One of the most rewarding parts of life in this business is the fact that there’s always a new need that requires your expertise and experience.

That’s one of the drivers for Kristen Holle, as well.

Energetic Spark

As a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Fort Worth, Kristen applies her energetic spark and knowledge to helping her clients end up leaps and bounds ahead.

“I love the connections I make and people I get to know … in turn, becoming friends with them,” Kristen explains.

“It’s great meeting with them and figuring out what we have in common … then figuring out what I can help them with.

Through that process of meeting with them, we spend some time, we talk, and we figure out if it’s a right fit.”

Gaining Her Edge in Life

Kristen grew up near Eagle Mountain Lake. As she came of age, she developed and honed a serious competitive drive.

“I was big into sports growing up. I’m the youngest of four. I played sports with my sister who is the closest in age to me,” Kristin remembers. “After high school, she went off to TCU to play volleyball there.”

It wasn’t long before Kristen joined her sister at TCU. Kristen earned a full-ride scholarship there and played all four years. In the process, she helped to lead the team to the Sweet 16.

In addition to enjoying an outstanding scholastic and athletic career at TCU, Kristen met her husband, Greg, who was a standout baseball player.

Next Steps

After graduation, Greg went on to enjoy a professional baseball career playing with the Milwaukee Brewers organization.

In the meantime, Kristen considered going into coaching. She earned her master’s degree and worked in the Athletic Department at TCU.

In time, Kristen felt that she was ready for a new direction.

“Greg was playing with the Brewers. My thought was if we were both traveling a lot, I wasn’t sure how it would work,” she remembers. “My high school offered me a coaching job, which I did for two years. I loved the coaching side.”

Time for a New Direction

When Greg retired from baseball, he opened his own baseball organization and formed select teams for youth competition.

“I thought now that he had something steady, it was time to bet on myself. I decided to go for real estate. I got my license in 2019, and we started our family,” she recalls.

“I realized quickly how much I love this. I can work as many or as few hours as I want. It was a perfect fit. I wish I would have started right away.”

Family Fulfillment

Her most rewarding time comes at home with her family. Kristen and Greg have two children who they adore — their 3-year-old daughter, Brooklyn; and their 6-month-old son, Miles.

In their free time, Kristen and her family have a passion for traveling. Other favorite pursuits include going out to eat and watching movies.

As Kristen thinks about the progression of her career and her favorite aspects of life, she sees a natural fit between real estate and her extensive background in sports.

“Sports have definitely played a huge role in how I am and how I approach life and business. I think it helps me stay calm even when things get crazy,” she says.

“I think sports are so valuable for kids to be involved with as they grow up, because competing with a group of people helps you to learn about working together and how to work through adversity … that life goes on no matter what. You keep going.”
