They have been recommended by your peers in the top 500 and are some of Dallas’ most elite businesses. Look for this badge to know that you are working with one of the best, recommended by the best!
The calendars have flipped, the confetti has been swept away, and here we are, standing at the starting line of a brand-new year. There’s something undeniably magical about January. It’s the month where optimism runs high, where planners are filled with fresh goals, and where we truly believe—if only for a moment—that this is the year we’re going to crush it.
I love the energy that comes with the new year. Everyone seems to walk a little taller, talk a little bigger, and dream a little bolder. Gym memberships spike, “eat better” Pinterest boards light up, and words like “hustle” and “focus” seem to pepper every conversation. But as inspiring as this season is, there’s one thing I’ve learned time and again: optimism alone won’t move the needle. Resolutions, no matter how wellmeaning, won’t mean much without action.
The truth is that change only happens when we get intentional—when we decide that this year will be different and commit to the steps that make it so. Whether it’s waking up earlier, showing up for that 6 a.m. workout, or saying “no” to distractions so you can say “yes” to your dreams, the results won’t come without the work. It’s not always glamorous, and it rarely feels Instagram-worthy, but it’s in those small, consistent actions where real transformation begins.
For me, 2025 is undoubtedly going to be a year of growth and transformation! I am writing this note on December 9th, 2024, but by the time the January issue hits mailboxes, I will officially be stepping into my newest and most important lifetime role: fatherhood. She isn’t here quite yet, but she has already stolen my heart! (and soon my sleep, too, I hear).
So, as we dive into January, I encourage you to embrace both the excitement of a new year and the responsibility it brings. Dream big, but don’t stop there. Make a plan. Take the steps. Trust the process. The life you want in December 2025 will be shaped by what you do today, tomorrow, and every ordinary day that follows.
Let’s make this the year we turn optimism into action, resolutions into realities, and dreams into destinations. Here’s to a year of progress, persistence, and maybe a little more caffeine (because I know I’ll need it).
PS: The updated 2025 RP Top Agents (based on 2024 MLS production) will be announced any day now! Keep your eyes on your email and text inboxes. We are rooting for you! Cheers to a bold and beautiful 2025!

For Austin Anderman, a career in real estate is much more than sales. It’s a journey of resilience, adaptability, and ambition rooted in a background in construction and a steadfast work ethic.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Austin’s path began in construction management, where he honed his understanding of the building process while working as a superintendent for a commercial builder. This foundation has become an invaluable asset, giving
him a unique insight into homes from the ground up.
“I spent four years working on commercial building sites, gaining knowledge that directly translates to real estate,” Austin says. “Knowing how structures come together gives me an edge when helping clients understand what makes a property truly valuable.” This expertise has set Austin apart in the competitive Dallas market, where he now serves as a team member at The Agency Dallas under the Damon Williamson Group.
Austin’s journey into real estate began almost three years ago when his wife’s career led them to Frisco, Texas. Taking a leap into a new industry, he found that the pace, freedom, and potential in real estate offered a fulfilling contrast to his previous life in construction.
“Even the tough days in real estate beat the best days I had in construction,” he laughs, highlighting how his new career aligns better with his goals and lifestyle.
What sets Austin apart is his relentless dedication to
“KNOWING HOW STRUCTURES COME TOGETHER GIVES ME AN EDGE WHEN HELPING CLIENTS UNDERSTAND WHAT MAKES A PROPERTY TRULY VALUABLE.”
his craft, underscored by the impressive tally of over 55 open houses he’s hosted this year alone. “I work harder than most people because I’m highly motivated by my goals,” he explains, a quality that doesn’t go unnoticed by his clients and peers. This determination has not only fueled his success but has earned him recognition, such as the Top Producer award at his previous brokerage and multiple “Best of Zillow” accolades. The transition to real estate wasn’t without challenges, especially as Austin had to adjust to the industry’s inherent
fluctuations. “The biggest challenge is getting used to the ups and downs. The market changes in ways that don’t always reflect our efforts,” he shares. The instability of last year’s market, marked by rising interest rates and economic shifts, taught him resilience.
“I learned to keep doing my best no matter what happens. Sometimes, that’s all you can control.” This tenacity and adaptability, paired with his networking efforts, have been instrumental in establishing his name in the industry.
Networking, for Austin, is key. Passionate about building
genuine relationships, he believes that growing his network organically is the most rewarding part of his job. “There’s no limit to what you can achieve in real estate if you’re willing to put in the work,” Austin says. This mindset has allowed him to build a flourishing career.
Austin defines success as a journey of constant growth, setting ambitious targets that push him beyond his previous achievements. “At the start of this year, my goal was to be featured in Real Producers and reach $10 million in production again. I’m well on track to achieve both,” he notes. Next year, his goals will evolve, a testament to his commitment to growth and excellence. He’s already eyeing higher benchmarks, ready to challenge himself and continue his upward trajectory.
One of the greatest benefits Austin has found in his real estate career is the ability to control aspects of his schedule, making time for personal interests and self-care. A dedicated martial artist, he trains in Muay Thai three to five days a week, finding discipline and balance in the practice. “Exercise and martial arts are huge parts of my life. Having flexibility in my day lets me maintain those routines,” he shares.
Outside of work, Austin treasures time with his family, especially his wife and their two dogs. Although most of their family remains in Louisiana, they visit regularly, maintaining close ties with loved ones. Austin’s
“EXERCISE AND MARTIAL ARTS ARE HUGE PARTS OF MY LIFE. HAVING FLEXIBILITY IN MY DAY LETS ME MAINTAIN THOSE ROUTINES.”
connection to his roots runs deep, yet he’s come to love Dallas and its future potential. “I appreciate how clean and safe DFW is. The parks and public spaces are so well-maintained compared to other major metropolitan areas like Baton Rouge,” he remarks, sharing his vision for a bright future for the area in the coming years.
His advice for upand-coming real estate professionals is simple yet powerful: diversify. “Maximize your leadgenerating platforms,” he recommends. “Different platforms work better or worse depending on the market, so it’s essential to have options.” This strategy has been pivotal in Austin’s own success, allowing him to thrive regardless of the market conditions.
As he looks forward to achieving his goals, Austin’s focus remains clear. “I want to be remembered as a nice person who is willing to help anyone in need,” he says humbly, embodying the servant leadership that defines his approach to both life and business. This willingness to lend a helping hand, coupled with an unyielding work ethic, paints a picture of an agent who is not just driven by success but also by a desire to make a lasting impact.
In a competitive field, Austin Anderman has carved out his niche by combining his deep knowledge of construction with an unrelenting drive to succeed. With a strong network, a focus on personal growth, and a genuine dedication to his clients, Austin’s future in Dallas real estate is as solid as the foundations he once helped build.

In the neighborhoods of Texas, faith, family, and community intertwine.
Robert Gotcher, owner and founding partner of PROCO Roofing, has built more than a successful roofing company— he’s crafted a legacy rooted in service and excellence.
“People over profit,” Robert shares, explaining the cornerstone philosophy of his business. “We treat every project as if it’s our own, focusing on relationships rather than transactions. That’s what sets us apart.”
Since its inception, PROCO Roofing has been a trusted name for residential and commercial roofing services, from minor repairs to complete reroofs and new construction. But Robert insists their success isn’t measured in sales figures or square footage. Instead, it’s in the lives they touch.
Robert’s journey to PROCO Roofing began long before he ever climbed a ladder. Born and raised in Fort Worth, he graduated from Richland High School and pursued
a degree in commercial photography with a minor in psychology at the University of North Texas. Life, however, had other plans.
For years, Robert traveled the country, ministering to youth through music and drama and later serving on staff at a local church in North Richland Hills. “It was during this time I learned the importance of serving others and hearing God’s direction,” he recalls.
In 2016, feeling called to step into the marketplace, Robert partnered with a close friend to launch PROCO Roofing. “My dad introduced me to roofing years ago, and I quickly discovered it was something I was passionate about. Looking back, it’s clear that God’s favor guided every step,” Robert reflects.
At its core, PROCO Roofing thrives on a mission of integrity and relationshipbuilding. “We’re not in this to chase the biggest paycheck,” Robert explains. “Our focus is on offering the highest quality work and building lasting relationships within our community.”
This commitment extends to PROCO’s REALTOR® partners. “We understand the importance of protecting the relationships REALTORS® have with their clients,” he adds. “When deadlines are tight, or challenges arise, we pride ourselves on being responsive and dependable.”
For Robert, the secret to their success is simple: God’s favor and a dedicated team. “Our team is extraordinary,” he says, listing names and roles with pride. “Every member is passionate about delivering excellence, and we’re all united by our commitment to serving others.”
Balancing the demands of entrepreneurship with
family life is no small feat, but Robert credits his faith and a willingness to set boundaries for his work-life harmony. “You have to learn to say no and be at peace with it,” he says.
Robert and his wife, Anna, recently celebrated 23 years of marriage. “She’s an incredible wound care nurse for Texas Health, and I’m constantly inspired by her dedication,” he shares. Their daughter, Nicole, is following in Anna’s footsteps, studying to become a nurse. Their son, Benjamin, is a driven 16-year-old with a passion for clay shooting, mountain biking, and the gym.
“We love camping and spending time around the campfire,” Robert says. “Those moments remind us of what’s truly important.”
As PROCO Roofing looks to the future, their goals are ambitious yet grounded in faith. “We’re shooting for $50 million in gross sales by 2025, a goal we believe is possible because of the structure, changes, and favor God has given us this year,” Robert states.
But it’s not just about numbers. For Robert, success is about listening to God’s direction and stepping out in faith. “His peace and favor are the ultimate confirmation,” he says.
To REALTORS®, Robert offers a promise: “We’re here to help you win. Whether you need a quick report or a seemingly impossible roof turnaround, our goal is to make your job easier. If you win, we win. Period.”
This mindset underscores everything PROCO does.
“People matter to us,” Robert emphasizes. “While we’re not perfect, we strive for excellence in every interaction. That’s the DNA of PROCO Roofing—putting people over profit, every single time.”
As the sun sets over Fort Worth, it’s clear that PROCO Roofing is more than just a roofing company. It’s a bastion of service, community, and unwavering faith—a true testament to the values that make Texas, and its people, great.
“EVERY MEMBER IS PASSIONATE ABOUT DELIVERING EXCELLENCE, AND WE’RE ALL UNITED BY OUR COMMITMENT TO SERVING OTHERS.”

Today, Patty Turner is not just a topproducing REALTOR® and team leader, but a steadfast reminder of the power of perseverance. Leading the Turner Group under the Keller Williams Rockwall umbrella, Patty’s journey began over 31 years ago, driven by necessity and sustained by a strong commitment to her faith.
Growing up in the Dallas neighborhoods of Pleasant Grove and Garland, Patty was one of eight children. Her childhood memories echo a simpler time in the 1960s and ‘70s, but her values were formed through the support of her large family and the challenges they faced together.
Later in life, Patty would lean on this foundation of resilience when life’s storms struck hard and fast.
The unexpected loss of her husband to cancer in 1991 was a defining moment for Patty. With two young children to support and no financial safety net, she knew that she had to rebuild her life from the ground up. “We had not made plans for such a thing to happen,” she reflects. “No life insurance, no real savings—it was something we were going to do eventually. But life happens.” And it did, leaving Patty at a crossroads. Guided by faith and the encouragement of her mentor, Judy Harris, Patty took the leap into real estate.
But why real estate? Patty remembers people questioning her decision: “Real estate is difficult. It’s unpredictable, you can’t depend on it,” they told her. And yet, Patty felt a quiet certainty that this was the path meant for her. “I was in real estate because of God’s leading, and I knew I could trust Him,” she recalls. It wasn’t about selling houses; it was about being there to serve others, a realization that transformed her approach to business. As an introvert, she worried at first about the sales aspect, but then came to understand, “This isn’t about selling homes; it’s about being available and ready to serve.”
This philosophy is now embodied in the Turner Group’s mission statement: “It’s not about us, it’s about you.” Patty’s perspective on real estate reflects her broader life philosophy: life may be hard, but God is good. This belief has been her bedrock, and she believes real estate is not just a career—it’s a mission field where she can offer hope and guidance to clients during some of life’s most challenging transitions.
Patty’s career trajectory is as impressive as it is inspiring. She began as an independent agent, learning to balance her role as a single parent with the unpredictable demands of real estate. Through sheer determination, she built a business not only for herself but for her family, including her son, Jim. With a background in business and marketing, Jim joined her in 2008, and in 2013, the Patty Turner Group was
officially born. Today, the Turner Group is a thriving team of 36 agents supported by a staff that includes a coach, technology director, and onboarding and marketing director. “We’re a real estate family of like-minded people,” she says, describing the team’s commitment to ethical practices, teamwork, and community involvement.
The Turner Group doesn’t just stop at business. Patty and her team actively give back to the community through charitable initiatives, including their local “Savanna Cares” scholarship fund in memory of a team member’s daughter. They support KW Cares and sponsor seven children and their families through World Vision. “God allowed for all of these dreams and goals to happen through my real estate career,” Patty reflects. “And much more beyond what I could have ever dreamed or imagined.”
Building a successful career has come with sacrifices, and Patty acknowledges that balancing a real estate career with her family responsibilities has been challenging. “The biggest challenge as a REALTOR® was balancing my role as a single parent and the demanding, unpredictable time required to succeed,” she says. But her faith and love for her family have guided her every step of the way.
Patty is that ‘Real Estate Professional’ that exemplifies the best of the best, humbly leading our market and our industry to new heights. Kind, caring, and honest, she is a market disruptor, and I’m honored and blessed to be her friend and to be in business with her. The Patty Turner Team delivers.
—Rod Holland, Keller Williams Rockwall, Founding Partner & Broker Associate
Today, Patty and her husband Mike, an engineer and proud Texas A&M Aggie, have built a large blended family of five adult children, a sonin-law, a daughter-in-law, and nine grandchildren. Together, they cherish family traditions, such as their large Christmas gatherings, complete with a custom-built fireplace to allow Santa’s magical entrance for the children. These are the moments that bring Patty the most joy and remind her of the incredible blessings in her life.
Despite her years of success, Patty’s humility remains. When asked how she’s different from other agents, she simply responds, “I’m not sure. Maybe that’s not for me to answer.” But her accomplishments speak for themselves. Consistently ranked among the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide since 2002, Patty and her team continue to push forward, reaching new heights each year. Last year, the group’s total volume exceeded $135 million.
For aspiring real estate agents, Patty offers sage advice: “Have a plan and a direction, and plan to work hard for sure, but learn to work smart.” She emphasizes that building a successful business is a marathon, not a sprint, and encourages new agents not to lose sight of what’s most important in their lives.
As she looks to the future, Patty is optimistic about the potential for growth in Rockwall County, one of the fastestgrowing counties in Texas. She sees a real estate boom on the horizon and looks forward to being a part of it. Her goals this year include strengthening her team and reading through the Bible with her husband, among other familyfocused plans. Ultimately, Patty hopes to be remembered as someone who made a difference and loved the Lord.
Patty Turner’s journey is marked by her strong faith, perseverance in the face of adversity, and the power of dreams realized. Through life’s many challenges, she has remained grounded in the belief that with God, all things are possible. “Life is hard,” she says, “but God is good.” And that, as Patty’s life and career demonstrate, has made all the difference.

Patty Tafoya
Valenzuela has a career that spans more than two decades, and every year of her journey in real estate has demonstrated her love for the profession. “I love what I do,” she says with a genuine sincerity. “I’m at a great place in my life, and I get to use all my skills while enjoying the flexibility of my work.” This is not just a job for Patty—it’s a calling.
Born in Mexico City, Patty’s family moved to Dallas when she was young, and it was here that she made her home. Growing up, she attended Ben Milam Elementary, Spence Middle School, and North Dallas High School in the bustling Uptown area of Dallas. Reflecting on her childhood, she shares, “I remember I used to get bullied for being different.” Yet, these early challenges shaped her into the strong, compassionate person she is today. It’s this same resilience and understanding that makes her such a remarkable REALTOR®.
Her journey into real estate began in 1996, but her career started long before that. Patty’s background in sales and marketing gave her a solid foundation for the work she would eventually love. When asked what drew her to real estate, she beams, “I get to meet different people from all walks of life, it allows me to use all my skills and I love the flexibility.” It’s this love for connection and
community that fuels her passion for the industry.
The Ever-Changing Landscape
In her 27 years as a REALTOR®, Patty has witnessed countless changes in the industry. From market trends to technological advancements, staying ahead of the curve has always been important to her. “I’m passionate about the changes in the industry right now, ” she shares. This year, one of her goals is to learn how to apply new technology to her work. Constant learning and adapting have been key factors in her longstanding success.
For Patty, the most rewarding moments come from working with firsttime homebuyers. “Firsttime buyers are always the most exciting,” she says with a smile. “Every day is different, and that’s what makes this business so special.” It’s clear that Patty finds joy in helping others navigate such a significant milestone in their lives, and her enthusiasm is evident.
Patty’s career has not been without its challenges. One particular instance stands out—helping a family relocate to Dallas, with specific needs for their very tall son, who was also a nationally ranked athlete. “The accommodations and the right school were crucial,” she recalls. Despite the challenge, Patty’s attention to detail and determination helped the family find their perfect home.
When reflecting on her definition of success, Patty simply states, “Success is being at peace with my life.” It’s a beautiful sentiment that resonates throughout
her career and personal life. In a fast-paced and often high-stress industry, finding peace is no small feat, yet Patty has achieved it through her love for her work and her ability to balance life’s demands.
Outside of real estate, Patty leads a rich life filled with
family, hobbies, and cherished memories. She is the eldest of six siblings, and her parents are still alive and well. “I have several nieces and nephews, and six grand-nieces and nephews,” she says proudly. Family is important to Patty, and she makes sure to stay connected with them despite her busy career.
Her hobbies are just as dynamic as her personality.
“I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT THE CHANGES IN THE INDUSTRY RIGHT NOW. ”
From traveling and working out to dancing and indulging in her love of geography, Patty embraces life with the same enthusiasm she brings to her work. One fun fact that may surprise those who know her—Patty once sang Olivia Newton-John’s “Have You Ever Been Mellow” at an elementary school talent show, despite not yet speaking English. “And I still do math in Spanish,” she adds with a laugh.
True to Her Values
Patty’s approach to real estate is rooted in simplicity. “Stick to the basics and focus on the people that know you,” she advises up-and-coming agents. It’s this grounded, people-first mentality that has allowed her to thrive in a competitive market. A multi-million dollar producer year after year, Patty’s success speaks for itself. However, she is quick to credit her success to the basics and to staying connected with her clients.
As someone who’s received numerous accolades throughout her career, including the Dene Fite Award for Quality Service, Patty remains humble. “I just want to be remembered for being a nice human,” she says with a warmth that is hard to miss.
When it comes to the future of Dallas and the DFW area, Patty is optimistic. “I love the new restaurants and the international variety,” she shares. “In the next 5 to 10 years, I see better public transportation—more trains, bike trails, and fewer cars.” Always one to notice the details, Patty’s hope for the future aligns with her ability to observe the world around her.
As for her personal goals, Patty is looking forward to embracing new technologies and continuing to serve her clients with the same passion and dedication that has marked her career. “I’m excited to keep learning and growing,” she says. For Patty Tafoya Valenzuela, real estate is more than just a profession—it’s a way of life, and she’s living it with peace, joy, and a deep sense of fulfillment.

For Chase Crawford, faith and perseverance have always been the guiding forces in his life. As the residential director at M&D Real Estate in Forney, Texas, Chase manages a team of 18 residential agents while building a thriving business grounded in his values. But beyond the numbers and accolades, his story is one of a strong commitment to his faith, his family, and his goals.
Rooted in Resilience
Born in Dallas and raised in Mesquite, Chase’s early years were shaped by discipline and determination. As a multi-sport athlete at Canton High School and John Horn High School, he excelled in baseball, basketball, football, and tennis. However, life threw an unexpected challenge his way when he became a father at just 18 years old. “Becoming a teenage dad changed everything,” Chase recalls. “I had to forego college football dreams and focus on providing for my son, Haden.”
Moving back to Forney to live with his parents, Chase juggled full-time physical labor, community college courses, and the responsibilities of raising a newborn. By 19, he had enrolled in the Fire Academy and EMT school, launching an 11-year career as a first responder that included paramedic school, certifications in Hazmat
decision to leave a secure career,” he admits. “But I wanted to build something bigger for my family and myself.”
Chase’s faith played a crucial role during this transition. “Honoring God in every business dealing is my priority,” he shares. “When you put Him first, everything else falls into place.”
Over the years, Chase has built an impressive portfolio that includes seven longterm rentals, a beachside vacation property, and two new construction homes. His ultimate goal is financial freedom. “I want to work within the guidelines I choose,” he explains. “The dream is to live life freely with my family, traveling and working remotely on projects we’re passionate about.”
A Mission Beyond Business Chase’s role at M&D Real Estate extends beyond transactions. He’s a mentor, leader, recruiter and networker, always striving to build connections and uplift those around him. “I love networking and meeting new people,” he says. “It’s about growing not just my personal brand but also the brand of my office and team.”
Despite the demands of his position, Chase finds joy in the flexibility real estate offers. “There’s true freedom in this work,” he says. “It’s rewarding to have control over my schedule while still being able to serve others and provide for my family.”
Family First
Chase is quick to credit his wife, Erika, a speech therapist with over a decade in education, for being the anchor of their family. “She’s the glue that holds everything together,” he says
with admiration. Together, they are raising three sons: Haden, now a freshman in the marching band at Texas Tech, six-year-old Crew, and four-year-old Cannon. “My family is my world,” he says. “They motivate me to keep pushing forward.”
For Chase, success isn’t measured solely by financial achievements or accolades like the Top Producer awards he’s earned multiple times. Instead, it’s about living a life of purpose. “Success is being able to serve my God, love and lead my family well, and provide for their needs,” he explains. “It’s about the journey, not just the destination.”
The challenges he has faced—from becoming a teenage father to starting a real estate career from scratch—have shaped his perspective. “True wisdom and growth come from the process,” he says. “Every
challenge has been an opportunity to learn and grow.”
Chase’s vision for the future is clear: he aims to expand his real estate portfolio, mentor more agents, grow his office in Kaufman County, continue to elevate his position of leadership at M&D Real Estate and continue serving his community with integrity and passion. “Real estate has given me a platform to achieve my dreams while helping others do the same,” he says. “And with God’s guidance, I know there’s so much more ahead.”
For Chase Crawford, faith isn’t just a cornerstone—it’s the foundation of everything he does. Whether he’s closing deals, leading his team, or spending time with his family, he approaches each day with gratitude and purpose. And as he looks to the future, one thing is certain: his journey is far from over.
“Chase Crawford isn’t only a talented and passionate real estate agent; he’s the leader and heartbeat of our M&D Forney Office and an integral part of our company’s executive leadership team. His infectious passion and unparalleled expertise don’t just inspire others - he sets the gold standard for what it means to be a true real estate professional. Chase’s unique blend of approachability, servant’s heart, and market savvy has not only made him indispensable to his clients but has elevated our entire company.”
