Last summer, we launched ‘Our Voice’, our new employee engagement initiative.

The forum is represented by a core group of employees with a passion and enthusiasm for engaging with the business to improve people’s lives.

Held three times a year, the purpose of the forums is to support clear and consistent communication across the organisation that all employees can access, to capture employee feedback on key projects, and to ensure there is a forum for issues and solutions to be discussed collectively.

Our Voice has three main objectives:

To provide all attendees with a group business update from the CEO and to receive a good understanding of current business matters during the relevant period.

To empower employees with the opportunity to influence matters that affect them at work and to be engaged with projects across the wider group.

To provide employees with the opportunity to communicate feedback to the business on key business issues and collectively discuss solution-based resolutions for consideration.

At the time of going to print, the January forums had all taken place, so we’ll have feedback on the actions and outcomes of those meetings over the coming weeks.
