®,” Mark explains. “For example, when people change jobs, it impacts the entire family, whether they are relocating, gaining a new set of responsibilities, or earning more income. It affects everyone. Changing jobs can be a life-changing event for families. In many ways, the real estate transaction is the same way. There are a lot of parallels. I was used to asking people about their goals and what they were trying to accomplish. It was really satisfying to continue having a positive impact.”

Mark’s sociable nature and natural sales skills helped him immediately become an asset. In 2006, their fifth year in the business together, the couple closed over $100 million with a small team. In 2007, they decided

to change business models, returning to a husband-wife duo with a full-time licensed assistant. They’ve run that model for over 15 years with tremendous success, averaging $20-35 million in sales per year.

“We’re very lucky we are a husband and wife that loves working together. It’s been a fantastic career for both of us, and we really enjoyed doing it together, and we’re lucky that we’re both good at it,” Cindy beams.

Fun Fact

Partners in Life

Working together isn’t always easy, but Cindy and Mark wouldn’t have it any other way. After figuring out roles and responsibilities early in their business partnership, things have been smooth sailing.

“It took time to figure out the right roles, but we learned to compartmentalize the business and who did what. Once that clicked, it became seamless,” Mark explains. “We’re both pointed in the same direction.”

They are pas sionate about travel, so while they often work seven-day weeks, they also make ample time for fun and adventure. Cindy and Mark’s hardworking and high-energy nature drives them to live life to its fullest in business and their personal lives.

“We have a fantastic marriage,” Cindy says proudly. “We met on a cruise ship, traveling. I just knew right then and there that he was the one. It’s been great being partners in business and partners in life, and we’ll forever be partners. We have a great relationship, and we feel blessed to work together. We’re happy. We love what we do.”

OLSON ASHLEY AND FAIR TEXAS TITLE

The Finest Closing Experience in Texas

Fair Texas Title is elevating the closing experience — and the title business as a whole. The company was founded by Britt Fair, whose family has a legacy in the DFW title business dating back to 1916. Britt began his title career with his family’s company, Hexter-Fair, and he founded Fair Texas Title after Hexter-Fair was sold to a larger organization.

“Our owner is the guy that you want to win. He’s the good guy. That’s why his people are here and continue to go to bat for him year-after-year. He honestly tries to do the best for his people. He’s a good man, a local with heart. We’re keeping local Texas business in Texas,” Director of Marketing Ashley Olson says proudly.

Britt’s passion for the business and family legacy formed the building blocks for Fair Texas Title, and the company has continued to innovate. Five years ago, Britt put his trust in Ashley to lead the company’s marketing and branding efforts, and she has not disappointed. She’s the driver behind what has come to be known as The Finest Closing Experience in Texas.

“Ashley has become the pillar in our company for how we’ve accomplished that. Her talents, creativity, and awareness of the real estate market in DFW is a quintessential part of our company,” Sales Manager Lizabeth Tanner says. “She’s elevating everything we do.”

Getting to Know Ashley Olson

Ashley grew up in McKinney and earned a degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Austin. Ashley began her professional journey as a graphic designer for a title company in Austin, and after a couple of years, she returned to Dallas and picked up work in the same industry.

“I wanted to bring what we were doing in Austin to the area, so I went from title company to title company, brought materials, and offered what I could do. Time-after-time, they said, ‘We don’t do that here. We don’t market like that.’ No one was willing to take that risk and marketing with an innovative touch,” Ashley recalls.

Ashley ended up accepting a position in sales for Hexter-Fair First American Title, putting her dreams of helping a title company elevate its brand on the back burner. After four successful years in sales, she had a candid conversation with Britt and his leadership team at Fair Texas Title, who encouraged her to follow the career path she felt most inspired by.

“It all started with this question: ‘Ashley, if you can create your ideal position, what would that look like?’ My heart has always been on the marketing side. I sincerely love that piece of it. So I said I like doing sales, but I really love marketing. From there, I stepped into a hybrid role, continuing to sell for the McKinney branch and becoming the Director of Marketing for our company. Since then, I have worked closely with my fabulous sales team to bring our ideas in the field to life through marketing to better serve our customers. It takes a village to make a brand succeed.”

Ashley has now been leading the company’s marketing efforts for five years. In a short time, she’s succeeded at elevating the brand — and the closing experience.

An Elevated Experience

The Collin County sales team has helped Fair Texas Title differentiate itself through its marquee closing experience.

“In Texas, we are a standardized state. Whether you close with our company or a competitor, the cost of the policy is the same. So, how do you differentiate from competitors? Our answer to that is we provide a better closing experience,” Ashley says. “We are making sure the experience is top-notch from top to bottom, starting with our reputation on the field from our incredible reps, to our receptionists’ warm greetings, through the actual closing with our amazing escrow officers.”

Fair Texas Title offers a customized closing experience. A closing will look very different if the client is an investor who wants to close the deal quickly or a family purchasing their first home.

“Our escrow officers know the temperature of the closing. If it’s an investor who wants to be in and out, the escrow officer does it professionally in an expedited manner. If it’s a firsttime home buyer, it’s a celebratory experience, so we bring

champagne. If their kids are there, we have a kid-friendly environment,” Lizabeth explains. “We are so in tune with each of our files. We bring a concierge closing to each person.”

The elevated experience Fair Texas Title offers extends beyond the closing itself. Their offices are well-designed. Their employees present well and carry themselves with an uplifted spirit. The company is even elevating its experience for partners, offering REALTORS® over 150 marketing pieces and well-thought-out programs, like its farming program.

The Fair Texas Title team offers superior marketing from all of its Collin County offices. Katie Thompson and Crystal Cunningham work out of the Allen branch, Kennon Dixon is at the Plano and North Dallas branch, and Ashley is at the McKinney location.

Keeping it Local, Keeping it Innovative

Fair Texas Title remains a locally owned brand with a 100+ year legacy in the DFW area. No title company can compete with its history or modern-day innovation. They bring an impressive combination of old and new.

“What makes us unique is we’re hyper-focused on DFW, so decisions are being made here. You’re working with people who know and love Dallas-Fort Worth,” Lizabeth says.

“We’re always looking to elevate. We’re looking to provide The Finest Closing Experience in Texas every time,” Ashley closes.

REALTOR® on the rise

Written by: Zachary Cohen Photos by: Scott Peek Photography LLC

Connector, Leader, REALTOR®

Kayti Gage recently celebrated 15 years in the real estate business, during which she’s solidified her role as a top agent and leader in the DFW. Kayti has held several roles during her real estate career, from agent to broker to owner. Regardless of her title, however, she brings the same care, commitment, and transparency to her business.

The Road to Real Estate

After graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2006, Kayti began working in the nonprofit sector. Unfortunately, her role with the Museum of Nature and Science wasn’t what she expected it to be.

“I thought I would love the nonprofit work, but I was struggling,” Kayti admits. “The drive was killing me. I thought I would be hands-on, helping people. Working for the museum was great, but I was sort of stuck in the basement doing work, and I didn’t get to do anything that allowed me to truly make a difference.”

Kayti knew her gifts could be better put to use, so when her mom suggested she take a look at real estate; she listened. Kayti’s mom suggested she shadow Nan Reiderer, a family friend and REALTOR® who had been in the business for many years.

58 • March 2023 @realproducers

After shadowing Nan, Kayti decided to get licensed. Nan took her under her wing, helping Kayti survive the Great Recession and build the foundations for a lasting career.

Becoming a Connector

Kayti discovered her greatest gift in real estate is a natural tendency toward being a connector. She’s sociable, easy-going, and a good fit for a relational role. The opportunity to help others offers Kayti satisfaction and fulfillment.

“Whether connecting someone with a house or a vendor, being a networker is what I really enjoy. I love being the person that can help in whatever aspect is needed,” Kayti says.

After five years with Ebby Halliday, Kayti moved to RE/MAX in Prosper in 2012. She started in an office manager role and eventually moved into ownership while continuing to grow her sales business. In 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the RE/MAX office closed, and the team moved to Monument Realty.

“The change has been great. I loved the ownership role at RE/MAX but being able to still be in leadership and not having to worry about paying the bills and all the back office work has been a relief. Monument has been constantly evolving, and I’m excited about where we are headed,” Kayti explains.

Always a Leader

Kayti closed an impressive 74 homes (52 sales and 22 leases) for $22 million in 2022. Alongside her sales business, she’s also a property manager, overseeing around 50 doors.

Kayti’s business reflected a year of growth in 2022. She started a small team in the summer, which now includes two additional agents.

“It’s been way more rewarding than I’ve ever expected. I get to pour into these women who are newer in the business, sharing all this knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years.”

As Kayti looks ahead, balance is more in focus than ever before. She and her husband, Michael, have a seven-yearold daughter, Wren. Being a mom has heightened Kayti’s need to put boundaries on her

schedule; she recently committed to shutting work off after 7:00 pm to be with her family. So far, it’s been a boon to her family life, and her business hasn’t suffered.

Hopefully, Kayti’s new-found focus on boundaries will allow her to be a more available mom, wife, and REALTOR®. Her ability to maintain presence and attention will be more important than ever as she takes the next step in her business. In January, Kayti began her role as the broker of Monument Realty’s new Prosper office location.

“I’m stepping back into leadership without all the ownership responsibilities. It’s a good fit for me,” Kayti says. “But regardless of my role, I am always trying to do my best. I’m always there to help, no matter what that looks like.”

TERRI

DRIVEN TO GIVE

“Giving back and helping others has become my biggest goal in life.”

Before Terri Fox began her real estate career nearly 20 years ago, she ran a successful interior design company and raised her sons. When Terri’s mom became a REALTOR® in Michigan, she encouraged Terri to get her license and join her.

“I wasn’t sure at that time if real estate was really my passion, so I dragged my feet about getting licensed,” Terri reflects. “Then I heard about staging. Nobody was really doing it here yet, and it was big in California. I knew this would be something I could be motivated to do.”

Terri got her real estate license and earned her certification as an accredited staging professional in 2004, setting out to build a staging business alongside her real estate business. As she got her staging business up and running, friends and family members began reaching out for help buying and selling homes. After helping client after client, Terri had a realization: She loved selling real estate.

“I thought I was going to be staging homes, but I soon figured out that I loved helping clients buy and sell real estate more. I loved the contracts and negotiating. I loved working with the people. While originally, it was all about design, that ended up not being my favorite part of the job,” Terri says. “My passion was closing the deal and helping people. This job isn’t always fun. We deal with divorce, death, foreclosures, and short sales. You become a huge part of people’s lives, and they rely on you and your expertise.”

66 • March 2023 @realproducers

Growing and Changing Today, Terri devotes much of her time to being active in the community and supportive of those around her. She is keenly focused on being present for her family, clients, peers, and community members.

“I am living the life I love and am in a career I adore. There is nothing better,” Terri beams.

Terri is excited about her future, hoping she can focus more energy on her business and community. Giving back has become the core of her work. She’s the Vice President of the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation and regularly fosters dogs, alongside her unwavering commitment to other fundraising and community support initiatives.

Beyond Real Estate

In 2005, Terri met her husband, Garrett, who later joined her in real estate. Terri’s children are now adults. Her sons are in their early 30s and living very close by. Her bonus daughter, Grace, graduates from Prosper High School this spring and will head to college at Ole Miss.

North Dallas Real Producers • 69 realproducersmag.com

Outside work, Terri enjoys cooking, going to new restaurants, walking her dog, and golfing. In the months and years ahead, she’s looking forward to traveling more. Terri and her husband, Garrett, have several exciting trips planned for the year ahead, including Paris and Portugal.

Stay Kind

In Terri’s 19 years in real estate, she has earned an impressive array of awards and accolades, but she generally prefers to do her job quietly. While she remains a bulldog negotiator and a staunch client advocate. Her primary goal is to lead with compassion. As Terri speaks about her desire to be of service, her words are delivered with sincerity and passion.

“My goal in life is to be kind, help people, give back, and do as much as I can. If everyone does a little, it makes a big impact.”
