JOIN THE PROGRAMME TODAY
by Norse Group
The first step to accessing the programme is by completing the registration and self assessment on the programme topic areas. The assessment will then be sent to your manager by email, where they will be prompted to add their own assessment.
This will register your interest with our team who will review the answers and confirm your enrolment on the programme.

WHERE DO I FIND THE REGISTRATION AND SELF-ASSESSMENT?
This will depend on the learning platform that you use.
Learning Hive Users
From the homepage, click in to the Leadership & Management collection in ‘Our Library’. In this list you will find Management Essentials, click this icon and you will be able to access the Registration form.
Apollo Users
Search for Management Essentials in courses, here you will find the link to the registration form. Once this has been completed and you have been enrolled on to the programme, you will be set up with an account for Learning Hive to access the online learning materials and book on to the workshops.
HOW DO I COMPLETE THE MODULES?
This is a flexible programme where you can choose which modules you would like to access and when. Our workshops will be delivered on set dates and you can view the schedule of courses from the main Management Essentials page.
The modules are made up of a mixture of activities, each module will include a facilitated workshop and most modules will also include online learning activities.
Online Learning Activities
We recommend that you complete the online learning modules prior to attending the facilitated workshops, as they will give you an introduction to the concepts and themes discussed. However, we appreciate that with busy schedules, this may not always be possible and you will not be at a disadvantage if you have not been able to.
Facilitated Workshops
You can view and book on to the available dates by clicking into the workshop through Learning Hive. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and a placeholder for your calendar.
If you need to cancel your booking you will need to notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 10 days of the workshop date will be subject to a cancellation charge to your department.
In order for workshops to be financially viable, workshops will be cancelled if we do not reach a minimum number of bookings two weeks prior to the workshop date. You will be notified by email and advised to book on to an alternative date.
