BADGES YOUR DALLAS Real Producers

Congrats on earning your Dallas Real Producers Top Agent Badge!

Because of your 2024 MLS production, you earned your spot as a 2025 Dallas Real Producers Top Agent and can represent your badge proudly! Depending on your

production will determine if you received the Top 500 or Top 1000. Regardless, that is the top 6% in Dallas!

Missing your badge? Email: team@dfwrealproducers.com.

Using your badge? We’d love to see how! Show us

how you are using your badge, and you may just find a picture of what you shared in the magazine! Social media, email signatures, web listings, marketing material ... nothing’s off limits!

Our RP-vetted businesses have been carefully

selected to be a part of this community and have their own badge as well! They have been recommended by your peers and are some of Dallas’ most elite businesses. Look for this badge to know that you are working with one of the best, recommended by the best!

Congratulations

to the Top 500 & Top 1000!

If this publication finds you, it’s time for a round of applause – you’ve triumphantly secured your spot as a 2025 Real Producers Top Agent! Congratulations are in order!

Whether it’s your inaugural glance at this publication, or you’ve been with us since the 2018 editions, keep your eyes peeled here. A recap is due, as we have made some changes over the years, and especially for 2025.

First off, you’re leafing through this magazine because you’re a titan among real estate agents, earning your spot based on your 2024 residential MLS production numbers. This is not a popularity contest. RP agents earn it!

In DFW there are four Real Producers communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth. DFW houses roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. In years past, we congratulated the Top 500 Agents in each community, and we still are,

but we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%. That is pretty dang respectable!

You may be wondering what exactly does this mean for me? There are a lot of reasons why it is great to have earned your Top 500 or Top 1000 RP Award, but specifically there are five things that are important for you to know:

1. By earning your spot as an RP Top Agent, your hard work and accomplishments are made know across the DFW Real Estate community, by us, a thirdparty validation of your success.

2. All of you will be receiving the digital publication each month for the next 12 months, and the Top 500 will be receiving this magazine physically, as well.

3. You receive your RP Top Agent Logo that you can use on all your marketing materials. Your 2024 MLS production will determine if you receive the Top 500 or Top 1000 badge, and

your broker address will determine if you receive North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, or the Fort Worth Badge.

4. You will receive access to our private events that are exclusive for you, agents on your team, and our RP Vetted Businesses.

5. You now have the opportunity to share your story in an upcoming issue! Instead of paying $5 - $10k for a feature, you pay $0 because of the vetted businesses that your peers have recommended. These partners with RP invest in this community to support you, the top agents in the DFW Market. Can I get a “Thank you!” to our RP Vetted Businesses?

Be sure to check your inbox for a congratulatory text and email from us, which includes your coveted Real Producers Top Agent badge for 2025 and other important details. If you didn’t receive that, be sure to reach out and let us know.

RP Class of 2025-- Cheers! Let’s make this the best year yet.

Unforgettable Experiences

In every corner of the Metroplex, Stefany Nau has made her mark as a real estate advisor who does more than help clients find homes— she transforms their real estate journeys into unforgettable experiences. With a steadfast commitment to her clients and a natural drive for excellence, Stefany has become a rising star in the industry, not only earning recognition but touching lives along the way.

Born and raised in Dallas, Stefany grew up with a boundless energy and a knack for connection. “I’ve never met a stranger,” she says with a laugh, recalling how her childhood confidence sometimes got her into trouble in school. But that same outgoing nature became her superpower later in life. As her mother once quipped, “Stefany, you could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves.” It wasn’t until years later that Stefany fully appreciated the truth behind that playful observation.

A Pivot Toward Purpose

Stefany’s early love for interior design often found her rearranging furniture at home, sparking a creative spark that would eventually guide

her career path. But before stepping into residential real estate, Stefany spent nearly a decade in commercial property management, honing her skills in client interactions and negotiation. However, in December 2020, during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, she felt the pull to pivot. In just six weeks, she obtained her license and joined her first brokerage. By February 2021, she was officially navigating the competitive world of Dallas real estate.

“I’ve always been drawn to personal connections, and residential real estate gave me the opportunity to build relationships that go beyond a transaction,” she explains. Stefany’s dedication to her craft is easy to see. Whether it’s learning from seasoned agents or adapting strategies to enhance her business, she constantly seeks growth. “I want to absorb as much as I can and apply it to elevate my brand and my clients’ experiences,” she says.

Building Connections, Creating Memories

For Stefany, success is defined by the trust her clients place in her and the joy she feels when she helps them find “the one.”

“There’s nothing quite like the moment when my clients light up, knowing we’ve found their perfect home,” she shares. Her approach extends beyond closing the deal; it’s about creating friendships that last long after the keys are handed over.

Her willingness to go the extra mile sets Stefany apart. She’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves— literally. “I’m the agent who will put on overalls to help paint, bring my husband to clean up landscaping, or rearrange furniture to stage a home,” she says. Her full-service mentality reflects her genuine care for her clients, making her a standout in an industry where many stick to the basics.

Triumphs and Challenges

Stefany’s journey hasn’t been without its hurdles. At just 12 years old, she faced the devastating loss of her father to cancer. “I was lost for a while,” she admits. Yet, overcoming that profound grief taught her resilience and shaped the person she is today. “Every obstacle I’ve faced has led me to where I am supposed to be.”

That determination is evident in her professional achievements.

with her husband, Spencer, and their daughter,

Stefany’s accolades include being named a D Magazine Top Real Estate Producer, 2024 Top 500 Real Producers Agent, and receiving the Rising Star Award from Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. She’s also part of the #1 team at the brokerage’s Fort Worth office and has been recognized as a top producer by multiple publications. With the support of her team, Stefany has officially launched her solo agent career with Briggs Freeman out of their Lakewood office in Dallas, and everyone is very excited about her new chapter.

A Family Rooted in Love

When Stefany isn’t busy serving her clients, she’s at home in Lake Highlands with her husband, Spencer, and their two beloved dogs, Sir Thomas and Tucker. Together for 20 years, Stefany and Spencer’s love story began with a whirlwind four-week courtship that led to them moving in together with a shared spontaneity and strong connection.

Sports have always been a central part of their family life. Their daughter, Mallorie, now a freshman at Texas Tech University, excelled in basketball and softball during her high

school years, coached by her dad. Stefany proudly recalls the dedication and teamwork that shaped Mallorie’s journey, a reflection of the values Stefany brings to her own work.

Looking Ahead

Stefany’s love for Dallas-Fort Worth runs deep. “The endless possibilities and ever-changing landscape make DFW exciting for both locals and newcomers,” she says, highlighting everything from the Fort Worth Rodeo to the region’s exquisite restaurants, charming neighborhoods, and vibrant culture. She’s confident the area will continue to thrive, offering opportunities for college students, retirees, and families alike.

As Stefany sets her sights on surpassing her career volume from last year—nearly $14 million—her focus remains on serving her clients with integrity and passion. Her advice for aspiring agents? “Work with a range of clients at various price points. Your future success will thank you.”

Stefany’s legacy is one of determination, creativity, and heartfelt service. In her words, “I want to be remembered for going above and beyond—not just for the deal, but for the people I serve.” With her energy, empathy, and entrepreneurial spirit, Stefany Nau is a name to watch in Dallas real estate.

Stefany Nau is a remarkable luxury real estate advisor renowned for her exceptional market knowledge and personalized client approach. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for matching clients with their dream properties, she consistently delivers outstanding results. Stefany’s dedication to excellence and commitment to client satisfaction set her apart in the competitive real estate landscape.”

SHADDOCK HOMES

TURNING LUXURY NEW HOME DREAMS INTO REALITY

Quality isn’t something that just automatically happens. It’s something that is envisioned, planned for, and gained through hard, relentless effort over time.

WRITTEN BY: DAVE DANIELSON

PHOTOS PROVIDED BY: SHADDOCK HOMES

Story of Success

That’s the story of success that belongs to Shaddock Homes.

Through its 58 years of homebuilding in the region, the company has gained a well-earned reputation for turning luxury new home dreams into reality.

High Standards

Trends may come and go, but Shaddock Homes sets the bar with its high standards for integrity through every bond that

it builds with partners, buyers, team members, and others in the industry.

As Peter Shaddock, Sr., says, “We build the kind of homes that we want to live in. That happens by the way our team applies innovation, craftsmanship, and attention to detail into everything we do.

“The part that we love the most about what we do is having the opportunity each day to help move people’s dreams into reality,” Peter says.

Quality and Commitment

Marketing Director Danna Wolf attests to the quality and level of commitment that begins at the top of the organization.

“People who work with Shaddock Homes to create their homes know that the company is family-owned and operated. They know the family works at the company, and they know they can get on the phone if they need to,” Danna says.

“All of the Shaddocks get out and walk the properties and visit with buyers. Everyone is available. We want to be there with them.”

Building on the Cutting Edge

Through the many decades of premier building in the region, Shaddock Homes has remained on the cutting edge of building trends and techniques.

“We pride ourselves on the product. If you go to a Shaddock development, you can see which homes are the ones we built,” she says.

“We brand what we do so you know which ones are Shaddock homes. We started including a logo with each address about 15 years ago. It appears as a watermark on the address of the home.”

Family Leadership

Leading the day-to-day operations for the Shaddock family are Peter Shaddock, Sr., Pater Shaddock, Jr., and Beth Shaddock.

Through time, the reputation that Shaddock Homes continues to build on covers a lot of ground—literally. In fact, Shaddock Homes creates quality homes across North Texas from DFW east to

Rockwall and west to the west side of Fort Worth.

Teamwork is at the heart of the difference. Today, the Shaddock Homes family boasts more than 100 employees.

Shaddock Homes offers a wide range of communities, quick move-in options and plans to choose from.

MICHAEL WONG

MARCHING TO THE BEAT OF HIS OWN DRUM

In Dallas, where the skyline reflects a growing city that never stops evolving, Michael Wong has carved out a name for himself as a real estate advisor who blends passion, independence, and a profound love for architecture. A proud native of the Highland Park suburb, Michael was perhaps predestined for a life in real estate, shaped by a family legacy steeped in design and creativity.

“I’ve always marched to the beat of my own drum,” Michael shares. This uniqueness guided him from an early age, whether he was staging his family’s home in middle school or delving into Dallas’s appraisal records during high school. Michael found his calling in real estate as the eldest of three in a family that encouraged independence and ambition. His father, an architect specializing in international airport design, became his role model, instilling the values of hard work and determination. “He taught me that with effort and passion, the sky’s the limit.”

After graduating from Texas Tech University, Michael began his professional journey as a marketing coordinator at his father’s architecture firm. But the pull toward real estate proved irresistible. In late 2012, he transitioned into the industry,

launching his career at Dave PerryMiller Real Estate before joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. It didn’t take long for him to establish himself as a force to be reckoned with in the Dallas market.

An Entrepreneurial Spirit

For Michael, real estate’s allure lies in its independence. “Being my own boss and holding myself accountable is exhilarating,” he explains. “My business is what I put into it, and I always give 110% to anything I believe in.” That entrepreneurial mindset has fueled his success, allowing him to take control of his destiny while thriving in an industry known for its unpredictability.

But it’s not just about personal freedom: Michael’s deep connection to Dallas’ architectural landscape has played a pivotal role in shaping his career. Coming from a family of architects, he has always appreciated the artistry behind home design. “I love seeing how a home reflects its owner’s personality,” he says. “Every property tells a unique story.”

A Visionary Use of Social Media

In 2012, when social media was still an emerging tool in real estate, Michael saw its potential. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a cornerstone of

his business. “I started driving through neighborhoods, photographing homes I liked, and posting them on Instagram,” he recalls. “I would research each home’s history, from its architect to its year of construction. It was a fun way to learn every street and corner of Dallas.”

Michael’s Instagram page soon gained recognition for its focus on architecturally significant homes, establishing him as a trusted resource in the industry. “The best part was that it never felt like work,” he says. Today, that innovative spirit keeps him ahead of market trends and connects him with clients who share his appreciation for design and heritage.

Preserving Dallas’ Architectural Legacy

Michael’s passion extends beyond selling homes; he advocates preserving Dallas’ architectural history. “It breaks my

heart to see century-old trees or historic homes torn down unnecessarily,” he laments. Encouraging clients to renovate and preserve older properties is a cause close to his heart. “Mature trees and historic homes bring a certain energy to neighborhoods. They’re irreplaceable.”

This dedication aligns seamlessly with his mission to positively impact his community. For Michael, success isn’t measured by accolades alone but by the trust and satisfaction of his clients. “Purchasing or selling a home is a milestone for many,” he says. “Being part of that journey and knowing my client is 100% satisfied keeps me at the top of my game.”

Balancing Work and Recharge

The fast-paced nature of real estate can be both exhilarating and challenging. Michael admits that maintaining a work-life balance has been one of his biggest hurdles. “In this business, if you’re not busy, you’re not making money,” he explains. “But I’ve learned to embrace downtime as an opportunity to recharge.” Whether he’s gardening—a skill honed during his time at his grandfather’s plant nursery—or hunting for antiques at estate sales, Michael values these moments of reprieve.

A Legacy of Excellence

Over his 13-year career, Michael has achieved remarkable milestones, from being named a “Top 20 Under 40” honoree by People Newspapers in 2019 to representing the buyer in one of Dallas’s most notable transactions. But beyond the accolades, his reputation as a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and passionate advisor defines his legacy. “I want to be remembered as a top expert on Dallas real estate,” he says.

For Michael Wong, real estate is more than a career: It’s a calling that combines his love for architecture, his entrepreneurial spirit, and his commitment to making a difference. As he continues to march to the beat of his own drum, there’s no doubt he’ll keep leaving his mark on Dallas real estate for years to come.

“Michael Wong isn’t just a standout at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty—he’s becoming a force in the entire Dallas luxury market. That’s because Michael’s professionalism, impeccable service to his clients, and keen eye for detail and design distinguish him in the industry. Even his Instagram account, michaelwongdallas, has become a go-to for house lovers because he has taken and curated beautiful façade shots of great houses of all kinds—for sale or not—all over Dallas and beyond. Michael lives and breathes homes, architecture, and design —and that benefits his clients tremendously.”

EMILY

ROB ERTS

CONNECTING HEARTS & HOMES

BY:

PHOTOS BY: STELLA IMAGES

In the sprawling, fastpaced city of Dallas, where neighborhoods pulse with the energy of constant growth, Emily Roberts has carved out a niche as one of the city’s most sought after real estate agents. Raised in Missouri, Emily always had her sights set on Dallas as her family would visit their cousins in Southlake for weeks at a time each summer. These trips led her to say that DFW is where she would one day raise her family. Years later, she now has clients moving onto blocks in neighborhoods where she has already sold multiple houses and cherishes her role of playing matchmaker to help the city feel like home to the families that she serves.

This passion for creating connections didn’t emerge overnight. Emily’s path to Real Estate was shaped by her experiences and relationships, particularly her time at the University of Arkansas where she was heavily involved both on campus and in her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and Kanakuk Camps, where she spent 14 summers. Her eventual leadership roles in both organizations mirrored each other as she was charged with welcoming in the newest members and

counselors and helping them adjust to their new normal. “This role as connector and guide would foreshadow what I now do for a living, and the strong Dallas networks of both U of A and Kanakuk eventually played a role in making Dallas feel like home quickly,” she says.

Emily’s transition to real estate always seemed meant to be. “I received a lot of confirmation when living with one of my best friend’s mom, Clarke Landry, for a few months after graduating college. Clarke is an amazing Realtor and represents the best of what it means to be a Dallas Real Estate Agent. I knew I wanted to follow in her footsteps and even aspired to work at the same firm as her.” After three years in Fundraising Consulting and Wealth Management, Emily did just that and joined Allie Beth Allman & Associates just weeks before the pandemic turned the market on its head. “It was a crazy time to start,” she laughs, “but it made me jump in with both feet.”

Under the mentorship of Eve Sullivan and Shelly Tillery of the Sullivan Tillery Group at Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Emily honed her skills and built a strong foundation. She talks about how, for three years, these women were heavily involved in her development on a regular basis which allowed her to learn the business the right way. By 2023, she was ready for the next step, moving to Compass to leverage their cuttingedge technology. “The tools Compass provides have been

a huge difference maker in the growth my business has seen,” she says. “In a market like this, I have never been more confident that the Compass platform is the right choice for my clients.”

For Emily, success is measured in relationships where true friendship is formed. “A transaction is a success when I transition from REALTOR® to trusted partner,” she says. “In a referral-based business, friendships are naturally formed. Before you know it, you are on the phone with your clients late on a Friday night talking over an offer after a full day of driving all over the city to find the perfect fit.”

Emily’s commitment to excellence stems from her desire to provide best-inclass service. She likens her target experience for her clients to the impeccable service her family receives at Sewell. “I want that same feeling for my clients who know that the combination of the Emily Roberts Group and Compass sets them up to be taken care of perfectly. My clientele are sophisticated buyers who expect and deserve a bestin-class experience from start to finish,” she says. Her dedication has not gone unnoticed. Emily has been recognized as a D Magazine Top Producer since 2021 and a Real Producers Top 500 Agent in 2024, and she’s recently wrapped up her best year yet, closing over $24 million in 2024.

Outside of her thriving career, Emily finds joy in

her growing family and community involvement. She and John David welcomed their first child, John David, Jr., in June 2024. “I’m so grateful for the flexibility this job gives me,” she says. “Balancing motherhood and a growing business has always been important to me.” The family lives in Lake Highlands, where Emily is active in Watermark Community Church and serves on the board of Highland Park KLIFE Ministries. When she’s not out and about at an event, she is hosting friends and clients in her home or diving into a book for one of her two monthly book clubs. She’s also a dedicated runner and will never pass up an opportunity to challenge friends to a match of pickleball.

Looking ahead, Emily is excited about continuing to empower First-Time Homebuyers as well as second time Step-Up Buyers, both of whom may be wading into this tough market for the first time. “The headlines can be intimidating, but I love walking with clients through a roadmap and helping them realize their dreams are closer than they think,” she says. As Dallas continues to expand, Emily sees endless opportunities to help her clients at home. “I’m passionate about connecting the right people to each other,” she emphasizes. “Dallas may grow, but your community really can feel like a small town when you meet the right people. I love fostering that feeling for my clients.”

Real Producers

FAQ

Real Producers Magazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers.

Q: What is the goal of Real Producers?

A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highest producing real estate agents, and RP-vetted businesses in every market, and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, upcoming events, and educate – really anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.

At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.

Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent?

A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. We

rank all those agents based off their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past we congratulated the Top 500 Agents, and we still are, but in 2025, we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.

Q: Who receives Real Producers Magazine?

A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents will also receive the magazine physically to their mailbox. Our RP Vetted Businesses also receive the magazine physically and digitally.

Q: Can I be featured?

A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@dfwrealproducers.com.

Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent?

A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because of the businesses that your

peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers, and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k$10k for this feature…they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?

Q: Does Real Producers host events?

A: Yes, we host many different events throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people, some 75-250 people, and other more intimate events that are 30-50 people. We do Social Events, Magazine Celebration Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website.

For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best in DFW

real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!

Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses?

A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has come recommended by your peers, the top producing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.

Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?

A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
